Like the mighty Live Oaks of Louisiana, this home is mighty for your large group in NOLA! The Oak is two side by side condos with a grand total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 8 people. In addition to the expansive indoor space, there are two large balconies, both with sectionals for relaxing! This home also features a queen sleeper sofa in one of the living rooms! Look no further for your large group accommodations here!
Each spot is equipped with a starter kit, so you have the basics you need to kick start your vacation as soon as you get here. Kitchenware. Coffee. Toiletries. The essentials. We also leave you a little lagniappe snack/drinks while while you get settled in.

In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.
WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!
HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**
SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $150 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $150 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)
SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit ā to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

If you are looking for a safe place to crash that is conveniently located and accessible -this is the place for you! Check in and communication were seamless. Lots of restaurant and bar options nearby to try out! Had a great time and we will be back soon!

We had such a great experience with the entire property and management team. We had 3 generations staying together and the assistance in planning was fabulous. We will definitely look to stay here again in another trip to NOLA. All of the amenities are of high quality and it is great to have the gym in the building (one of the treadmills though needs to be fixed).
We will definitely be recommending NOLA Luxury Rentals to future Tulane parents.

We rented the place for my daughter's wedding weekend. Also, for her bridal party to get ready. The condos were awesome! Well supplied and clean. The check in and check out process was super easy. It was easy to communicate with manager via text. The location was also perfect. We were able to walk to the wedding venue and the hotels where other family members were staying. Thanks!

We loved our stay! Living room seating was comfy and we loved the large table in the dining room. Lots of room, wonderful balconies, comfortable beds. Kitchen had what we needed. We appreciated the washer/dryer. Location was great - a nice walk to the French Quarter and lots of restaurants and bars close by.

The property was beautiful, spotless, and in walking distance (although expect a 12-15 minute walk) from the French Quarter. I had my husband's family stay here for our wedding and everyone commented on how beautiful the property was. The balcony was a huge bonus. We would drink coffee outside every morning and look at the sites. The brick detail made it cozy and gave everyone that "loft" feel. We felt safe and experienced no safety issues while coming to and from the property (just be careful where you park as we did have a break-in, but that was unrelated to our stay here). Management was very responsive. The restaurant connected to 1st floor of the building, the Briquette, was phenomenal. This is an excellent location if you're looking to stay near the Quarter but don't want to be in the congestion near Bourbon. We'd love to visit again.

Very Spacious
Beautiful apartment, very nice finishes, and personal touches when you get in (bottled water, chips, shampoo/soap). The two apartments connected between the living rooms which was nice! My kids enjoyed watching TV on one side while my husband and I watched the boring news (as they say) on the other. Great location so we were able to walk to most places in the French Quarter. Five stars!

Large Balcony!
From the first moment we arrived, we fell in love with the condo and the location. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The exposed brick and hardwood floors gave the space a homey feel. We enjoyed gathering as a family to have a movie night one night on the large sectional on one side. We also enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the city! We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful condo in the Warehouse District! The building is historical. The condo is warm and inviting. Looks like it was decorated by a professional. All the amenities that you could possibly need. Very well situated! Short walk to French Quarter. Also, good eats nearby. Check out Emeril's!! Would definitely rent again!!!

This place had it all! Very easy process. Property owners were very responsive and accommodating. Condo was amazing and conveniently located. Quick walk to the FQ, yet not in the thick of things. We had 4 couples and we all agreed we would stay here again. We all had our own king size beds with bathrooms. Highly recommend to anyone.

Something in a magazine
This place is as seen in the pictures. The building has a very modern feel and smells so good when you enter the lobby. I loved that they had multiple secure access points. The lobby and the condo itself was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable! The host were very responsive and you could tell they took great pride in customer service. Definitely 5-star accommodations and the location is great!

Perfect for families
This place was fabulous. A luxury place for family to meet up in New Orleans. A great location that allowed walking or a quick uber ride. We also ordered in and enjoyed meals on the balcony. five stars!
