Property was as described and pictured for us to visit family in the area. Bedrooms have lots of space with closets, comfy beds. Very clean! Great location in quiet neighborhood. Communication was great prior to the trip, very responsive. Unfortunately getting in to the house was delayed as I did not receive directions on how to get in and I had to ask about leaving process. After that though, stay was great!

My family and I reserved three nights in the 'charming, retro' home in Brunswick, ME. Prior to arrival, I needed to reach out to the homeowner regarding access to the property. Upon arrival, we were not impressed with the outside appearance of the home and the entryway. Between the unkept landscape and the insects in the vestibule, the home appeared abandoned. Once in the home, the smell was not welcoming. We turned on the in-window air conditioning units to allow for air flow. This, and the air freshener we bought in town, helped dilute the odor. The home was 'charming and rustic' in the sense of its age and condition. The floors creaked, window coverings damaged, and television connection working sporadically. The spiders throughout the home may have added to the 'charm'. For my family, and the price, we were hoping for more. We will not be returning.

Nice, comfortable, and convenient location. Allowed us access to Brunswick and Bath. Certainly appreciated the early day plow out of the driveway that allowed us to keep to our busy weekend schedule, despite the excessive snow. This is our second weekend rental here. We will certainly consider returning again in the future.

This is a great location, close to downtown Brunswick, the Bowdoin campus and just 15 minutes from Freeport. Although a bit sparsely furnished and in need of some aesthetic touchups, the townhouse had plenty of room for four adults, a nicely equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The driveway accommodates four cars.

We spent four nights in this sweet property with our two miniature poodles. The home is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable for three adults. The neighborhood has walking paths that made for peaceful walks with our dogs. The neighbors are so friendly, always saying good morning. The home is conveniently located and a short drive to the historic downtown. This will be our choice the next time we’re in Brunswick.

This house had decent beds, clean home, great heat on a cold night! Easy to get into. Loved the trails behind the house , great walk with the doggo and met a few nice x-country skiers. Very nice host!

Enjoyable Stay
This home worked out great for us. We needed a location with easy access to Brunswick, Portland, and Bath Maine. This place was perfect, and we were able to bring along our Australian Shepherd dog as well! The walking trails throughout the development was an added bonus.
Spencer was extremely responsive to us. We requested a one day extension on our stay and he responded promptly to our request.
The house was clean upon our arrival. The shower had plenty of hot water. There were plenty of the essentials, liked toilet paper and paper towels. The convenience of having linens and towels provided was greatly appreciated. And, as others have said, the king size bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
