The house was clean and seemed almost new. It's a 10 minute walk to most of downtown and a 5 minute walk to more breweries than you should visit in one day. Sunsets on the rooftop were a big plus.

Loved it. Comfortable, clean, perfectly situated.

This condo is very comfortable and well-appointed, and the rooftop deck is a great place to hang out. The location is within an easy walk of most of Asheville. The management company is very responsive.

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for us! Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living room area was great for us as well. The rooftop was beautiful was the weather was too cold for us to enjoy. We loved having our own garage. Everything was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed. We would love to come back and visit during baseball season. Be able to climb stairs if you stay here. Lots of stairs.

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean and easily accessible. Walkable to south slope restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a weekend away and the location was amazing, rooftop fireplace was incredible. Enjoyed our time and highly recommend

The place was perfect, great proximity to everything and the rooftop terrace was perfect for chilly fall evening. Will come again!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend in Asheville. The townhome was beautifully decorated, well appointed and clean and was ideally located just 5 minutes from the Biltmore and walkable to endless wonderful restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and boutiques in Downtown Asheville. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to others.

The layout is very choppy due to all the stairs. It was very nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Read the bedroom descriptions closely to note the third bedroom is a murphy bed which is small for 2 adults. Also, the firepit does not work which prevented us from using the rooftop unfortunately. The property manager provided instructions but the gas is not hooked up to the the unit so it doesn't work. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, very clean and the location is fantastic. Would stay here again!

Celebrated anniversary and birthday. Cool slope location near breweries. Our favorite was green Man. I gave it 4 for location cuz my 5 would be in heart of downtown. Manager replied to questions almost immediately. We couldn’t light the fire pit on roof which was a little bit of a bummer but not a big deal. Tv area worked well with 5 adults (football season)

The location is nice, easy to walk or Uber, but know you are next door to McCormick Stadium. Parking off the property is hard to come by during baseball season. Primary suite bedroom, watch your path past the king-sized bed or you may wind up in ER. Otherwise great place to stay while in Asheville!

The location is amazing! That alone deserves 5 stars. Located (literally) right in front of the Tourist baseball stadium in sout slope. We were able to walk to many breweries and restaurants. Probably would have walked more and you could would a younger crowd, but with 2 kids a 10 minute walk would turn into 20, but the drive is even shorter. Downtown is a quick drive and hopping on the interstate to go to Hendersonville or hiking areas is convenient.
As for the townhome itself, very clean and spacious just like the pictures advertised. The beds were comfy and had a lot of amenities that we used to cook several meals in. The rooftop patio had great views and was perfect for hanging out after the kids went to bed.
Would book here again and highly recommend to friends!

3 couples - worked for us. Who gets the king room? Whoever arranges the rental I suppose. Though the king bed needs to be replaced as it was NOT comfortable. The queen room is good size and the murphy bed room is small. Great space to hang out in upstiars and rooftop! Great location to walk downtown and eat and drink.

Overall a great experience. Excellent condo. Good amenities. Perfect location. Only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. It was on a pedestal which was elevated enough that when you went around the corner at the foot of the bed, you ran the risk of hitting your shin on the corner. I have the mark on my shin to prove it. And every time we rolled over, it creaked loudly. Otherwise excellent.

Downtown Ashville is beautiful. The townhome was very clean and well done. But we did not enjoy the location as it is right next to-LITERALLY next to the ball field. They had games every day we were there. We had no quiet time at all. The fireworks were great though as we were there over the Fourth of July. But it was so crowded we had a hard time finding parking for our second vehicle.

Accommodations were great. Modern and well furnished. Just make sure you are okay with stairs (or use the elevator). Bed comfort was maybe a 6 out of 10, but that is very much personal preference. Definitely would stay here again. Very walkable to many destinations and a short drive to many more.

The townhouse was very spacious and very clean. Loved how everyone had their own bathroom. Also loved that it was walking distance to downtown and next door to the ball park. We got to walk over (100 feet) to the entrance of the ball park…so nice!

Very clean and modern. Awesome location and easily walkable to many downtown locations and activities. Rooftop was really cool, garage was great and host included many things like board games for my family to enjoy.

This place is great!!! Super location- close to breweries, shops, great restaurants. Fully stocked, great decor, comfortable ! Elevator was a great perk! The only thing that needs mentioning is the 1st floor bed is small. Our 2 nine year olds were just fine there, but 2 adults might be snug.
Loved the top floor patio - fun view, fire pit, seating.
Can’t wait to come back!!

We used the property while on a business trip. It was clean, well stocked with everything you would need. Wifi was good.
The only strange thing was the bed in the lowest level bedroom was very short. It looked like a Murphy bed.
Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Absolutely stunning home with plenty of space and convenient location. The rooftop patio is a fabulous space we enjoyed at night. Would definitely recommend this property!

The three bedrooms should have been listed as two adult bedrooms and one children''s bedroom. The downstairs bedroom bed was so short your knees would almost hang off. And no closet and no place to put a suitcase other than set it outside your door.
The downstairs shower stall was not sealed and let water run out on the floor.
I guess the TV in the master bedroom worked but it never worked for me in three days.
On the last day the entry code would not work after about 8:00 in the morning with an 11:00am check out time. Luckily someone was there to let our friend in. The code should work until check-out time!
Seemed to be misrepresented by the number of stairs you had to use to go from floor to floor although there was a slow elevator which was a help. just lots of steps going from kitchen to bedroom to garage on the three floors.
Great location and we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We would choose another place next time.

Loved Roof Top Terrace!
We loved our stay at this VRBO! Like other reviews bedroom downstairs is for a single not a couple. We had 5 girlfriends so perfect for us. Every night we hung out on roof top terrace ( a real plus). Watch out for fly balls! We almost got hit which made a funny story. We would Uber up to dinner at night - 10 min walk but straight uphill ( girls!) then walk home at night. It was clean, modern and had salt, pepper, coffee filters, plenty of tp etc…Highly recommend!

Easy walking distance to south slope
We had a blast at the property while we explored Asheville. Easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of south slope and downtown. Clean and had all the necessities on hand. Would stay again.

Mom’s Birthday weekend
Wonderful place, super comfortable beds, roof top deck with fire table was perfect for a chilly evening! Great location but we had a little difficulty finding where to go b/c newness and parking in back. No WiFi for the first day we were there so the garage code didn’t work (they opened remotely for us) and no tv. A bit frustrating. They came out and reset WiFi the next day. So we did get to watch UNC vs Duke game! 😁. Perhaps making sure WiFi is in working order prior to guest arrival and more explanation and directions of how to get to garage when arriving as well as directions on how to use the tv (4 remotes) would help. We would love to stay here again and would recommend!

Quick Walk to Downtown
Brand new unit within an easy walk to downtown. Many restaurants (and breweries) nearby. 3 stars because we had a smoke alarm dead battery failure at 1 a.m. and couldn't contact management until the next morning resulting in a lot of missed sleep.(I would have bought a battery...)

Nice condo, great location for our adult group.
Pros: this is a really nice, well stocked condo, perfect for a family gathering. Very clean. Main floor kitchen, dining and living room area super nice, perfect for hanging out. Loved the location for our purposes, close to breweries, bars, dining and shopping-all within a one mile walking radius . Elevator was helpful with luggage and when our elderly parents came for dinner. Each bedroom has private bath plus half bath on main floor. Property manager and maintenance very responsive. Enjoyed the rooftop deck fire place several nights. Two car garage, we fit an Equinox and sedan inside.
Cons: beds are not great in each room, not up to the level of this unit. Funky murphy bed in first floor is not good for a couple. Roof top furniture does not match photos, not a big deal but not accurate (adirondack chairs vs couches). Also rooftop grill would light but never heat up enough to cook on it.
Issues: we had two maintenance issues during our stay, one was pretty significant and needed immediate remedy which was provided and appreciated. The other was the front door lock stopped working after the first two days, rather than call again we just entered and exited from the garage.
Overall we had a very good stay in this unit.

Friends Getaway
Enjoyed the place overall, great location with proximity to lots of activities. Well kept and clean, perfect for our group of six. Could have used some kitchen basics (olive oil, salt and pepper) and there was a slight drip from condensation over a side table in the dining area.

Very nice and great location
Our group of five adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome for a quick weekend getaway! It was walkable to the downtown area where many restaurants and breweries are, and right next door to the baseball stadium. It was very clean and exactly as described. We were unable to figure out the elevator, but didn't need it anyways. The garage is small, definitely only big enough for two compact cars, not SUVs. We did end up finding easy parking for our SUV on the street nearby, which was fine. I will say the third downstairs bedroom might be a tight fit for two adults; it was fine for the one adult that slept in that room. The rooftop was wonderful and we enjoyed using the firepit each evening. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Asheville!

Great location, modern conveniences
This home was just as portrayed- modern, clean, and full of whatever you might need(from cooking utensils to extra towels). Close to the action but not too far from hiking and bonus of being beside the Asheville Tourists baseball stadium. Loved the rooftop deck for dinner and reading a book.

Family trip for a wedding
Excellent location. The condo was extremely clean and everything you could want in it. Just to note It does have a regular coffee maker for coffee drinkers so you know what to bring . It looks just like the pictures. Only complaint I could possibly have is that beds were not comfortable at all and they creaked with every movement. We did go up to the rooftop but didn't get to use it because it rained. The elevator was nice when we were moving things in and out. Over all it was clean, gorgeous and a great location

Great location! Loved the rooftop lounge. House was spotless and kitchen was well stocked.

Great location
The town house was in a great location. Primary reason for the trip was to go mountain biking. The rental had everything we needed, the only thing that was a problem, the 1st floor bedroom was way to small for 2 adults . Other than that it was perfect!

Disappointed
Everything was great except the main feature of the property which was the private roof deck, both grill and fire pit didn’t work. Reaching the property manager on a Saturday around 8pm when we discovered the items weren’t working was impossible. When I finally reached someone on the following Monday, I was basically told I was out of luck because I didn’t hunt them down on Saturday. It’s not my responsibility to get in touch with maintenance. It’s the property managers job to make sure everything is in proper working condition. That’s what they get paid for.

Great Location
Comfortable, modern place near downtown Asheville. Downstairs bedroom and shower is small others are great.
