About this house rental
It will be “Totally Worth it!”
4 bedroom/2 bath (jack and jill), kid friendly beach bungalow located on Ocean Isle Beach Canal #12.
Luggage elevator, open floor plan, and vaulted ceilings providing tons of natural light.
The large back deck provides another outdoor living space overlooking the canal. The canal features a floating dock to tie up your boat with easy access to the ICW. Enjoy swimming, paddle boarding(included), or kayaking in the canal or head down to the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze!
The indoor dining table seats 6 (extra chairs around the house) or enjoy your meals on the back deck. The kitchen has everything a cook might need and a kitchen bar that seats 3.
A charcoal grill is provided for cooking outside or enjoy one of the amazing local restaurants nearby.
7 minute walk to the closest beach access on Concord St.
Enclosed Outdoor shower!
For the kids(small or big!): Inside- board games, some toys, and coloring. A booster seat and pack n play are provided. Outside-swing, ring toss, corn hole, chalk, some toys, crab pot off the dock.

Very comfortable! We absolutely loved all the outdoor spaces. And a very short walk to the beach. The paddle board s were lots of fun too!

Our rental property lived up to its name/Totally worth it! We so enjoyed the canal access as much as the beach! The house is well equipped with comfortable seating on the porch and under the house too! All beds were very comfortable also. The owner communicates well and check-in/check-out was clearly explained. Would stay in this property again!

The home was just as advertised. Rebecca was super quick to respond to messages. Property is So cute. Beds were so comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. The lift is a complete GAME CHANGER! Loved it! We enjoyed the Entertaining area under the house. Overall we had a fantastic week in this home. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. The only complaint we have is with the golf cart. The breaks on it need to be looked at. You have to start breaking way before you stop. And also when the golf cart is plugged up the breaker trips easily in the house. But we managed once we got used to the breaks and also waited to plug it up while sleeping. Thanks Rebecca for providing a cozy home for our stay!

This is our second year in a row staying at “Totally Worth It”! This is the perfect spot for our two families that total 8. We love the side that it’s on, on the canal and it’s perfect for bringing a boat. Rooms are spacious and plenty of room to hang out in the kitchen/living room. So much for the kids/adults to do on the ground level! We also love the golf cart option as it’s a short drive to the beach and to eat ice cream!

Communication with the host was excellent, from pre-trip through check in and while we were in the property.

This house was perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend trip ! Very clean ! Super cute decorations . Owners were very good with communicating with us . My kids absolutely loved using the golf cart . Definitely will stay again.

We had a great time at this property! The home was just as listed and was very clean upon arrival. We were able to all enjoy the amenities this home offers as well as utilize the golf cart to go to and from the beach access. We would love to come back in the future for more beach visits!

Loved the house. Very clean and well equipped for cooking, games, hanging out. Really enjoyed old-school charcoal barbecue on the Weber. Great location on canal. Perfect for family kayak excursions. Optional golf cart great for quick trips to the beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Hope to book here again.

This house is setup for family fun. Inside you have a room setup with bunk beds, games, plenty of space. Back porch is outstanding for relaxing rain or sun. Underneath the house is setup for family gathering and have outside games everyone can enjoy. This is the house to book if you're looking for fun, with only one block to beach access.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this home. The checkin process was seamless. The owner was very informative and friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and had tons of indoor and outdoor space. We really loved the view from the deck. We spent a lot of time in the morning and nighttime out there. The beach was just a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was “totally worth it”!
We had the best time. The kids enjoyed the canal, I enjoyed the hammock, and we all enjoyed time together with fishing, corn hole and ring & hook toss. There was plenty to do and places to relax, the beds were comfy, and the view was great! It was a pleasure able stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. While there were some cleanliness issues it wasn't something that would make us uncomfortable. The communication with the owner was top notch.

We had a great stay at this Ocean Isle Beach canal home. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We had 2 kayaks, and the canal location was perfect for quick and convenient water access. The owners are easily accessible and responsive. We had one minor issue during our stay, and the owner jumped all over it right away.
Definitely recommend for your next OIB vacations!

Our group had a great time at this property! We were there for a weekend. The house was clean and spacious. Lots of great outdoor areas to use. The host was very communicative during our stay for any questions that came up. We enjoyed our stay!

Just-right size house in the heart of OIB!
We had an amazing time in our trip to OIB. The house was centrally located, within walking distance of the beach and different activities/restaurants at OIB, which was great for our family. We loved all the activities inside the property, too! We really enjoyed the paddle board, and our kids (2 + 5) loved the books, board games and art supplies. The house was the perfect size for our family. We loved no stairs to climb and how everything close together once inside the house, but there were tons of deck and dock space to spread out. The fence in the back gave us great peace of mind and opportunity for the kids to run and play, too!

My 3 year old loved playing with the toys and board games provided and our older girls enjoyed their own bunk room as well as the swing and hammock down stairs. The adults enjoyed sitting on the comfy couch on the back deck. The kitchen was fully equipped with way more than what the pictures show. Most memorable for me was getting on the paddle board. This was a first time experience and I am so glad that I gave it a try. Thanks again for allowing us to use your property and we hope to be able to do it again!!

House had many bedrooms and enough space for 10 people (5 adults and 5 kids). Host was easy to communicate with. Overall experience was fantastic!
