About this house rental

Relax at this peaceful beach house located on the beautiful west side about mid-island on a street with direct public beach access just steps away! No need to drive and try to find parking. Feel free to bring your pets, if desired! Home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. (3 queen rooms and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds), each room has their own smart TV. Perfect for families or a few couples! The kitchen is open to the great room. All furniture has been recently upgraded, along with decor and bedding. There are 2 outdoor showers, one enclosed/private in the backyard and the other in front yard to rinse off before going in the house. There is a “crow’s nest” top deck where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset views of the inter-coastal and ocean! The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials. There is a laundry room w/washer & dryer and a grill on-site.

Note, there are exterior security cameras at front & rear entrance into the home, as well as garage/carport area. There are no cameras in the interior of the home. They are strictly used for security at entrances and fire/damage protection while home is unoccupied.

In peak season, mid-June through mid-August, we require a 7-day minimum stay that goes from Sun-Sun. We made this change to ensure our cleaning crew has time to do a thorough clean & launder the linens. Saturdays in beach towns, the cleaning crews are spread very thin with little time to clean. In addition to having a very clean house, another renter benefit is you won’t experience the intense check-in/check-out traffic on Saturdays. 😎

2nd year in a row staying at this property. Fits our needs perfectly and is in a great location. Owner is SUPER responsive and was solely responsible for our family sticking out the tropical storm that moved thru. Without her guidance and input, we would’ve left and not had the enjoyment of the last 3 days that we had. She would’ve refunded us if we wanted to leave - so very flexible and understanding of the situation. Relying on a homeowners experience during such times was super helpful. Will definitely be a repeat renter of this property.

Perfect location and great amenities…could use an extra 1/2 bath but we made do. Didn’t use the grill as it looked as though it needed repair but overall beautiful accommodation and great location close to the beach!

It was perfect for our family. Very clean and well stocked. We appreciated that there were linens and towels included. Convenient location and short walk to the beach. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Our host was very responsive.

Stay was wonderful, property has everything you need and close to the beach. I just wanted to let you know the hall light thou had loosened from ceiling. It looks like the gasket was stretched out causing it to fall. I couldnt find a way to contact you directly on the booking site.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house and OIB. The house was as advertised, beds were comfortable and loved the fenced yard since I brought my two dogs. The beach is super easy to access as well!! Would definitely stay there again!

Lisa's beach house was amazing. The home was clean and perfectly located. The front porch was great in the mornings and evening. The back yard was a good size for our dogs to play while we relaxed on the back patio. The neighbors and locals were all so friendly and willing to give recommendations. I would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed in Lisa's beach house to celebrate our daughter's thirtieth birthday. Everything was perfect. The home was clean, well stocked, beds comfortable and only a very short walk to the beach. We loved the roof deck in the evening, AC worked wonderfully. I highly reccomend this vacation home.

From the rooftop deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails to the wonderful outside shower, this house was perfect for our weekend unwind. Ocean Isle is quickly becoming our favorite beach. The house is on a road with public access to the beach so no stairs getting to the ocean. The house, recently renovated has a beachy inviting palette and was designed to make you feel at home. Wrapped in a comfortable deck, you couldn't find a better time. The experience was like our hostess was an old friend offering her family home to us!

Exterior chairs dirty. Had to be cleaned before using. No toilet paper on rolls or in property. Various pots and pans very old and questionable. Probably a little high priced for over all condition.

Although i was looking in the n myrtle beach area, this is a quieter area. An hour from myrtle, but a nice day trip. Overall a good place to stay and my 2 shepards loved the outside area, the porch levels, and beach access!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to OIB! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. The hostess was easy to communicate with and made certain the house was well stocked with fresh towels and other items we might need while there. The beds were extremely comfortable! We had a wonderful time at Lisa’s home. It was beautifully decorated and came complete with sheets and towels which saved us a lot of room packing! The kitchen was well equipped which made eating in both convenient and easy. The open floor plan lended itself well for entertainment even if just sitting around laughing at each other. We thought it was a great location with easy access to the beach. We highly recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed!

The only thing that could be improved is the back left bedroom bed. Me and my Wife slept there during our stay. The bed squeaked with every movement and was very uncomfortable so we didn’t get a good nights sleep at all during our stay. The location is fantastic and Lisa was very quick to respond with Any Questions we had. If the bed is upgraded we will definitely be back with our entire family. With our family structure that will be the bed that me and my Wife will be sleeping in. We are the ones that paid for our trip.
