This home has just been renovated in January 2021. Added office with high speed internet for convenience. Everything in this place is new. Open living / dining / kitchen area. Very quiet and relaxing area. Backyard has a huge tree that makes a great picnic area on the back patio with chairs. This house is close to all of Florida's most popular attractions. We rented this VRBO for our daughter and son-in-law that were moving from Hungary to Tampa. They had to be in Tampa on 8/1 so she could start her new job but they couldn’t move into their apartment until 8/10. This property gave them a much-needed reprieve for a week from all the stress of moving, especially from another country, and starting a new job. It was peaceful, clean, beautiful, and just perfect for our situation. We were grateful to have found it.

Convenient yet quiet location. Out front you can watch the ducks by the pond across the street; out back enjoy the greenery. Friendly neighbors and good area for walking. Hosts very responsive. Home is roomy and well laid out.

Traveling to visit our child at the local university. Property is clean, updated, in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Have stayed here twice and both times have been 100 % enjoyable. The property owner Ken responds in a timely manner and is very kind. We already have another visit planned and will continue to stay at this property, as it feels like home.

My family needed a place to stay for freshman orientation at USF. The location was perfect! The manager was very communicative and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Newly renovated and clean 3b/2b + office with plenty of room. Has a 1 car garage you can use which is rare. Huge back yard. Convenient to North Tampa and close to 275 to get anywhere else in the bay area. Needed some assistance and the owners where immediately responsive resolving very quickly. Great stay and would definitely come again.

Two thumbs up! Clean , newly updated, comfortable, close to restaurants and retail. Very quiet neighborhood. Big backyard which would be great for kids/games. Owner quickly responds to texts and phone. Online pics accurate! Highly recommend.

Upon arriving the house is quaint outside but the inside is beautiful, it has been completely updated. The kitchen is new, the bathrooms are new and there are smart TV’s in each room. Ken set up a Christmas tree and a few decorations for my kids and they were so happy! It was a great touch for our stay! We are looking forward to staying again in the future!

Communication with Property Owner Ken was Fantastic! He was always available to answer questions! Quick to respond and accommodating. The property was great! Clean! Safe area and nicely appointed. Wonderful to take long walks… feed some ducks on the way and grocery stores and restaurants were near by and easy to get to. Nice fenced yard and an outdoor dog kennel for anyone traveling with fur family. Easy check in and out!

The kitchen was clean & had loads of storage & cabinets. The open concept was nice for visiting with everyone. One mattress was a little soft. It was nice to have laundry facilities with detergent, etc. available. It was located close to shops & restaurant but on a quiet street just a block from the main street. We would defnitely stay there again.

We had a great experience with this property. It’s in a quiet residential area but close to Tampa attractions. The property was clean, well set up and decorated. We ended up flying in earlier than expected and Ken was incredibly accommodating and let us check in earlier. This made such a big difference for us. Ken is super responsive and addressed a few minor issues we had right away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed 2 weeks. Place was clean & had 3 bedrooms with 2 Bathrms. The 2nd Bathroom is shared and very small. No hooks on walls or door to put clothes. Also, no dressers to store clothes. Had to hang things that you could. The rest we had to live out of our suitcases. Only bare minimum in cooking pans & accessories. Biggest problem during our stay was with the A/C system. Owner was quick to resolve problem. TVs were good. Directions were not the best though. There were ceiling lights with fans that required a clicker to turn off the fan if lights were on. Thought it was for the TV; next to last day we found out it was separate. Back yard was good for our dog. Many leaves, so very difficult to keep yard dog clean. Yard was fenced in, so OK for dog at nights. Many restaurants within 2 miles to Dale Maybry.

Property was located in older neighborhood of Tampa but convenient to downtown and all activities there without having to get on the expressway. Home extremely comfortable for long term stay (2 weeks).

This property was the perfect place to stay while trying to find our forever home in Florida. Ken was an excellent host friendly and helpful . Our dogs loved the large backyard and we loved the quite of the neighborhood. The home was clean and spacious. The best part was the beautiful lake across the street. We loved watching the variety of birds coming and going throughout the day.

My husband and I chose this property as we needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter. It was newly and tastefully renovated and decorated. I wish all rental properties were as clean and well equipped. We will travel to Tampa again and will be sure to stay here.

Our family of 5 stayed at for a week while my daughter was dancing at USF. Property worked out perfectly as my husband was working remotely, and my other daughter was doing an online camp. They have a separate office that my husband could use, and an extra desk for my daughter. Location was great: close to USF, and Busch Gardens. We had a great stay!

First time rented from Vrbo for our dog show in Tampa . The home was beautifully decorated like a model home. Furniture and beds were very comfortable! Backyard and home are dog friendly. Communication with Ken was flawless and he was very accommodating. Look forward to staying there next year !!!!
