This home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay . The pool was nice and relaxing & nice neighborhood . A couple of issues we had and I did notice these same issues was put in a review from Feb of last year so they need to be addressed . The water pressure is not good in both bathrooms, also the garden tub in master we could not use due to the water pressure was so low the hot water barely comes out , the handle seems to be broken .

House was super clean, pool was perfect, beds were comfy. Older home but well kept and clean. Location and pool were wonderful. Owner was very nice and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

We were disappointed, as a result of these issues at the property. 1) Pool was not regularly maintained. The water level dropped below the skimmer, which caused the pump to make a loud noise and wake us up at 5am. 2) Dishwasher leaked 3) Blinds in master bedroom did not work, multiple light bulbs in closet needed replaced. 4) Black mold and no water pressure in master bath shower 5) Coffee maker did not work. Was replaced with a used and very dirty one 6) Toilet seats were loose, need to be replaced

The house was clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was good. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen was well kept with all necessary tools. Plates, glasses, coffee maker ,tissue paper, It was a memorable trip. The owner is very responsive and prompt in answering questions. We loved the stay.

Great stay, great communication from owner. Master bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable. Pool was fun and big.I hope to make a another visit to Tampa and hope this house is available when I come back.

This property was as advertised and more. The pool was a great treat for our young children to enjoy the hot afternoons. The house was very spacious and extremely well kept. The backyard allowed for daily looks into the pond to see what wildlife we could spot everyday. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is as described in the listing. No surprises. Very clean. The host is very responsive. We didn't get to spend much time in the pool, but it was beautiful and relaxing to see outside the window. Plenty of room, and a full kitchen, if you like coming and eating in. Highly recommend!! The only negatives for us were the strong plug in air fresheners. A milder vanilla or coconut scent might be a bit kinder to the nose and throat. Easy fix to just unplug them.

This place worked great for our family - my husband and me, as well as our two adult children (18/20). Everyone had their own space, and the girls took advantage of making the second living room their hang out space. Pictures are very accurate, and everything was super smooth throughout the whole process. It is a very convenient location, and we found the neighborhood to be safe and quiet. We enjoyed meals in the screen porch and afternoons in the pool. Outside there were only 2 adirondack chairs, we really would have enjoyed chaises to lounge by the pool, but the deck also isn't really setup to have them, so we understand why they don't. Internet was fast, and there were enough household supplies to get us going, but you will need more after a couple of days as well as laundry detergent. Very positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and very clean! We loved the pool, could use some more chairs around the pool. Beds are very comfortable but a little high off the ground, if you are a short person you will need help getting into bed. Loved the kitchen and the cabinets are pretty well stocked with cooking needs. We could not enjoy the jetted garden tub in the master bathroom due to the fact that the water barely came out of the faucet and not good pressure in the master shower. All in all we loved the house and the price is fair, I would stay there again! The hosts are great, they check on you and respond in a timely manner when needed!

This house was located north of Tampa in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to locate. There was plenty of shopping nearby and numerous restaurants up & down the streets. The heated pool had 2 waterfalls in the pool and made it very relaxing when out by the pool. We spent most of our time in the pool when not attending soccer games. Inside, there was plenty of room to sit back and enjoy the peaceful mornings & evenings.

The property was in great condition, very clean and spacious. Property description in the listing was very accurate and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our stay was very comfortable and the welcome basket left for us was a nice touch. We would stay there again.
