Our family has a sibling (and mate) reunion at the beach every September. This was where the seven of us stayed this year. We loved the place. Everything was very clean and we had a great view of the ocean. The house provided everything we needed--lovely king-sized beds, great showers (and a separate bathroom for each bedroom--two of them in-suite), a huge kitchen fully stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots, cookie sheets, even a nice griddle. It even has two separate sinks and two dishwashers. And a number of cooking staples in the cupboard. And all essentials such as soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc. provided. The only negative for older people (Some of us have bad knees and such) is the location with a quarter mile walk, including a short stretch of steep road, to get down to the ocean. But you can always drive down to the beach parking lot. We enjoyed our stay here greatly and hope to return next year.

Nye Beach access couldn't have been easier. Overlook's view of the beach was spectacular. The home was very spacious and provided everything you could ask for, including a rec room, which was in frequent use. Loved Overlook!

This beautiful home was comforting, exciting, magical, and had everything we needed. There were activities for all ages and plenty of space to be together. The location was perfect and the view of the ocean brought our whole trip together perfectly.

This was our first stay at this house, and it could not have been better. Our trip consisted of 7 adults, four of which were our young adult children and their significant others and at no time did we feel crowded. We loved the large open living space upstairs that included the large dining table as well as the oversized island. We were able to have places to play games, put together puzzles and still have space for eating. The four kings sized beds as well as four bathrooms allowed everyone to have the personal space they needed. The hot tub and game room on the lower level were also enjoyed by all. The location in the heart of nye beach could not have been better, allowing for easy walks to the beach, restaurants and shops. We found the property manager to be very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with the remote not working for one of the tv's. We had a new remote by the next day. We enjoyed the house and our stay so much that we were planning our next stay before we had even finished the first.

This house was perfect for an early summer get-away. Easy walk down the hill to the beach and the restaurants, and close to everything else that Newport has to offer. The house very very clean upon our arrival and the four bedrooms and four bathrooms fit our nine person party perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation with plenty of counter space and seating. We especially enjoyed using the ping pong table, hot tub, and the variety of books and puzzles in the cool book case. Great views of the ocean and people watching from the deck with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very roomy and well laid out. We enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey in the garage and lots of good games on hand. The location is so convenient to everything-the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We hardly used our car at all while we were there. I would recommend this house for multifamily especially. There are plenty of bathrooms, lots of storage space and king beds.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property with an awesome view of the ocean. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It's within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. Wish we had more time there. It would be a great place to stay for a week to really enjoy everything it has to offer.

This home was better than we imagined! Plenty of space for us to spread out. We had my family of 5 (2 adults, 15 year old, 12 year old, and 5 year old) along the my parents. The views from upstairs as well as the hot tub are incredible! The home was very clean and well stocked. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach can’t be beat. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Newport was a great home base for being able to visit other local areas and attractions. The house itself was in the perfect spot (Nye Beach) for local amenities and the ocean view was amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The bedrooms were welcoming and had good beds/bedding. I would highly recommend it to others.

House & location was awesome for our family, including 5 small children. We would definitely come back in summer months. We were just disappointed in Vacasa's customer service. Check-in was delayed with very short notice, and Vacasa did not offer a proportional late check-out or other form of compensation.

The house was delightful! We had a great view of the ocean from the living area, and even saw a small pod of porpoises going by in the surf. The house was clean and bright, the couches very comfortable, the gas range fabulous for cooking. All of the beds were very comfortable and the overall feeling of the home was airy and inviting with appealing decor. It was an easy, pleasant walk to Nye Beach, and short drives to South Beach, Agate Beach, Cape Perpetua, and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The hot tub was a wonderful spot to relax, and there is a hose outside for washing the sand off of feet and toys. We had a blast playing Air Hockey in the garage! We appreciated the sink and the refrigerator in the garage as well. We had a really fabulous stay, and can't wait to come back!

This is our third time staying here. It is spacious and clean. It has a ping pong table and air hockey to play. It has a couple of bikes and beach items to use. This house now has outdoor dining on the deck which is new since we last stayed. It is only blocks from the beach.

House is beautiful, view of town below and beach is great, however there cleaning person needs to do better. Lightning outside was burned out and pans to cook with are horrible. Beds are hard. Took advantage of games in garage. They were fun.

The Overlook is a beautiful property close to the ocean, restaurants and shopping. The house is comfortable and very well appointed. Location is quiet and convenient. Communication with property manager was exceptional. We all had a wonderful time!
