Perfect location, wonderful stay!

The breakfast was very good with a great variety. The view of the harbour was stunning and the window seat in our room was a lovely cosy place to sit on a cold and windy day to take it all in.. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The location was wonderful. We had bayside walks and walked into town for our dinner.

I always love a Hilton stay. But I do think the rooms are a little expensive

Very good. 5 -Star. Good, clean, fantastic reception.

Breakfast was good, but a bit more options would have been great.

We loved Albany

The position of the hotel was good. The room was clean and nicely laid out. Our dinner in the restaurant was really nice. The staff were great.

No designated parking for the hotel. The breakfast buffet was not great. There could have been more variety of snacks available in the foyer. The access and egress to the hotel foyer is not good.

I didn’t like the lack of room service where you have to go down to the kitchen area to get your room food.

Expensive, clean with a nice location if you are lucky enough to get a view

Great location, nice clean rooms

Reception desk was unattended on arrival at check in time. Morning staff weren’t overly friendly. It’s a little overpriced for what it is. Would be nice to get breakfast included

The harbour view was amazing. Clean room and bathroom. Amazing soaps, shampoo and conditiers and lotion! They were of very high quality and they smelt devine! Sarah from the hospo team was FABULOUS! My partner and I absolutely loved her and she was able to make us mimosas for breakfast - THANK YOU!

We could have used more towels. We didn't realise we could have asked for more until checkout :-(

Wonderful

Staff on front counter exceptional. Very clean and comfortable, an amazing view but it was really the staff who were so accommodating and made the whole checking in and out experience very pleasant.

Coffee machine coffee downstairs in hotel was terribly strong, no coffee in rooms which was very disappointing. Guy at check in was difficult to understand and not very friendly

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit gutem Service und guter Küche.

Modernes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gute Betten, schönes Badezimmer. Wir wurden am Check in freundlich auf Deutsch begrüßt. Gesamtes Hotel und Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wollten eigentlich im Due South gegenüber zu Abend essen, aber die Karte gefiel uns nicht und es war uns zu laut (an dem Abend war uns nicht nach Livemusik), daher sind wir zurück ins Hotel und siehe da: das Hotelrestaurant hat eine gute Karte und es war wirklich lecker. In der Hotelbar gab es zwei Getränke aufs Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und gut. Und die Lage passt auch. Ein schönes Hotel!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Just bring the extra coin to pay for eating out.

Location was perfect. Close to the water & town. Paying the extra for a corner room was well worth it. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Breakfast was good however I feel they waiting staff were inundating on Saturday morning. More staff required. We had to wait some time for a table to be made available with many empty but had dishes etc still on them.

All round we were very happy with our choice, it's central and close to everything.

Breakfast was brilliant as was the location. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and really set you up for the day. The location was ideal for us with plenty of options close by e.g. whale tours, restaurants. Parking was free and plentiful.

Windows needed cleaning and we thought the toilets were too low for seniors.

The operation of the shower was very problematic with no clear visible signs or symbols on the apparatus as to how it works. It was trial and error!!

Parents felt comfortable and well looked-after.

My mum left her bag in the room after she had checked out. Housekeeping were onto it ASAP and tried texting and calling me. Unfortunately I didn’t see the text until I was back in Perth. The receptionist organised to send the bag via express mail. Excellent service and care towards my elderly parents. Thank you.

Enjoyed our time.

Breakfast was excellent lots of choices. Asked for smaller sheet on bed as King sheet was too big that was changed without fuss so thanks for that. Very quiet room no noise at all.

Would have loved an extra drawer in the room as only one and my husband had to keep his clothes in his case. Windows could have been cleaner I know you are by the sea but they are quite dirty. Towel rack in the bathroom would be a good idea also.

Great place to stay in Albany on a road trip. Helps to have your own vehicle to get around.

Great buffet breakfast. Dinner was good also, and the pub across the road at the Entertainment Centre was good also.

We were 4 couples and paid extra for sea view rooms. 3 couples got this but we had a partial view. However, this was sorted out satisfactorily.

Great spot by the water.

Clean, spacious and was on the water. Facilities were close - you could walk to restaurants or choose to dine in. Staff were friendly.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for a teenager.
