La pasamos súper bien… y súper céntrico. A todos lados caminando y en cada caso particular, taxi, metro, Atocha.

En realidad todo… super bien!

El servicio de desayuno. Es caro para las pocas opciones que tienen. Personal insuficiente para atender Lamentable.

convenient for a work trip not leisure

Nothing really

Location isn’t great. Rooms are too dark and gloomy . I booked one with terrace that looked huge on the pictures with a view of the city from the terrace but was in reality it was tiny and the terrace had no view and the couch in the terrace was so dirty that I couldn’t sit on.

Praktisch und luxuriös, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof

Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen könnte. Üppiges Frühstück am Morgen. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Atocha ist ideal für diejenige, die mit dem Zug anreisen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Straßenseite. Obwohl das Haus recht neu ist, waren die Fenster nicht schallisoliert. Somit wurde unsere Nachtruhe nicht nur vom Verkehr gestört, sondern auch von betrunkenen Feiernden.

Крутой интерьер и удачное месторасположение

Очень впечатляющий интерьер! И облизал к ж/д станции (оттуда можно доехать до Севильи). Вкусные и разнообразный завтрак. Очень удобная кровать.

Маленький номер (ну уж совсем малюсенький). В первую ночь сам по себе начал работать кондиционер на обогрев, ночью проснулась от невероятной жары. Телефон в номере не работал , пришлось идти на ресепшен. Кондей выключили, но чтобы охладился номер пришлось открыть окна и ждать. Первая ночь была испорчена.

Will not be staying here again

During our two-night stay, we faced issues with our rooms, necessitating two room changes within one night! The initial room had an unpleasant odor, likely stemming from drainage, emanating through the AC ducts. And the second room's AC was non-operational. Also, except for one of the staff members who showed some empathy, the other staff were either interns who weren't in a position to take a call. The attitude of the manager in charge, right from check-in was nonchalant and impertinent, to put it mildly.

I’ll stay here again if you fix your AC issue

Location is great! You’re a short walk to the Atocha train station El Prado Museum and other highlights. The bar staff is awesome! Phillip remembered what we drank and had it ready without asking. Cesar was super hospitable always. He remembered our names and room number and was very informative about where to go and what to see. Jazmine at the front desk helped us greatly with restaurant reservations and transportation always with a smile. Camilla in the restaurant was a joy. She knew every detail of every dish and wine list. Ordering food with her was a breeze, timely and provided great service. These 4 employees are keepers and made our stay enjoyable!

The AC system is horrible. Regardless of what the temperature is, a guest should have the option of choosing their room temperature. I complained twice and was given the run around about energy conservation 🤨 For what I paid, I expect full temperature service at a Radisson. This was really disappointing. Cocktails should be available all day not just after 6 pm. Consider adding a rooftop bar or an outdoor area for smokers. Need better lighting in the room and hallways. Your cold breakfast is too expensive.

Bad experience, bad management. I would prefer smaller hotel with better management.

The design of the hotel is good. Unfortunately there are few staff to care with guests. Nice location Thanks to Gaston, it was good to see someone who knows how to handle customer expectation.

First of all hotel is big and crowded, unfortunately there is not enough amount of staff for at restaurant, reception and for house keeping. Reception staff was not capable to manage and their knowledge was not adequate. Check-in experience was total disappointment and it took more than 2 hours. Although I have sent 3 e-mail to confirm our room preference, they did not read and reply. Then during the check in, they gave us keys for occupied room. Thanks god, room was empty but luggages of other guests were there. They did same thing for few more people too. Then reception staff gave us a standard room, although we paid for superior room. When i request change, compensation or any other solution, They insisted and tried to convince us to stay in that room, although I especially imply that I want a solution. They made us wait for 1 hour in front of the desk. Thanks to operation manager Gaston, he explained the situation and compensate our extra pay for superior room, so we moved to standard room. Rooms are very dirty, they did not clean the room, they only fix bed, towels thats all. There was dust everywhere. Air-conditioner were not cooling. They did not change sheet even on the 3rd night. There were dirty on sheets. There are a lot of options for breakfast. But staff was not enough in terms of quantity. They cant even refresh buffet, clean table and prepare service tools such as mugs, plates, forks and knifes.

Szép szállás, ügyetlen recepciósok

Szép szálloda, tágas hall, szép loddy és bár. Remek dizájn, szép szobák, jó kilátás, kiváló elhelyezkedés főleg baráti társaságoknak akik bulizni szeretnének. séta távolságra van sok látnivaló.

A recepciósok rugalmatlanok, ráadásul akkor kezdett ott egy új lány, aki azt sem tudta megoldani, hogy külön szeretnénk fizetni. Azt sem tudta a recepció, hogy e-mailben korábban miben állapodtunk meg, újra elölről kellett mindent elmagyarázni. Ez baj. A 3 recepciós pultból csak 1 működött, a többiek ránk sem néztek, pedig már nagy volt a sor. Időben foglaltunk, mégsem sikerült azt a kérést figyelembe venni, hogy egymáshoz közeli szobákat szeretnénk.

Right place to stay

Hotel's location is perfect. It is close to every place you would like to visit. Museums, popular spots, train station, city park, all within walking distance. Even though it is in a central location, rooms are very quiet. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom, and in general the room, was spacious. And breakfasts are to die for.

Unlike bath towels, we are given one hand towel almost everyday. So I had to call the reception to ask for one more :)

Perfekt, tolles Zimmer, nettes Personal, super Lage.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, Zimmer Ausstattung top, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Guter Föhn wie zuhause und sogar einen Steamer zum Kleidung glätten auf dem Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und modern. So gut wie keine Geräusche vom Gang oder aus den anderen Zimmern.

Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist etwas dunkel aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Verder prima verblijf gehad

Ontbijt was tot 10 uur op de maandag en er werd om 9.40 niets meer aangevuld. Vriendelijkheid en alertheid personeel bij ontbijt viel tegen.

Fabulous stay in the heart of Madrid

Quite pleasant hotel in a prime location! All the assets are perfect and bearing in mind the ratio quality/price, it’s undoubtedly one of the best options at the Spanish capital!

The only drawback that I have to mention is the lack of restitution of the facial tissues concerning to personal hygiene.

L'amabilité du personnel

Un séminaire qui prenait toute la place ... en 6 jours impossible de diner au restaurant et la salle pour les petits déjeuners bien trop petite pour le nombre de chambres . Le son de la musique excessive devant les ascenseurs ... et le vendredi soir , peut être fin du séminaire , on aurait cru que l'entrée de l'hôtel était transformée en discothèque ....

It’s over rated and not clean it shouldn’t have a 4 star rating. The rooms are small and not clean. They don’t clean everything in a daily basis (They change the bed sheets and that’s it ). They don’t put a bottle of water. The hospitality is so bad. They close the reception at 10pm. The restaurant is closed on the weekends. Why it has a 4 star rating.

Gostei muito da localização, do café da manhã e do chuveiro.

Acho que poderiam ter mais opções de canais na TV, achei bastante limitado nesse sentido.

A comfortable bed and efficient, nicely designed bathroom

The concept wasn't to our taste. We wanted a restful environment and found the bold use of black & red, the artwork and volume of background music in the public areas not relaxing

Over priced

Most of the staff were nice, just don’t like being lied too.

First of all the room was too hot and there was no a/c as i was told your not allowed to have temp lower than 19 degrees, my son gets rash with heat and i explained this to reception, i paid for this hotel amd it was advertised with a/c The telephone was falling apart then my tv wasnt working a worker came to my room and told me he would come straight back to fix it and never returned. Then when somebady came i was told by reception that the reason my tv wasnt working was because the hotels internet was down. They moved me to another room where the tv worked but again still too hot we had to leave the window open all night. Breakfast was really basic not much to choos from.
