Je ne recommande pas du tout, à fuir

L’emplacement et les petits déjeuner

Pas quoi commencer … nous sommes arrivés vendredi soir, pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre. Le problème a persisté jusqu’à lundi soir ! Et le personnel, ne faisait que nous faire tourner en bourrique, un coup le problème venait de notre chambre donc la maintenance devait venir et un coup c’était l’hôtel entier. Ensuite, la moisissure dans les chambres et la saleté sur les joints… c’est inacceptable ! Et pour finir, dans l’annonce il est dit qu’il y a une restauration d’hôtel, belle surprise quand nous sommes arrivés et que c’était un restaurant dans l’hôtel qui servait des personnes extérieurs en utilisant les parties communes (couloir principal) pour servir. Le bruit des assiettes, les cris des cuisines, nous avons pas pu dormir avant 1h du matin et un réveil en trompe à 6h30. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans un autre restaurant à 5 minutes à pied.

Mooie kamer maar onhygiënisch

De ligging van het hotel was goed en het uitzicht vanop het terras was leuk.

We hadden de suite met de jacuzzi op het terras maar de jacuzzi werkte niet, was ook niet volledig gevuld, we hebben dit gemeld aan de balie maar dit werd niet gemaakt. Het bed was kapot, dit is wel snel gefixt geweest. De kussens die op bed lagen waren heel vuil met vlekken op en de extra kussens die opzij lagen stonden vol met schimmel. Een mooie badkamer maar de douche stond vol met schimmel. Er was ook een zeteltje die vol met schimmel stond. Heel jammer want op zich wel een mooie kamer.

Solo la posizione centrale ha un minimo di valore, al netto della confusione in strada fino alle 3 di notte. É difficile riposare bene

Bagno senza finestra, sporco, lavabo basso, muffa, ecc. Pulizia ... lasciamo perdere Materasso in lattice, letto aggiuntivo (pagato caro) ricavato da un divano con materasso di 8/10 cm. Disponibilità dello staff scarsissima. Direi da evitare senza alcun dubbio

Das Personal war nett.

Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster nur eine Tür die auf den Innenhof führt, die ersten 2 Nächte hatte ich auch keinen Vorhang, da konnte ich zwischen Privatsphäre oder Licht entscheiden. Das Zimmer war ranzig, die Matratze schrecklich, ich kann diesen Ort wirklich nicht empfehlen…

Posizione in pieno centro molto gradita. Ragazza della reception simpatica preparata e gentilissima...ci ha aperto un mondo...Bolt x muoverci! Bagno bello nuovo, letto comodo...espresso italiano! X una notte è ottimo

Camera molto confortevole, ma senza finestra... cortile interno con tanti odori di cucina...pesce fritto che impregna l'aria. Ottimo x in mordi e fuggi ... non soggiorno di più notti.

5th floor without lift and was not informed before booking

The place of the location is excellent

My room and this one is exceptional and most expensive one but it was in 5th floor and without lift. I told them for alternative as it was hard to climb 5th floor but found no solution

Ottima posizione a la valletta

La posizione dell'hotel era ottima, Centrale, ad un passo da tutti i monumenti de la valletta. La camera molto carina e riservata, ben arredata. Il bagno grande ed elegante. Staff molto gentile, ottima la colazione inclusa presso il food market.

La camera era molto molto carina, ma non vi era un vero e proprio armadio (piuttosto un appendino con le grucce che non basta per mettere tutti i vestiti), mancava il telecomando del condizionatore (che però funzionava in maniera centralizzata) e non funzionava la macchinetta del caffè. Abbiamo, però, segnalato queste piccole cose allo staff dell' hotel affinché provvedano a sistemare.

Looks good, but not worth it once you're there...

The bed was comfortable, good wifi and clean.

The room was without windows except the window in the door. When I arrived there were two-three scented perfume-things in the room, which smelled very strongly for my taste, when I put them outside the door, I realized they were masking a severe mouldy smell - and due to no windows it was almost impossible to air out the room. Breakfast was disappointing, and the lift was broken, forcing me to walk up 5 floors several times per day.

Hotel met een goede centrale ligging

Kamer zag er netjes uit. Geen raam, wel airco. Onze sleutel lag klaar in een kluisje, dat werkte goed. Ligging is top, aan een leuke drukke straat met terrasjes en alles op loopafstand.

Geen receptie te zien, op de begane grond is een visrestaurant waar je door loopt als je naar buiten gaat. Ontbijt is ergens anders en stelt niet veel voor (2 geroosterde boterhammen met boter, croissantje en een stuk fruit).

Unexpectedly bad !

The room was a reasonabl;e size, and the bathroom was OK

The Hotel had little or no staff attendance. The lift was not working, with no sign of any expected repairs in the future. I had to struggle up to the 5th floor with a heavy suitcase, and continue to do that, unladen, for 7 whole days. Very Poor !

Ok for me - wouldnt bring my wife here

The room was clean but had a lingering smell of dampness. The Filter on the AC hadnt been changed so perhaps this was the issue. The bed was a little two soft for my liking. Generally apart from this it was ok.

Switched accommodation due to low quality

The location of the hotel is central, yet the rooms are located above a restaurant and next door to a pub with live music lasting until 11pm, followed by loud music until at least 1am. The street in the morning is loud, so you can't sleep in - the staff/other guests were also loud during the night and in the morning. Not suitable if you are not able to sleep in a night club. The design was nice, but the elements in the bathroom were difficult to clean and therefore not clean during my stay. The shower and the bathroom sink were not properly clean - it's good I had water slippers with me. Only the 'rain' shower was working, not the moving shower head. I have asked for a quieter room and was guided to a room on the 4th floor with no windows (the window was part of the entrance door). The walls needed repainting, towels looked durty, the air was cluttered, there was little ventilation, when turning on the AC the device mentioned the filters should be changed. It was a choice between exhaustion vs. asphyxiation. There was no one at the reception during the night. A phone number was listed, but when calling I was repeatedly told the number is for emergencies only. I can understand there is no personnel during the night, but I should be able to reach out to someone if there are issues. E.g. the room temp was too cold and I couldn't immediately figure out how to turn it off. The hotel offered a complimentary taxi from the airport to make up for a non-functioning elevator (the stairs were in a spiral and a bit difficult to go up with luggage). The 14euro free ride did not make up for the fact that I was not able to rest for 3 nights and the staff was unhelpful and rude. I have asked for the invoice several times. It was mentioned management does not work on the weekend when I checked out. On Monday I've sent another reminder on booking, leaving my email address once again, when I finally received the invoice.

The ugliest and most dangerous and disgusting 🤢 experience in our lives

Νothing !! The ugliest experience in our life!! We will issue the hotel✖️✖️on the European court of citizens and in the European Association of travellers. I Demand my money and more back for this awful disgusting. Staying (can’t name it hotel). Apart From all the others due the full dirtiness of the place and the sheets I had an eye infection.

Everything was awful and disappointing and disgusting!! How your platform (a global one) included this staying place in your lists????have you ever checked it??? Dirtiness , humidity , moisture oil smell everywhere! This disgusting place is located with an ugly building together with an ugly restaurant. All rooms smells dirt and oil and moisture.NOT INE DINGLE RULE of hygiene is followed in this place. From the dirty things all over I had an eye infection!! I will use European legislative and jurisdictional tools against the hotel(wannabe) and your platform

Disappointing. I did not receive the expected services.

The room was clean and the mattress and bedding were nice.

1. The lift did not work 2. The TV did not work. 3. The refrigerator did not work. 4. The bed creaked. 5. No-one ever answers the phone. 6. Air conditioning did not work properly. 7. There were several rolled up rugs blocking the stairwell which made it more challenging in taking the stairs.

I have been travelling for more than 20 years professionally and this is the worst place I have ever stayed, rooms dirty, no service, mold in bathroom and in the air in the whole room, I came back with an respiratory infection, be careful when booking this place, check Tripadvisor

Superb

The customer service was excellent and extremely efficient, with every request acknowledged and actioned quickly. The gentleman which checked us in and the maid were very helpful and very nice

Good value for money, great location, windows would be nice, could be cleaner.

Loved: The location. Right in the middle of Valletta. The size of the room. Very comfortable, huge, bed. General amenities - fridge, coffeemaker, bathrobes, etc. The price - very reasonable!

Didn't love: No windows. Either open the French doors and risk safety or privacy, or stay in the dark. Shower could be cleaner. The sink was weird and splashy.

Good location and the room was fine.

There was no breakfast!! Staff were rarely present and the number provided was never answered when called.. The fire alarm went off at night and we had to call the fire brigade ourselves.
