De locatie is subliem, naast de meestbezochte waterval.

Het restaurant. Heel koud ( tussendeuren staan ruim open ), sfeerloos en het eten is saai met weinig smaak.

Un peu cher pour le prix mais correct dans les prestations

Les chambre sont spacieuses, modernes et très propre. Petit déjeuner correct sans être incroyable.

Les chambres sont froides, on a du dormir avec un pull sachant qu'il n'est pas possible de régler la température. Le personnel de nuit est assez froid et préfère discuter entre eux plutôt que de vous assister rapidement.

Größes Zimmer. Ziemlich aufgehobene Ausstattung fürs Geld.

Vom Fenster aus leider der Ausblick sehr zu Wünsche übrig. Hotelgelände total vermüllt. Die Matratze waren ziemlich durch. Heissung nicht auszuschalten. Trotz offenem Fenster die Nacht geschwitzt.

Good location and comfortable beds

The location was great and the beds were comfortable and the room was big. Everything was clean.

The lighting needs to be better, it was too dark I had a hard time seeing but that is my only complaint, everything else was good and I would still stay again.

Faire simple au moment du départ

La réception est ouverte 24 heures sur 24 avec du personnel accueillant. Il y a une navette gratuite qui amène à l'aéroport à partir de 4 heures du matin pour le premier vol à 6 heures. Il y a un restaurant dans les locaux où nous avons pu manger même sans réserver. Nous avons rendu la voiture la veille du départ et pris un bus de ville qui nous a déposé à un arrêt proche de l'hôtel. La situation à proximité de l'aéroport est très pratique.

La chambre était sombre même avec les lumières allumées et les rideaux ouverts. Nous avons entendu les voisins qui étaient un peu bruyants.

Excellent service from friendly attentive staff. Spacious comfortable room and bathroom. Paintwork and fittings at entra

Room was spacious and well laid out. Ultra modern and tasteful.

The entrance was a little tired - paintwork could do with freshening and the black seating unit at entrance door is very worn sadly creating a very poor first impression. Bathroom could do with brighter lighting. The easy chair in the room was a little stained and had a button missing - chair needs replaced.

Perfect location for proximity to the airport

The Hotel is conveniently located for early morning flights and offers free of charge airport service. With the booking also comes a discount for renting a car with Mycar - which is conveniently located just next door to the hotel and allows late night returns. Our room was large, modern and had everything we needed. Checkin and Checkout was easy We did not try the breakfast but there is a kiosk by the reception offering cold food to go, s.a. skyr, müsli, snacks, etc.

The kettle in our room was still full of tea from the previous guest; one cup was dirty. Compared to the overall cleanliness of the hotel we assumed though that it was just forgotten during the cleaning process. Everything else looked cleaned. The beds were separate, not as one (it was easy to pull them together though) The walls are thin, we heard the neighbors talk until the morning hours. Anyhow, we would book the hotel again for convenience

Die Übernachtung war ziemlich teuer. Im Bad war das Licht zwar sehr gemütlich, aber zu dunkel z.B. zum Schminken.

Would not stay again

Bathroom is modern & nice. Food from restaurant was nice.

Walls are very thin so you hear everyone in rooms next to, above and below. Staff not the friendliest, when checking out we had to go find the receptionist who was on her personal phone and serving herself breakfast from the buffet and said she’d be there once she’d got her breakfast. Beds are very small

Lovely quiet & clean rooms

Gluten free options were the expensive dishes and gluten free beer excluded from happy hour because it was in a bottle. When challenged they did allow it but gf should not be discriminated against in the first place

The hotel was about 15-20min taxi ride from the airport, so very convenient for the early morning flight. They also have free shuttle bus to the airport which was great, as the taxi is very expensive in Iceland. We didn't have the breakfast.

Comfortable, large, clean rooms. Shuttle bus to the airport (7km) included in the price.

Many noisy children still in the bar in the evening at 11 pm, which made it impossible for us to stay there. The hotel management should intervene to regulate this.
