Convenient location. But expensive for what it is.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Especially since we were doing the whale watching tour and the van leaves from its parking lot. Very convenient.

It was not cheap for Mexico and for the condition it is in. It’s rundown. Not that clean either.

Nice clean room, convenient location & sincerely caring staff.

The staff were excellent, at front desk & restaurant. Restaurant food was fabulous. We will recommend this place to others & stay again soon.

Would like fridge & microwave in room but want expected.

Restaurant attached to hotel is excellent for lunch and dinner. We've never had breakfast, the restaurant opens to late for our driving schedule.

The room was comfortable and it wasn't overly strong cleanser smelling which I really appreciated.

The most lovely plants, the restaurant was old school but the food was perfect. Great seafood. Our room was great for the price and would have paid more. Great experience.

A definite yes, on the restaurant, an absolute no no no on the motel

The food in the restaurant was beyond excellent along with the weight staff

The picture of the room online is not at all what ANY of the rooms look like. The motel is basically a grouping of 15‘ x 30‘ storage sheds that have been split in half and have a room and a bath on each end. The black mold in the shower, and on the ceiling of the bathroom was a real plus. Don’t look for outlets because there aren’t any. We were not expecting The Four Seasons, but our dog kennel has far better accommodations and that is not an exaggeration. Look at the pictures attached!

Exceptional

Clean stay, staff walked the extra mile to male us feel welcome. Good hot water shower, convenient, good and reasonable priced restaurant at the hotel and good parking space - we traveled with a trailer and all worked out really well.

They were rude when I arrived. I tried to get on the Internet for a half an hour while they watched (in the open area, the only place there is a sign with the passwords) and finally i asked and someone told me even though there’s a signal from the Wi-Fi you can’t join it so I just wanna leave they’re just very rude people. I’m trying to be friendly and nice. They say the parking is secure but it doesn’t appear that way at all. and signs everywhere saying watch your stuff. the lot is open on three sides so “secure” seems unlikely

Nice little place to stay. Friendly staff.

It was very close to the bus station. Guerrero Negro is not that big. Staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. Room was comfortable.
