We will definitely stay at Tru Hiltons in the future!

The hotel was very modern and clean! The staff when we checked in was very friendly! We had a king size room.. the bed was amazingly comfortable! The room was very clean and quiet!

Everything was great… maybe a few more towels in the bathroom!

Great stopping point to the North

Nice new clean facility. You cannot hear I75 outside. Breakfast was a good selection of items and staff were friendly

Poor breakfast-- 2 juice machines broke, pancake machine broke, low on coffee. Had to ask for our Hilton Honors bag with water and a snack Front desk staff on afternoons had no personality, never smiled

Clean room and a good choice of a overnight stay

Location and the modern feel of the hotel.

Room was ready, but not fully finished. I had to ask for additional towels and we were missing cups in the bathroom.

Would not choose this location again

The location was perfect

They tried to charge us $75 per night per pet. I spent a lot of time on the phone getting it removed. The property was allegedly two years old but looked rough already. My daughter wouldn’t even swim in the pool. This looked like a converted Comfort Inn to be honest

Good for a one-night stay.

The bed was awesome! The location of the hotel was great. The room was clean.

The room above us had kids and they were bouncing balls or stomping around. When we reported this to the desk staff, the only comment was received was “sorry to hear that”. It would have been nice at the very least to inform us that they would share the information with the people above our room and with management. Possibly offer something for our discomfort?.?.?

Good for overnights

Nice location off I-75 and right next to the Starbucks. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and a nice size. The desk chair was comfortable and the desk was nicely placed. Had a good Wi-Fi to complete some work before I relaxed for the night.

I would suggest not getting a room next to the elevators. It caused the door rattled constantly during the night. The heater in the room was loud and making noise during the night as well. Between the two, I did not get the most restful sleep.

I liked the lounge area, gathering area and pool table. We traveled with a bunch of other families and it was perfect for us adults to gather and socialize while the kids had room to do their thing also

I didn't like that there were only 3 chairs total in the pool area. Not accommodating to adults who want to be in the pool area to supervise their children but don't want to be in the pool either

1) Room was very clean. 2) The ventilation at bath room was very effective. The mirror didn't fog up. 3) Breakfast was good assortment.

1) Weak water pressure in the shower. 2) The bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and etc. are good idea. But I couldn't squeeze those with weak grip strength. 3) Pillow hardness was so soft and no variation.

Sound was horrible you could hear everything in your room. I On was on the second floor. You could hear the people in the pool. We couldn't get to sleep until the room above us went to sleep, just them walking sounded like a stomp ped. Sam in morning.

Room was neat.

Noisy. Don't stay in room 314. I heard trucks coming off the freeway all night and there is a constant rumbling noise in the room. Thought it was the ice machine but it was not. Barely slept.

Limited choices for breakfast. Wish there were more options. Pet friendly but limited grasses areas for pets.

probably would not return mostly because we were told that we don’t get services

to small, rude front desk. - would not service without attitude. Was told no one services for a termite that is not working. We asked for clean towel and trash removal- got attitude from front desk. We ended up bringing our dirty towels down to front desk for exchange.
