Excellent staff, good food and comfortable rooms

this was a good stay, mostly due to the staff.

the staff was very helpful

late check in, after traveling for 2 days an earlier check in is appreciated. spa was not working, had to change room , here is where the staff was great they helped put us in another room quickly.

It was comfortable for the time we had there.

It was a very nice hotel.. It was clean and everything we could hope for except the room was not as picture on the net. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and accommadating.

The room set up. My wife is disabled and we picked a room that had a small sofa so she could sit comfortably but I must say they did try to fix it by bring in an easy chair from the lobby for her! It fit the bill and good enough for our time we were able to spend there.It was

Best holtel ever

We loved this holtel everyone was super sweet and went out of there way to make sure we were taking care of the best holtel ever we will be back in June staying here for sure.

Exceptional

This hotel is close to many restaurants and stores. The breakfast was really good, and the man serving in it kept it very clean and stocked. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Good value for sure!

Enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was really well done here. The staff in the breakfast area were so efficient and friendly. The area was small though and the added seating was a bit far from the actual service room. Beds were comfortable in the room. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Location was perfect. Near to all we needed to get to.

Pool a bit small. Our room was facing the back parking lot and we would hear people revving their snow machines. Heat was difficult to regulate in the rooms. Maybe a bit pricey stay. Hotel is a bit outdated.

Was plesent.

Location, breakfast was good. People at reception desk was friendly. Facility looked nice and friendly when entering the building. Room was nice.

The blanket given us for the pull out couch was not comfortable and was tattered. Wasn’t told we would have to let them know we would like new bath towel and wash clothes to be replaced for the next day or waste baskets emptied because our stay was only 2 day. Had to get our own bedding for couch and bath towels and wash clothes for our next day shower. Poor communication as far as room service. I think if people are staying more than 1 night fresh towels, wash clothes should be furnished and waste baskets should be emptied every day. Should not have to ask for it.

Very good

Staff was friendly and quick to check my family in. The room was spacious and clean. With the hotel completely booked we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Breakfast area was a little crowded.

Good, clean, Convenient hotel for a stopover

Location - Right off I-75 and with restaurants and different shops nearby Cleanliness - The hotel (lobby, walkway, room) is very clean Breakfast lady - The lady at the breakfast was very friendly and efficient in making sure everything does not run out
