Up north for fall colors and made a one night reservation. Check in time is after 3 pm. Arrived at the motel at 7:30 pm tired after driving all day looking at the fall colors and was told my room was not ready and to come back in a couple hours. Came back at 9:30 pm and the room was finally ready. That really sucks

The hotel was very run down. We arrived at 5pm and had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The ceiling in the room was peeling and the bathtub did not hardly drain. The toilet you had to hold down the handle until all the water was completely empty for it to flush. no cups for the coffee pot were left only 2 packs of decaf coffee. No blow dryer in the bathroom. No ice bucket or glasses and no Kleenex and a quarter roll of toilet paper. The hot tub did not have water in it either. On a positive the bed did seem clean. It was a place to sleep for the night. Will not be staying here again.

This was by far the worst room i have ever stayed in. the sheets were not changed after the last person cheched out if you can believe that. The toilet leaked and the overall hotel was filthy to a point you didn't want touch anything!! A real zero on a scale of 1 to 5.

Raj the manager; You denied any resonable compensation refund to us for: 1)NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE FOR SHOWERING IN THE MORNING! Was told at front desk everyone had no hot water in the morning! EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS! Stealing peoples money without providing the accomodations or proper compensation -Found Cat food tin and water bottle under bed -No light bulb in light -No wash clothes or hand towels. Only 2 towels in room -Coffee maker with no carafe -Woke us with text around 8 am wanting to know our time of check out. Appeared all the way down 1st floor hallway was occupied by owners family.

The hotel is ancient, from the 70.s 80.s and it still looks like that from the outside and inside. As soon as you walk in the place it smells of age, the walls are peeling inside and out and the carpet is dirty, dirty dirty. I pulled in to park and there was a truck brake drum on the sidewalk that i hit. If it wasn't that I booked it and we where very tired, we would have said no thanks and turned around and left. I dont recommend this place.

It was terrible the place was dirty! I got it for the hot tub and it was emptywhen we got there. Shower was luke warm shower curtain was stained and my towel when i went to dry myself off had dirty finger prints on it. the sheets were stained.i wish i would have have known how bad his place was before i booked it on expedia

The person at the desk checking us in and out was great! The stairway carpet was dirty. The bed was comfortable. The room needs some updating. The tub is peeling. There are nicks and dings in the furniture. There was no blow dryer.

It should be closed down for reno. . Paint chips on both doors. Breakfast included but there We had to use our shoulder to push door open into room and bathroom. this places was absolutely disgusting and spoiled our trip, numerous issues we faced and few of them are as following, 1. Toilet was not flushing 2. Alternate room was given in late night, but new problem realized that AC was throwing/relieving black dirt's 3. Someone banged at our door multiple times at 1.15 AM, by the time we came out there was no one. we reached the frontdesk and they said that they got a call from room also that some one knocked their door too! Whole night we were straddled with small kids and old age parents!!! this hotel spoiled our trip and had to complete the trip early and came home!!! Sad to see that wyndham having this worst property in their group!!!

This property is not ready to be open. If you’re desperate, it works but it ain’t pretty. The staff is friendly and working hard to do something here but they’ve bitten off more than they can chew. I felt like someone unlocked the doors to an abandoned hotel and rented it out.

Its was a terrible experience the pictures are nothing like what it is like there. We had to be moved to a different room because the water wasnt working. We wanted to go swimming in the pool the website it looks nice. Its not at all like that in person it was brown and all gross. Hasn't been clean in a long time.

Right at check in there was a computer issue. The doors were wide open to the lobby and it was stuffy and stale smelling. Pool, hot tub and breakfast service were unavailable but this was not noted at reservation. We did receive an email after reservation stating the hot tub was waiting on an element and was running cooler than usual. But the hot tub was empty. The pool was green. In one room the bathroom door had been painted so many times it no longer closed. The bathtub drains in 2 rooms were very very slow and there were no plugs. The staff was friendly and apologetic and changed a room for us right away when we discovered a serious drain clog. We would not recommend this hotel.

This is a poor representation of a Wyndham property. The cleaner’s dog jumped on me in the hallway , the dog was running loose , it jumped on my good clothes!!!the room smells . No hairdryer, carpets is dirty, and no blankets on the bed . Floor in the bathroom is dirty . This motel is supposedly under construction, the desk person said the rooms have been renovated??? No! Screen in the window is ripped!Paint splashes all over air unit floor, MESSY PAINTERS! No pool, hot tub or breakfast indicated by a posted sign on the entry counter of which was not indicated in the listing on Expedia, false advertising. Curtains have stains, carpet stains. Lamp shades don’t match and are torn! TACKY!! Never stay here again!

The hotel is under major renovations and it’s badly needed. I made the reservation but wasn’t alerted to this until after submitting payment which I believe is fraudulent practice to customers. There was plaster and paint peeling off the ceiling above the check in desk upon our arrival which was reason enough for me to find a different hotel. I explained to the people working the front desk my concerns and wasn’t offered even an apology. They would not refund my money so I contacted my bank who issued my debit card and they are handling the situation.

Ugh. Under construction EVERYWHERE and they put us in the middle of it. Old appliances, ac units laying everywhere. Hot tub wouldn't heat past 85 which the hotel itself emailed about after we booked the non refundable room. Nothing has been vacuumed in forever in the halls. The rooms have wood floors with no rugs so bring your slippers because it gets cold. We were glad to only be staying one night. Staff were very friendly though. That was the only bright spot in this hotel. They really should do it a section at a time or something. Then maybe they could clean a little. Oh yeah and doors to outside are just propped open all night an shave no locks.

This was recently under new ownership. Very dirty, open hotel room doors with rooms looking ransacked. None of the amenities were available due to construction. The doors to the rooms were very hard to open. I would stay here again but I’m not sure many others would. Do not expect much while staying here. A simple place to lay your head for the night is fine but don’t expect to hang out there, nothing like the pictures online.

Staff was great. Property should not allow reservations until renovations are complete. The room I stayed in was one that still needed major renovations. It was much cheaper than most surrounding hotels, so I can understand that it wouldn’t be perfect. Surprisingly, it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

We booked this hotel expecting it to be clean. How foolish of us. Slow check in process with boxes of supplies everywhere in the lobby and broken floor tiles. No continental breakfast. We had two rooms booked- The first smelled of stale smoke and urine. The second smelled like something had died and they had tried to use cleaning product to cover it up. We put the air on in both rooms to no avail. Spoke to the manager and said she could do nothing about it but then she offered to put us on the 2nd floor however the rooms had no water. The floor was not vacuumed, and you didn’t want to step anywhere without your shoes on. There were sinks in the hallways and a pile of mattresses near the pool area. None of which was swept or vacuumed. We made the decision to ask for a refund and go to the Comfort Inn down the road. While moving our luggage back into the car we spoke to some people in the parking lot who said they were living there after losing their home in the tornado. Spoke to the attendant and they told us the police are constantly there. Avoid this place at all cost. Dirty, gross, unclean, unsafe and all around disgusting.

I have been at this property over the past 15 years and it is a shame to find this location in such a way. They are renovating but should not be accepting reservations at this time due to the dangerous conditions: mattresses stacked floor to 8 ft high, furniture stacked and sinks with countertops attached leaned against walls found at the pool. Difficult to move around. Pool was stagnant Our room had a working toilet and refrigerator. Floor had cracked shards of tile all over the floor. Bright red stained grout and wallpaper behind toilet.with black mold near ceiling of bathroom.. Pool and hot tub were broken...could not maintain heat levels per hotel handwritten note and water was very cloudy. It is truly a shame that this hotel is in such conditions. I loved this place in the past but $117 is too high for Expedia to charge for a night here at this time. The hotel lobby did not have heat and it took us a while to get the room heater to work.,it was in the 30s the night we stayed there.
