Quant two bedroom cottage with pull down stairs to a low height loft and cathedral ceiling in living room/kitchen. This cottage sleeps 6 with a full kitchen and two person jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a private back deck/yard just steps (850 feet) from Keyes Memorial Beach Barnstable where you’ll enjoy a life guarded beach with snack shack.

This cottage is in a great location for walking the beach, dining, shopping or just relaxing! All Bed linens and Bath Towels are included. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and an ocean breeze from your back deck. The cottage features AC throughout, a two person jacuzzi, TV in living room , WI-FI signal, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are many restaurants and shopping within one mile from the cottage. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via the Ferry that is very close by. The cottage is located centrally on Cape Cod and a perfect location for day trips. Sorry, no pets!

Filthy and disgusting. There were so many bugs in the house, stain on everything , only 2 drink glasses, and one of them had a chip at the lip I had to shorten my stay and find another home. The renter should have been more honest with his listing. Garbage everywhere and all pots and pans and all had to be cleaned before using. Mold and awaking every time with head so full and congested. Lots of constucta

What a great find! Stayed here with our 2&4 year olds. Proximity to the beach, kitchen, and outdoor spaces were great for young children. The cottage was minutes from downtown and provided lots of choices for restaurants. Peter answered all of our questions immediately and was a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful location. The owner is exceptional. The property is in need of clean up but the price is on point for those of us who can't afford cleaner places. All it needs is a fresh coat of paint and landscaping. You can't beat the beach access and kindness/generosity of the owner.

The cottage is part of an inn and is more rundown than is apparent in the photos. We were constantly fighting ants which were difficult to get rid of. The owner tried to improve the WiFi but it was not really adequate and kept cutting out. We finally left three days early.

So close to the beach

The cottage was so cute and 500 feet to the beach. It was so nice to be able to bring the kids to the beach easily. Some things to note that I missed in the listing, all the beds are full size beds, our boys had to share a bed which was not a huge deal. The ladder to the loft bedroom is not something I would suggest for children, again not an issue for us as the boys slept on the first floor. Overall, we had a great vacation and the cottage met all our needs.

The mattresses were completely unacceptable. Old, squeaky, and just plain awful. There were two very uncomfortable chairs, and an old couch which was equally uncomfortable. My daughter (43) occupied one room and we were in another. There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which was virtually unusable because the water pressure was too low to fill it before the water was cold. I met the owner, he seemed very nice, but that didn’t help much when it came to relaxing or having a good nights sleep. His big boat was stored in the place where people are to park, making it difficult to find a place to park. We paid WAY too much money for what we got. I won’t make that mistake again! I’m NOT going to VRBO EVER AGAIN!
