My husband and I, along with 2 corgis stayed here. Oh my gosh! We loved staying here, it is very homey and was very welcoming & it made us know we definitely made the right decision to move to the Gilbert area for the next few years. Felt very safe here and had tons of room in the home & outside, we stayed for 4 nights before we moved into our apartment nearby. Within walking distance to restaurants & shops. It was very clean upon arrival & it had everything we needed for cooking to the board games for entertainment. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in staying in the area.

If you’re looking for an updated house with charm very close to downtown Gilbert, this spot fits the bill! Everything was great-comfortable beds, nice linens, kitchen is very updated and well stocked. Very easy to walk to all DT Gilbert restaurants and bars. Loved my stay!

This home was perfect and is decorated so cute! The location is perfect for a very short walk to historic downtown Gilbert and many restaurants and some live music. It felt like it is in a very safe neighborhood! The beds were very comfy. I would definitely stay here again… a true gem!

We had a really nice stay at this place. First off the location is amazing. Everything in downtown Gilbert is within walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I could complain about which is so minor is we would have appreciated some directions on how to use the fireplace outside. We never did use it but that would have been something we would have thought about using. It was a very comfortable 2 bedroom house and the parking was easy and plenty. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden adorable home in the heart of downtown. Easily walkable to many doggo friendly restaurants. (Bonus! Doggos welcome!) Comfortable. Cozy. Spacious living area. Although we didn't use the kitchen - with so many restaurants nearby, we didnt need to - it appeared to be well appointed and fully stocked. Clean. Cute little backyard. Perfect for staying with our daughter and son-in-law while visiting family and friends nearby. Surprisingly quiet when considering proximity to live music venues and the apartment complex. Would stay again!

House is adorable! Clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious living area. Nice little yard. Great location near downtown. Walked to OHSO (breakfast at a brewery, I think yes!) and Culinary Dropout. In town to visit family, the house gave us a great spot for us to stay within walking distance of "stuff" to do and meet up with friends. It's a little hidden gem. Perfect for 4 adults and 1 small elderly dog (who also enjoyed breakfast at OHSO.) Would definitely stay again.

Title says it all: My family of four stayed over spring break with our two dogs. The house is simple, but exactly as depicted. In addition, the kitchen is wonderfully appointed if you plan to cook, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the WiFi is strong to support devices and the smart TV. Bring your log in information for TV apps, like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon, HBO, etc., but all apps are pre-loaded. The backyard is perfect for the dogs. Friendly neighbors and easy access to the fun, little Gilbert downtown. Great experience.

Check in/check out was a breeze, house was amazingly clean and cozy with an awesome yard for the babies, owners were a joy to work with, very kind, compassionate and caring with great open communication . From start to finish, booking to renting, Bring Fido to Vrbo to Evolve to the owners it was a smooth transition and experience. Staying there again for sure over the next two years if pricing can stay stable and reasonable.

We came to the Gilbert area to visit my parents and I was impressed with this house. We take family vacations multiple times a year, each house is always lacking something. This house was perfect for us. Very clean, roomy and right in the middle of everything. The beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great. If we need to book another stay in this area I would definitely stay here.
