Very friendly and welcoming receptionist

Alexander on reception
I picked the wrong location but loved it

Staff lovely room big
When two people are staying in one room it would be nice to have 2 bath towels

Naprawde słaby hotel. Jeden z gorszych jakie widziałem. Wszystko stare. Łóżko skrzypiące. Pani na recepcji nie miła. To powinno kosztować połowe mniej. Lipa totalna.
Wszystko bardzo stare. Łóżko skrzypiące.

It was convenient for where I needed to go and clean
Made a mistake booking there is nothing here no facilities no bar or food mac Donald’s nearby but not really ideal it probably says that on booking but I did not realise wouldn’t stay again

Staff were lovely.
The bathroom was awful. Grubby. Paint chipped on radiators and toilet roll holders, mould on ceiling and paint on ceiling coming off. Cobwebs on ceiling with insects in them.
0.5
Horrible place with terrible management. The rooms were dirty and we felt threatened and subjected to abuse whilst staying there.
Everything about it was awful.
1.5
only bonus was the other establishments around the hotel.
Another good feature was the shower was good.
Very dated and somewhat scruffy, although cleanliness was very good.
3.5
Cleaning staff were very friendly and did a great job caring for myself and others to ensure expectations were met
Managers of the hotel sounded like they were giving the cleaners a tough time, telling them the opposite of their training from wider business
4.5
The staff were very friendly on the check in desk, and helped as I thought I pressed a cot but I didn’t. They let me use one anyway. The bed was comfy, the tea and coffee was a nice touch & the big tv!
The shower seemed to only run boiling hot water. It was almost impossible for us to have a shower at all. Could have used a few more milk sashes as there wasn’t enough for a morning tea. And I got bit by something.

Clean and tidy, simple but had everything I needed. Enjoyed the narrow country road alternative to the motorway entrance. Great location to be able to go in any direction for days out.
Water pressure a little low on tap
3.0
Location. Friendly reception staff.
Rooms need some investment for renovation. The maintenance and repairs look as if they have been attempted by staff instead of being done professionally.
2.5
We enjoyed staying next to the motorway
The carpet was very dusty. I had a blocked noise in the morning from breathing in the dust from the carpet
3.5
Good location
No plug for hand basin, bath plug did not fit
3.5
The room was ok as expected for this type of hotel, althogh perhaps a little 'tired' compared to others in this part of the market (ala Premier Inn and some updated Travelodges). Parking is free for the duration of your stay (though be sure you enter your vehicle reg. at Reception when you check-in).
Accessability to the hotel was very good from the Southbound M5, but was a bit inconvenient returning later via the Northbound M5; a process requiring that you travel several extra miles pass the hotel to get to the next junction allowing access to the other side of the motorway.
Also, may not be the best option if you have multiple people for each room as Days Inn bills for the number of occupants, not the room.

Booked it late as we was staying elsewhere didn't like it
The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful
It's a basic hotel no bar or restaurant but it was near to my son that lives in taunton so for me location was what I wanted couldn't fault it as it was next to services you can get food in there. And sit at the tables they have there so that was also good
3.5
Very friendly staff
Nothing. But we may have left some headphones in the room. Or if they were dropped in the car park someone may have handed them in. Please check. We were in room 09.

Location
Emailed a complaint as booked 3 rooms 2 were dirty the other should be an accessible room and wasn’t

Location
Was not clean out dated, bathroom dirty, the room was smelly

The walls are paper thin. You could hear doors from other floors being slammed shut. You will NOT sleep here do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep. No consideration at all.

Not much ..
The place was very run down . Room 15 the door on arrival was tatty and broken .carpets were filthy I placed the towels on the floor so I didn’t need to walk on them , put a small towel in the bath that was very old looking and needs up dating and cleaned , found nuts on the floor under the bed , so not cleaned properly , coffee mugs thick and heavy general condition of the place Run down and dirty

Only one thing, the woman manning reception at night. She was very helpful in finding me a room when the person in the room next to me switched his TV on full blast and fell asleep snoring loudly.
The furniture was tired, chipped, stained. Taps stuck to bath meaning hot scalding water, overall needs a major internal upgrade. Doors unsafe, thin walls.

Location
The hotel looked a bit dated
0.5
It was depressing and filthy with a rusty, dirty radiator and towel heater, neither of which worked. Light switches didn't work with tape over them and taped, written warnings not to use . One member of staff is extremely callous. The worst hotel experience I have ever endured. It will stop me from staying at any Wyndham Hotel in the future
0.5
I have never been spoken to like that in a hotel and there wasn't even a well come
3.0
Always a friendly welcome from the reception staff.
Perfect location on the M5.
Just a bit shabby and needs money spent on the rooms but that's why the room rate is cheap.
4.0
The gentleman on reception went above and beyond and had excellent communication skills, all staff friendly. ideal place to stay if travelling.

The lady on reception when we arrived was nice and helpful
The cleaner tried to keep my sons ipad as gave her the keys outside our room when we left and later on realised he had left it but contacted the hotel to be told nothing had been found but then once ringing again to see if it had been handed in as we traced the location to the hotel to be told no but when said the police would be informed as it was tracked to the hotel with location the next day I had a message saying ipad had been found a coincidence if you ask me as if I would have just left it she would have kept it. When we went to collect the ipad the cleaner avoided all eye contact and went the longest way round to avoid seeing us. I won't be staying there again if they employ staff who think it's acceptable to take other people's belongings.

good location
wasn’t that clean and the hallway downstairs smelled like smoke. the wifi didn’t work downstairs and I was met with the receptionist telling me that she couldn’t do anything. I then asked for information to make a complaint and she moved me to a room where the wifi was working.
