The hosts are just fabulous. So welcoming and friendly. I stayed in a lovely room. I couldn’t believe how many courtesy items there were ! Everything you could hope for, and some. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast experience was similar and so tasty and beautifully cooked. I would without doubt stay there again if I was travelling in this area.

We enjoyed our stay, our bedroom and bathroom was spotlessly clean and it was very cosy, we had everything in our room we needed, our host was welcoming and cooked us a lovely breakfast, the views out the windows were of the lovely countryside and the garden was lovely also.
If you are thinking of staying at the Brambles bed and breakfast, I highly recommend you stay.
To sum up 10/10 we will be back for another stay at your lovely accommodation.

We had a wonderful night at Brambles Bed & Breakfast. Love garden (my partner was over the moon to see all the flowers and plants). We had dinner at a local pub, which was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and Alison was charming and made us feel welcome. Will definitely go back again.

Modernized and clean units. Extremely friendly and helpful owners and excellent breakfast included. Rural area with no restaurants nearby and located on narrow lane.

From the first contact via text with location instructions to reluctantly leaving after a gorgeous breakfast, this business trip was amazing. The room was warm and cosy, the teas and coffees with biscuits and snacks and everywhere so clean. The redwood pub in the village was an absolute pleasure with excellent food . Thank you

One of the best Bed and Breakfast places we have stayed in

I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Alison, who showed me to very comfortable accommodation with an invigorating shower and extremely comfortable bed which was sorely needed after a long day. I took the opportunity, at Alison's recommendation to go for a circular walk which comprised of just over 2miles and took in some scenic landscapes along the way. Breakfast was tremendous and allowed for conversing with 2 other guests who are repeat customers and i can see why.

The room was so well provisioned that we had to put some items on the floor, so we could put all our bits and pieces out. Spotlessly clean and a large shower, not one of those little cubicles you can hardly turn round in. Lovely views across the countryside from the back garden. There is a farm next door and I expected a lot of noise from the pigs, but they only squealed a bit in the evenings, nothing in the morning at all. Possibly they are late risers. Definitely take the recommended route from the M5. Devon C roads really are C roads - if you drive a wide sports car or Chelsea tractor, you might have trouble.

Family of 3 and this was perfect. We throughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The annexe is delightful, wonderfully clean and a lovely rural location. Service was all we could ask for, very friendly and informative. Good communication before our stay. Plenty of supplies provided. Food from the local pub was good too. We would definately stay again.

Stayed last summer and came back this autumn. Lovely location, nice comfortable rooms with good selection of coffee, tea and snacks in the room which are a nice touch after a long drive. Friendly and helpful owners too.

So happy to discover Brambles, Alison and David made us welcome on our arrival, and their genuine friendliness helped make our stay a real treat. A superb varied breakfast started our day after a restful sleep in the cosy bedroom. High standard of cleanliness throughout and we fell in love with the garden and surrounding views. We look forward to staying again.

Delightful property in the countryside. Very quiet. Rooms were a nice size with tea & coffee making facilities.
Breakfast was great and David and Angela were very friendly - as were the other guests!

Absolutely beautiful place, really tranquil, and it made for a wonderful and romantic stay. We were only there for 1 night, but it was lovely, and the waking up to the gorgeous garden outside our window made for a lovely morning.
The Lady whom took us to our room was very pleasant, made us feel welcome and helped us with directions to town, by supplying us with a map and directions herself.
Overall, ever though getting there was a little bit tricky, that couldn't be solved by the accommodation. The stay was amazing, made us feel so relaxed, and was especially beautiful!
Would definitely recommend and stay again!

If you are looking for the experience of life in a beautiful English country home, this is the B and B for you. The home itself is beyond charming - it's remarkable. The gardens are lovely and the whole environment is wonderful. It's somewhere you'll never want to leave. The owners are more than friendly - they make you feel at home. The attention to detail in the rooms, the home cooked breakfast, the overall experience is something I'll never forget.

Lovely house, spotless room, comfy bed. Very friendly and hospitable hosts.

Quaint bnb not far off the beaten track, and received directions by mail once the booking was made. Quiet location, constant heat if needed as winter was approaching. Rooms are off the main house in a detached annex, secure, private and ample parking.
Would return if in the area again. Very reasonable cost although I opted for ex breakfast rate so can’t comment on breakfast. Happy guest 😀

Brambles is a lovely bed and breakfast. We only stayed one night but would have liked to have stayed an extra night. David and Alison very welcoming and accommodating (especially at Breakfast). We stayed in the garden room and woke up to a stunning view. The room it’s self is comfortable with everything you need.
I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast and if we visit Tiverton or nearby again I would definitely stay here.

I had an excellent and friendly welcome. The room was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. We stayed for 4 nights, the room was maintained for us and lights left on for when we returned in the evening which was welcoming. Lots of nice small touches that make a difference. All we needed was included. Towels, flannels and bedding were all soft and smelt nice.

We were so pleased to have discovered Brambles during a visit to the Exeter area. We had 2 rooms booked and I knew we were in good hands when Alison and David, the owners, emailed us with detailed directions and some information ahead of our arrival. The rooms are in the annexe to their home, down a country lane. The rooms were comfortable and every comfort was available: hair dryer, extra blanket, kettle with basket full of teas, coffees, etc, large TV, torch even! Everything was spotless. The rooms face a garden and so are very quiet. The country lane seems to have very little traffic. Breakfast consisted of juice, tea and coffee, then a choice of yoghurts and cereals, plus a cooked breakfast to order. David and Alison clearly take pride in their B&B and were friendly, welcoming hosts. We would highly recommend Brambles.

Very clean room. Tranquil. Nice country cottage feel.Pleasant owners. David makes a yummy breakfast. Wi fi is available for the ever demanding teenagers! Was surprised by the VERY NARROW WINDING ROADS in locating B&B.
Booked through EXPEDIA and found out later by contacting owner directly that BREAKFAST was not actually included. EXPEDIA OUGHT TO BE INFORMING GUESTS RIGHT FROM THE START THAT, BREAKFAST aint included in booking fee.
On the whole, was a lovely weekend away.

We were in Devon to visit family. Brambles is in a lovely area probably best enjoyed in summer months. We didn't have much daylight to appreciate the countryside around. Easy to find from motorway. Helpful advice from David about attractions nearby. Thank you.
