The place is very clean, and it has everything you would need. I didn't know it was an upper until the host reached out to me with the details, which was after I had paid for the rental. It did have a musty odor when I first got there, but I didn't notice it as much after I had been there a bit. Everything was convenient, close to Downtown Negaunee. 12 minutes away from Marquette. The Wi-Fi worked great for me, the TV was a little difficult as I had never used Apple products before. But I finally got it, Lol Overall, it was worth the price and I would probably rent the place again if needed. I was there for a family wedding.

Apartment was nice and bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was a stove and refrigerator in the apartment but no table to eat at. Hallway uptairs has very old carpet that is dirty and stained and wallpaper is peeling off the wall. The home needs some T.L.C. I must say I was a little disappointed in this property.

We brought our daughter up to NMU for move in weekend as a freshman. Place was nice and clean and had plenty of dishes and pans to cook the food we brought. Very cozy and neighborhood was nice. Close enough to run back from Marquette for a few lunches and dinners as we were on a tight budget. Would recommend for a small family or couple wanting a reasonably priced stay to check out the area or visit their NMU student. More than likely will use in the future.

It is a small little apartment perfect for 2 guests. The host is very quick with communication and this property is basicly walking distance to everything in negaunee. That being said its negaunee not the beach or anything fancy so the apartment fits right in. Is it a little outdated? Yes. Its clean and safe though, and came with everything you need including water and coffee.

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family in the area. It's a great little place, has been updated nicely, & is fully stocked. Kitchen is tiny but functional, neighborhood is great and is conveniently located near all kinds of good stuff. Deanna was super fast with all communication, all around a great stay.

This apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our weekend stay visiting relatives. It had everything we would have needed for dining in, if we would have had the time to do that. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean and well furnished. We will stay here again during out future visits.

The apartment was very clean & well equipped. The kitchen is very small, but had all the things we needed…so was doable. It is one apartment within a house, and when the neighbors are home you can hear them. Other than that it fit our needs and was comfortable.

Everything was great! In a quiet neighborhood with easy street parking near Marquette and about an hour from Munising. We appreciated having some spices and condiments, it made cooking our dinners a lot nicer!

Property worked out well as a base for exploring the area. Everything in the unit was as listed. The updated bathroom was very nice. The porch steps, entrance, and hallway leading to the 2nd floor unit could use some TLC. Please note that the only parking during spring, summer, and fall is on the street.

The unit was very nice and efficient. Because the advertisement to the best of my recollection did not say the unit had air conditioning, I was pleasantly surprised to find the bedroom had A/C.I stayed here to tour Marquette via ebike, but I’ll note that Negaunee proved an interesting location as well. This property has excellent access to the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. The ~13 mile cycling commute into Marquette’s shoreline is rapid (downhill), but be advised that the uphill ride back up to Negaunee after cycling all day is brutal.
