Great location, roomy

My daughter and her friends wanted a trip to finish their senior year with a bang. Plus wanted to try adulting! 😂This place was perfect. I got my space, they got theirs. Close to lots of places, very quiet and we all loved the mattresses 😉. Best sleep in a long time. Would highly recommend this place. The owner was very easy to work with. They adults very well.

We didn't get stay at the property because one of are party had a power chair and we couldn't get him in the house even with the ramp we brought. So we had to get a motel room. Oh there wasn't no parking spots now that was bad.

The house was nice, but no AC. The house did not smell clean, house was dusty but on a positive note the kitchen and bathrooms were clean.
I felt very uncomfortable feeling people could see thru the blinds in the upstairs bathroom. We had to leave the windows open to keep the house cool.
The beds we’re comfortable. The people in the neighborhood were very nice.
This would be a very nice house if the house felt cleaner and added some decorative things that would make the home feel welcoming. I could not sleep because it felt eerily. The house has a lot of potential.
I did not get instructions until the day before and key lock code I received the day I arrived to Long Beach. That part was very stressful to me. Overall it was ok.

Spent 5 days in Long Beach for a family wedding. The house was totally comfortable for the six of us. Check in was seamless, close to the beach and lots of food options nearby. We couldn’t have been happier.

A good location and interesting older home. However the screens are in poor repair. There is no A/C and a lot of ambient noise. The hot water did not work for over half the stay. It seemed to be our responsibility to keep checking the status of the repairs. We would have appreciated a refund or some compensation for this inconvenience.

Nowhere in the listing does it state this house has no A/C. The homeowner kept telling me it will be cooler this week (when we arrived the house was 87 degrees inside). I was forced to purchase 2 fans since the homeowner only provided one small box fan for the entire house. The only way to cool the house was to open all windows and the doors to the patio. The patio doors do not have screens, the window in the front of the house only has one screen which is equivalent to no screen if you have half a brain. All the screen except for two or three were effective the rest were bent, did not close (meaning bugs still get in) or were taken off (upstairs room). The entire house had cobwebs, downstairs and upstairs. The floors were extremely dusty, and all the windows had dirt and leaves around them. I am honestly confused what the cleaning fee does. Back to the lack of screens, overnight we had to leave the windows open it's the only way to get the house under 80 degrees. In the morning the downstairs restroom, kitchen and behind the couches were swarmed with mosquitoes. I don't think I have ever seen this many mosquitoes in a house and I live in Texas. The last day the hot water stopped working and when I notified the homeowner his reply was “ok thanks”. We were also forced to purchase laundry detergent and dryer sheets as the homeowner did not provide any. We felt trapped in this house, we had no more money to get a hotel and the entire time was ruined by the heat, bugs and dirt.

All we needed was a place to sleep and gather.
Comfy beds, clean as expected.

Loved the Spanish/Mexican feel, especially all the nooks and crannies. The rooms are Large. One couch old and uncomfortable.could use a bit more living room seating for 6 adults/teens. Blankets plentiful. Did not appreciate the smell of marijuana near the TV or finding the stash in the armoire below the TV!!! (We left it all there!) Comfortable walk to the Convention Center for volleyball tournament.

We had a great stay. There were three of us - colleagues attending an event at the Long Beach Convention Center. This was a wonderful alternative to hotel rooms. We got to make our own meals and relax in a wonderfully comfortable house. Privacy was good, with two full bathrooms making it easy. The check-in and check-out were easy. The only thing to watch for is Monday morning 10-12 is street sweeping time so you have to move the car. Otherwise it was wonderful!

This place was great! I was participating in the Long Beach half marathon and was close enough to walk to the start/finish easily plus allowed my family to post up in different mile marks. There was great space for us to spread out, comfortable beds and couldn’t hear our neighbors. I loved the character of the house itself and cleanliness. Hopefully next time the Internet will work better. We had a great experience though! Super cute and awesome spot!

Overall we enjoyed our experience. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the coffee machine, it hadn’t not been cleaned in a while and had mold growing in it. That was really the only negative about the whole place. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy and Great Location
This was a perfect spot for me and my friends! We were so close to everything where we could walk or Uber. Right down the street from the beach and night life! The place was clean and spacious.

Super charming beach cottage vibe
We really enjoyed our stay here and found the property to be very charming. It's an early 1900s build so there are some beautiful features, yet the modern fixtures make it feel like a reliable home. It's a shared unit, which we found out, and it's close to neighbors, but that wasn't an issue. Parking is limited, so heads up there. Typically, you'll have 1 reserved spot. It's close to downtown with great restaurants, etc. The check-in and support team were always there to answer our questions, and I think we were pleasantly surprised at how "charming" this place was. Only request would be for the hardwood floors to undergo a good old fashioned cleaning :) Clean and cozy otherwise - Other than that - no complaints.

My daughter graduated with her Masters.
Close family was here for a graduation of my daughter at USC. We wanted something close to the water. The house was perfect. We had 7 adults, 2 of which were my elderly parents. The house was perfect for us to celebrate in!

Lots of room, great location!
This was a very cool and spacious home blocks from the waterfront village. We only stayed one night but this would be a great place to stay for a few nights and up to 8 adults would be very comfortable.

My partner, son and I spent four nights at this home and enjoyed the beauty of the rooms and the surrounding neighborhood. The beach is only one block away and it was wonderful to walk on it every morning. We would highly recommend this place!

Nice to be by the beach again!
Property was as expected, maybe even better! Quiet and comfy even with being so close to the beach and urban area. Everything worked out great for our three night stay, would return again when the opportunity arises.

Lovely
Great stay all together. Only hiccup was that apparently someone had tried scamming the rental and called pretending to be part of our group before we had checked-in, but the property manager was quick to remedy the situation. Really nice property as well, only thing I would suggest is providing a few more fans or an AC unit bc it does get quite warm. Excellent location.

Nice style house Clean , safe , nice small outside / back yard areaWe stayed for one night. Negatives : NO AC ( we knew that before) , the would floor was very slippery that kids and adults slipped on it ( safety issue )

Unique, historic with updates.
Loved the historic house with updated baths and kitchen. It’s nice that the property includes kitchen basics (spices, etc.)and beach chairs. The property manager quickly responded to concerns that we had (brought another set of sheets and bug spray to us). It would be nice if the neighbors didn’t use the little spot of grass out front as a dog walking spot. The house could use screens as mosquitoes and ants were an issue.
