Great spot for Long Beach Grand Prix less than 3 miles with bus service to race close by. 25 min to Disneyland, California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm. 30 minutes to LAX, OC Airport, Downtown LA or OC. Less than 40 min from Dodgers , Angels,Lakers, Clippers, Kings,Ram's ,Chargers, USC ,UCLA ---all soccer and other attractions. It was a full house with my out of town guests and I hear they had TOO MUCH fun but the hosts were incredibly gracious and the house perfectly located for real Long Beach fun, walking distance to so many fun places and so inviting itself that they didn’t even explore as much as they had planned.

This property has a great location, great amenities, and amazing owners. Adam was available for help, restocks, or recommendations! The off street parking made our life so much easier, although 4th street is busy to back on to. The yard was really nice and secluded, and the front porch is perfect for breakfast. The location is prime for access anywhere. We will be back!!

Adam, the P/O, is amazing. His communication and willingness to go above & beyond to make our stay amazing has been one of the highlights of the many times I have used a short-term rental. The home was as listed and was more than what we anticipated - it worked well for our family of 6 and was a 1 mile walk to the beach with tons of resources for us within walking distance (restaurants, full grocery store, etc). We will definitely be back and stay here again because of the property and mainly because of the owner.

Me and my girlfriend and our friends had such a great time here. There was a slight issue with receiving a text from Vrbo, but the Host was being very communicative with me and check in was easy. Many convenient locations by the area as well especially the taco spot literally 30 second walk from us. 10/10! Will probably be coming back again in the future.

What a charming delightful bungalow this is! Location is central to everything. Light & bright airy space. Ample parking. Just perfect & safe for pets with wonderfully fenced yard areas. Stocked with everything you need. Great communication with property owner. Our Long Beach getaway for sure!

This was a perfect house for our family to stay while visiting with other family in Long Beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick breakfasts and lunch, and the set up was perfect for adults and children to have time together but also have their own space. The hosts were clear in their communication, and the check-in and check-out processes were clear and easy.

We are a big fan of this home. The large open floor plan allowed our family to all be together. The home had everything we needed! The front yard is beautiful with a nice big porch to enjoy your drink of choice. The location is great and there are so many wonderful small businesses within walking distance. Adam was very attentive and answered any questions I had leading up to our stay and during. We will be back :)

We stayed here while attending a convention and it was an easy drive just 10 minutes from the Long Beach Arena. Very clean, updated home. Felt very safe. We liked the food across the street as well as the Breakfast Bar a block away. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Like others have said, it is on a busy road. Maybe earplugs or white noise at night if you’re a light sleeper. But I’d stay here again. Thank you Adam for a great stay!

We had (3) couples gather for the Long Beach Grand Prix and this house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the Host, Adam, was very communicative and had great ideas for meals close to the house. This house was an easy Uber to downtown Long Beach for the races.

Came to Long Beach for the first time for a long weekend with friends + infant. One of the nicest rental properties I've rented. Adam was very easy to communicate with and everything was seamless. We were thrilled with the location of the cottage in Long Beach while we were in the city for a long weekend. Well equipped property, very comfortable and within reach of the many great spots to eat out in the area. We met the owner/property manager who could not have been friendlier and helpful getting us in, up and running. Highly recommended for long or short stays and hope we can return soon.

We rented this house for a family Thanksgiving gathering. It feels like it was recently remodeled, it’s very modern, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving. The outdoor area is super and the landscape is really pretty. Lots of parking and convenient to walk to the beach, grab bikes or walk to grocery and restaurants.

This was a good fit for our family, enough room for all! Easy to get to in the city and close to many attractions within Long Beach. About 15 min walk to middle beach but easy walk with kids. Very pleased that had extras compared to other rentals, plenty of toilet paper, soap- both hand and for dishes, and even had spices and oils to use for cooking. Would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 403. The home truly felt more home. Organized, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect, we walked 15 mins to the beach and even explored local shops and had some great food from just a walked away. Holy Mole fish tacos were delicious, and the taco shop across the street was great. Make sure to have cash in hand, taco shop and donuts are cash only. We cannot wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super close to restaurants and grocery store. Minutes from Shoreline Village and many parks and beaches. The house is very clean, and it was great to have a driveway behind the house to park. Occasionally there was some street noise, but it was no big deal and expected for the location. Communication with host was very easy!
