Muy correcto el precio y muy buena situación.

Desayuno muy correcto. Una camarera supersimpatica y muy atenta. Hotel bien situado. Aparcamiento frente al mismo hotel gratis. Son varios edificios de temática automovilística de Ferrari. Edificios muy tranquilos.

El personal de recepción nada motivado. Dan la información correcta pero no se esmeran en querer entender el idioma del cliente español. Te bloquean el coste de tu estancia en la tarjeta de crédito y cuando haces el check out te cobran la estancia. Lo peor es que aunque les envié dos mensajes, tardaron un mes en desbloquear el dinero integro de la estancia y que estuviera disponible en mi cuenta.

Gelieve een ander hotel te kiezen

Thema

Zeer vochtige en koude kamer ondanks de mooie prijs die we ervoor betaald hebben. Managers wilde / konden (?) niets doen aan het vocht. Uiteindelijk hebben wij oven en kookvuur moeten aandoen om vocht en koude uit het appartement te houden.

Un poco decepcionante

La.ubicacion buena y lugar tranquilo

No es un 4 estrellas. Apartamento equipado justo. Pocos utensilios de cocina. Cortinas descolgadas. Balcón y cristales sin limpiar (lo exterior). Restaurante Padock cerrado. Sólo 1 tarjeta para entrar a la habitación. Tuve que pedir 1 vaso más, y 1 copa y saber donde estaba el jabon para la.lavadora. Nos prepararon una cama de más sabiendo que éramos solo 2. La recogimos para poder tener 1 sofa pero no se llevaron las sábanas. Limpiaban poco. La distribucion estaba bien pero solo tenía puertas a uno de los lados. Algo absurdo. Cocina y baño en medio. Original, pero luego la.cocina quedaba siempre abierta a las.dos habitaciones.

Fantastyczny klimat. W całości poświęcony marce Ferrari, idealny dla fanów motoryzacji. Świetna restauracja i przepyszne, urozmaicone śniadanie. Bardzo miły personel i doskonale wyposażony i czysciutki pokój. Jestem więcej niż zachwycony.

Zadovoljan sa boravkom i vjerojatno bih došao ponovo.

Ostali smo samo jednu noć. Sobe/apartmani su stvarno jako prostrani. Za noćenje 4 osobe smo dobili zapravo 3-sobni stan. Doručak je bio sasvim solidan. Zanimljiv koncept hotelskog tematskog naselja. Sobe, hodnici i sve ostalo je bilo vrlo čisto i uredno. Vrlo ljubazno osoblje na recepciji.

Možda jedini nedostatak je što sobe/apartmani imaju keramičke pločice na svim podovima koje su hladne. Preporuka je da ponesete papuče sa sobom na put. Također mali nedostatak je što se mora izaći vani da bi se došlo do restorana na doručak. To može biti mali problem tijekom lošeg vremena. Wi-Fi može biti slabiji u određenim prostorijama, ovisno o položaju apartmana.

Klimatyczne miejsce z miłą obsługą.

Fajny klimat choć miejsce swoje lata świetności ma za sobą. Czysto, personel super miły, duży parking, nieźle wyposażony apartament. Śniadanie standardowe - nam pasowało. Do muzeum Ferrari 5 min samochodem.

- trochę słaby widok z okna ( jakieś krzaki i zarośla)

My 5 year old nephew enjoyed his stay.

the staffs were super nice, highly appreciate! and check in desk is something, we took many photos there before heading to Ferrari museum. Room is comfortable and clean.

If there can be a bar for selling the coffee will be awesome.

Exceptional

The town of Maranello was very welcoming. In the hotel, we loved the staff. People at the front desk were friendly and welcoming and the staff at the buffet were exceptional.

The washer machine in our room was dirty. The detergent dispenser had mold. We didn't feel comfortable washing our clothes.

I would visit this place again)

enough space: 2 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom enough plates and cups washing machine, drying machine, great soft bed internet connection, not very fast but stable pets allowed:) not far from Ferrari museum, Maserati showroom

lack of bug knives (only small ones, not very comfortable) actually, I found some old dirty spots in shower, but that’s not so critical

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped,and easy to find. the breakfast staff was kind and efficient. And Maranello is a nice town it seemed, although we did not spend too much time there. On site hotel parking is a plus!

Only the bed was too hard, but I understand that is the norm. The grounds looked more practical than beautiful, it seems the hotel caters to large groups connected to the Ferrari Museum. That is not a deal breaker by any means, the grounds were certainly clean, but as people who like to sit outdoors, a tree covered outdoors seating area would be nice.

INEFFICIENT, POOR HANDLING OF ACCOUNTS AND IRRESPONSIBLE.

CLEAN

DOUBLE CHARGED ME. HOLDING/PENDING CHARGE HELD ON DAYS AFTER CHECKING OUT FOR NO REASON. AIR CON WAS SHUT DOWN WITHOUT NOTICE IN ADVANCE IN THEIR WEBSITE. EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO HAVE A ‘NICE SURPRISE’ AFTER CHECKING IN.
