Absolutely fantastic!

Nikos Villas were fantastic! Honestly the views are outstanding, it is nice to be above the coastal walkway for privacy. The staff were just amazing, so friendly and kind, the receptionist went above and beyond to help us out with a flight booking so we could carry on enjoying ourselves. Breakfast on the balcony was wonderful. Would love to stay again.

LOVELY!!!!

LOVELY PLACE! Beautifully located hotel, wonderful service, very very nice place. I recommend it to everyone! :) Beautiful view with sunset on Kaldera. The best breakfast ever! They look beautiful, taste delicious, served on the terrace in this beautiful place :) The best place in Oia!

My best stay in Greece!

The property was in the perfect location and was beautiful. From the first moment of our stay we were greeted at the sidewalk and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extraordinary . I loved it there!!

Disappointed

The view overlooking the caldera

We were in a studio overlooking the pool in rm# 24. The room is terribly outdated, the seat cushions in the living room were stained; and the worse part was the shower drain didn’t properly drain. The second person would need to wait 30 min for the water to go down before getting in the shower. I paid close to $1200 Euro for 4 nights, was flabbergasted to hear that breakfast would be an additional $20euro per person.

Hotel an toller Lage mit viel Potential

Tolle Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Caldera. Personal äusserts höflich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wurde auf der eignen Terrasse serviert und man konnte aus einer Karte verschiedene Gerichte aussuchen. Auch in die Stadt sind es nur 10 Minuten fussläufig. Bushaltstelle befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Hotel und zwei Supermärkte sind nur 50 Meter entfernt.

Leider entspricht die Ausstattung der Zimmer, meiner Meinung nach, nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Interieur war sicher noch aus der Zeit der Eröffnung des Hotels. Das Bett war maximal 1.40 m breit und für zwei Erwachsene einfach zu klein. Auch das Badezimmer hätte eine dringende Renovierung nötig und die Duschkabine mit 60x60 cm und einem Vorhand der beim duschen dauernd an einem klebt war nicht das was wir erwartet hatten.

Wonderful caldera views from pool and patio

Wonderful pool and patio area with a great barman. The best views over the caldera and Oia town. Great breakfast served to the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Walk from hotel to Oia centre is partly along a road with no pavement with close passing cars, quads and buses. Bathroom is small and a bit basic. But the pool and the view trump any minor defects!

Great staff. Very welcoming. Fantastic breakfast on your balcony each morning. And amazing pool with cliffside views.

From the moment we arrived, Dimitrius made sure we felt welcomed. He gave us a run down of where the best sites were, what spots we should not miss, and how to get around our area. We were located a short walk from the heart of Oia and had incredible views. What can I say about the breakfasts? We were provided options to select from and woke to a delicious breakfast delivered to our balcony each morning. Dimitrius was right, you have to try their Greek yogurt. It was delicious.

There really wasn't anything not to like as far as Nikkos Hotel was concerned.

The perfect spot on the perfect island.

The customer service was probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we got out of the car, they were there waiting to welcome us and take our bags. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time be that we had all the information we needed. Their knowledge of the island and the activities on offer helped us get the best out of our few days in Santorini. The room was beautiful and overlooked the water where we were able to enjoy the sunset from our balcony. The pool area was also amazing and we loved hanging out there and overlooking the water and enjoying a drink. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone visiting Santorini

We liked everything! From the very friendly, efficient and helpful staff to the most amazing view, we had a fabulous stay. Having a bar with snacks available around the pool during the day, the delicious breakfast delivered daily to your room, the comfort and spaciousness of our apartment. What's not to love? Thank you so much. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect hotel and location from central Oiá with a magical sunset at the hotel!

The view and location are fantastic, the pool was the perfect size and the sea breeze made the stay pleasant. This is the hotel you want to return to!

Disturbing noises were heard from neighbors who are loud. Had nothing to do with the hotel but maybe the hotel needs to have some rules? No drunken parties with singing after midnight…

Perfect. All we could have wished for and more.

The view from our room was outstanding, the location of the property couldn't have been better, and breakfast served to our terrace each morning was more than we could have wished for. I would return to Nikos anytime!!

Beautiful views from our balcony of the caldera. Loved waking up to breakfast delivered to our room and enjoying it on the balcony. The location was excellent and right in the heart of Oia, which we found to be the best area in Santorini. I can't begin to explain how amazingly welcoming the staff were, made us feel so special each time we went to reception. They also gave us so much help when trying to figure out how to get around and what we might do etc. Thank you!

The price. I understand that seems to come with the location and is quite good compared to other places in that area, but it was quite high for us. The room itself was nice, although not worth that price, however, the location and view was mind blowing so I can understand the price based on that.

We absolutely loved our stay - wish it could have been longer!

Everything was excellent. The location was fabulous, the view and setting were spectacular, the breakfast was enormous and delicious, the staff was outstanding, warm and friendly, extending themselves to be helpful in every way.

The location was perfect right outside of Oia and the views were amazing. Breakfast was served each morning on our balcony and it was delicious. We had an extensive menu to choose from each day. The hotel was super clean and the people were all extremely nice!

location was perfect, quieter part to take in all the views peacefully with only a short flat walk right into the centre. breakfast was beautiful every morning to our balcony where we could sit overlooking the breathtaking scenery.. staff were amazing & so so helpful & friendly.. highly recommend

I personally did not care about the hot tub etc so was happy it was not in my room. if you do care about this you should take a note about this.
