Excellent stay, thank you!

The staff were great so helpful, the ambiance of the hotel was really nice. Great design. The rooftop bar was a bonus.

The housekeeping was good but I think they were short staffed.

Was great

Room is updated, very comfortable, nice amenities. Roof top bar is trendy. Breakfast was good. Outdoor area was very relaxing. We noticed some water dripping from the ceiling when the shower was on. Looked like a new issue. We alerted the front desk and they addressed it right away and then gave us the option to move to a different room which happened to be a suite! It was the best part of an awful day of travel with two small kids.

Pet fee is 75$, wish it were a little less.

Great location and great atmosphere!

I particularly liked all the areas for outdoor seating. The beautiful weather allowed for some time outdoors to relax and catch up on some summer reading. The Ridge Room was also very nice; may need to change/enhance the menu.

Wish the a/c system would allow the fan option to run constantly to.serve as white noise. Wish they (and other hotel chains) would offer something (small discount, free meal at restaurant) when you opt to skip housekeeping services.

I will use this hotel again, my husband even l8ked it a lot.

Breakfast was excellent. Area was very close to highway but no road noise. Very convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. Very nice outside lounge area with fire pit and comfortable outdoor furniture, and it was very private. Pool was great also.

Very nice modern location. Lobby/dining area was beautiful. Many shops close by for leuisure. Staff was great.

Found a small caterpillar in the sheets. View isn't as nice if you are placed looking away from the town. Breakfast was mediocre after claiming it was superb and was also very crowded. Our room was directly under the venue on the top floor, so the sounds of thunder thighs could be heard from the evening till late night. Entry to Hyatt is at an ungodly angle. If you have a modified car, you can forget about the entry. Your best bet is to enter from Holiday Inn and route through the parking lot.

Quick one night stay but clean, friendly staff, and good value

Cleanliness

Pool had a sign that it was having maintenance 1/2 hour after it was busy, but 2 hours before it was supposed to close. Could have been something happened with the prior people in the pool.

This was a perfect overnight!

This place is gorgeous! The rooftop restaurant was outstanding and the buffet in the morning was really nice. The gym was clean with new machines, and the pool was warm.

Overall, I would definitely come back and refer the hotel to my friends and family.

My husband and I really liked our spacious room and the floor to ceiling windows. We also liked the decor and the outside patio area.

I thought there could have been more variety with the breakfast buffet. It was pretty much the same all four days we ate there.

I absolutely enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities, it was wonderful! I also enjoyed the ease of checking in and checking out.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like of the facilities, I had no issues while I was there. The stay, even if just for one night was wonderful.

Aside from staff pleasant atmosphere

Relaxing atmosphere day staff friendly nice pool and workout area changing room should have been in pool enclosure

Evening and night staff pompous and condescending . Not stealthy about watching our every move in pool changing rooms and telling other staff to keep an eye on us. As a retired nurse I am very observant of verbal and non verbal cues. Had menu for lobby bar when asked for a sandwich on the menu was told at five they were only serving fries, wings and small pizzas. Keep in mind we were on the first leg of a long road trip tired and disheveled from traffic. Isn't that one of the many uses of a hotel

Great Place to Relax

The breakfast was great and had a lot of choices. Every thing was fresh. They did run out of apple juice, so I had to make sure to get there early.
