Clean, comfortable stay. Satisfaction!

The room was clean and comfortable! The staff is gracious and friendly. The location is ideal. I always stay at this motel when I'm driving home to Tennessee. It's probably the best experience I have ever had as far as motels go.

Not worth the hassle

The fountain was the best part

The first room they had us in had blood stains on the bathroom door the outlets on one side of the room didn't work and the ac didn't work either. We went and asked for a room change and they argued the ac was working and pushed off the fact other things were wrong. The older man who im guessing owns the place was so super rude

The room had a damp older. Bathroom vent extremely noisy. Other guests stood up talk and most of the night. Hardly got any sleep. The rooms can definitely use an upgrade!

I needed a quiet restful sleep while on a long journey. Perfect.

Room very clean, spacious with microwave, fridge extra linens. Furnishings contemporary, simple but attractive. Grounds particularly welcoming with picnic tables and umbrellas and large water fountain. Exterior colonial design, soothing accent color. Reception area has AM coffee, hot water, tea. Ice and vending machine available 24/7. Parking at room accessible, easy to move luggage, monitor car status.

Exceeded expectations for a Motel of any kind. Would have enjoyed coffee available more than AM only. An extra blanket would have been comfy but room temperature was easily controlled. In room safe not available.

Was great and relaxing

Love the quietness staff was very nice loved the fountain and chair was very relaxing was me n my best friend and we felt very relaxed and comfortable

Bed was a little hard for me and shower pressure a little low but definitely will stay again

This was our 4th time staying here. Good for an overnight stay while traveling.

The location is great. Easy on/off of interstate 81. Close to stores and restaurants.

The beds were full-sized and not queen-sized. It was a pretty tight fit for 2 large adults.

the rooms were very clean!! looks like it had been renovated!!

the thin walls! the person in the room next to me turn his television on at 3:30 a.m. I could not sleep , could hear everything! No shampoo , just 2 bars of soap.

Disappointing

it was just fine for a one night stop to rest kind of stay. clean , right off the ext., car right out in front of your room ( nice if you are traveling alone). its a great stop and go place.

the staff was not nice , very short and not very helpful at all at the front desk area. tv in one of our rooms did not work at all , and the front desk did nothing just sad , sorry about that and done. but that did not help with not having the tv to watch at night.

Basic comforts away from home with an unbeatable price and ideal location near the interstate!

I lived in Harrisonburg for over 16 years so when I went back to visit I was more than happy to stay here! Family have stayed in the past and it was always a positive experience! Clean beds, clean room and excellent location right off the interstate! It is just the "bare bones" so you get a clean room, a clean bed, a clean bathroom, cable TV, a mini fridge and microwave. The floors are tiled but everything has been done nicely. Our room was quiet except for the occasional car on Rt 11 outside, but that's to be expected with a roadside motel. Would recommend and would stay again!

It satisfied our needs. I expected no frills. But this was bad. We will not stay there again.

It was cheap. Roof over our heads, hot water with great pressure in the shower.

Floor was filthy - I walked on it for a minute after showering and my feet were black. Disgusting. Also found cut plastic drinking straws in the towel holder on the wall - that’s sketchy. And how long had they been there? Bedding was super thin. Room was warm enough but I like more than a paper thin sheet and equally thin blanket. There were burn holes in the blanket and the top coverlet was useless.

The worst hotel room I have experienced ever and that was with a 100+ USD price tag

Employees did what they could to fix problems as fast as they could.

Heating was broken and it was low fourties outside (they replaced the unit within an hour of notice) Toilet was clogged Shower drain was clogged Bad smell in room - possible earlier smoking room Everything was worn down

We made a reservation here last Sat. 10/1. We literally were in the room for 4 mins. And that was 4 minutes too long. The room was DISGUSTING!! FILTHY!!! It smelled like urine. There were stains on the bedspreads. There was bodily fluids next to the bed on the side of the bed.There was DUCK TAPE holding the faucet together. We were desperate for a place to stay that night. We were not expecting a 3 star hotel. This place was uninhabitable!!! We returned to the front office immediately to leave. We were not able to get our money refunded because there was no manager there. I am contacting you as I have called 3 times this week and no manager is there. The right thing to do is refund me for my charge. It is outrageous to charge 250 plus tax for that disgusting room. I have pictures if you find this hard to believe. They remodeled the bathroom, looked good, did not put an electrical outlet in the room. The tv blocked my favorite channel I watch when I travel. Coffee was not available in the am.

though looked nice online, room smelled and was really not somewhere I’d stay again.

honestly, not a lot to like about it. we were just traveling through, so I guess staying here was better than sleeping in our car, but this was the worst place we stayed on our 2 week tour of the eastern US.

air conditioner didn’t work, shower head was leaking, television had poor satellite and picture had “snow”. it was loud, as three doors down there was a party, as if each of the rooms had four people in them, openly drinking beer. next morning the garbage can was overflowing.

Location was good. Staff was friendly

Room was dirty, we were put next to a room that had shoes and clothes laying all over the outside sidewalk, they were loud all night long. Didn’t get any sleep. The bed made the worst sounds. Couldn’t roll over with out it making noise. Decided to leave at 3:30 in the morning because we couldn’t take it anymore.
