The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and immersed in nature. It is a short walk away from the beach. The personnel is so kind and forthcoming!

Everything was good, especially staff is really helpfull and friendly.
It is not next to the beach but it is very close like 3 minutes by a walk.

Breakfast was fine.
Accomodation was good but the room allocated, due to the fact that there was no electricity on arrival too dark. the room did not have any windows to the daylight.
The gave me a different room in full day light, but the problems with electricity and consequently irregular supply of water (no water in the morning for toilet fluch or shower) made us to leave after 2 night. I used bottled water to shave and wash my face in the morning
No electricity.
Generator sis does not work most of the time.
Without electricity there was no water in the bathrooms.
This led us to leave the place after 2 nightsT

The staff was perfect. Very welcoming and joyfull. Especially Mr. Betrem is such a good guy and always full of life. Everybody else is very respectful and treats people with respect.
They really don’t have enough beef steak on their menu especially for us meat lovers.

We had an amazing week here in Zanzibar, the Hotel is near the famous and cool Kiwengwa beach and the manager of the Hotel (Daniele) helped us for everything…tours, food, tips about the island every time impeccable, helpful and polite. Good Breakfast, lovely rooms in Zanzibar style. Everything nice! Thanks a lot!

It was a nice little boutique hotel that is good for a little leisure and holiday ’work’ mode. Really decent sized rooms as well.
Unfortunately, the power went off a few times and the back up power must have been on a timed schedule because it didn’t always come on when the power went off. The cook/chef would need to be changed as the breakfast most times wasn’t great.

First of all, the price/quality of this hotel is great! We really enjoyed our stay here! The guys working here are amazing. We had so much fun at the restaurant in the evening with the guy working there and had the best talks about the island and the difference in our lives, big shout out to him! The exact reason why we stayed in every night (not always for dinner, but definitely for drinks) and chill in the restaurant or around the pool and watch the crazy big bats and sometimes even the bush baby!
Also Remo was really helpful in bringing us to the sister hotel for lovely relaxing days and great food!
The hotel is just a walk away to the beach and beach restaurants, plenty of choice. (lots of sellers here though, find your way around them). A bit dark at night to walk back but we always felt very safe just walking with our phone lights.
We went to this hotel to explorer the island from there, and it was so nice and chill to come back in the tranquil serenity after a day of exploring and relax in the pool or at our balcony.
We had some powercuts, but the staff was really working above and beyond to fix it quickly every time.
Breakfast was good,. Even though they had a menu to choose from, for an 8 night stay it was a lot of the same. But quality was great, also for snacks and dinner.
Not fun to write, but maybe some good feedback; We felt the lady at the reception was not very helpful. She just did the bare minimum and when we asked things we just got a big sigh about it. Too bad because all the other staff was so helpful! A little proactivity in telling us about everything they offer or trips we could make would have been welcome. We arranged most of the things ourselves outside the hotel because of this.
Also, we felt that just 2 small bottles of water at arrival was a bit less. You can buy a big bottle of water at the restaurant for 2 USD, while a six pack of water in the shop is not even 2 USD. It would be helpful to arrange a small bottle of water every day at least as drinking water from the tap is not safe.
Probably because of water quality, but our shower(heads) looked quite nasty even though everything was always spotlessly clean.
Another opportunity for the hotel; I've tried booking directly with the hotel, but the price was much higher and communication didn't flow. Therefor we chose to book with booking.com which costs the hotel commission.
Definitely no feedback not to stay at this hotel, because overall we had a great experience!

The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable.
The pool was giving a great vibe to chill or eat breakfast next to it!

A beautiful place to stay with good service, though I didn't get to enjoy what the place had to offer. I got a severe stomach disease during the first night of my stay and the staff tried everything to make me comfortable, called a doctor and all. I felt taken care of when I was ill alone in a foreign country and I want to thank the staff for that. :)
The English skills of the staff could have been better. I noticed that there were a difficulty in some situations to communicate simple things.

The hotel was really quiet with nice views over the surroundings.

Wow, what wasn't there to like to be honest. Great customer service, the staff are helpful and patient. The massage was great, the food was so tasty, the views were gorgeous, had so much fun in the pool and the AC was very helpful. To top it off, in the morning when you're ready, you get a lift to their second hotel on the beach which you have full acess to. It also has it's own pool and bar/restaurant and then direct access to the beach. I'll be back for sure.

The hospitality was amazing. Very friendly staff and stunning hotel rooms.
There was no proper facility for ladies sanitary towels so the hotel might need to invest in SHE bins.

Very nice place, clean with a laid back vibe, rooms are nicely decorated. Staff is incredibly supportive, Raymon, the manager, helped with everything that came up during my stay, from booking tours to communicating with authorities. He is a one man travel agency and a true problem solver.

The hotel is very new and therefore spotless and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were the highlight, particularly Bittram behind the bar and Remo the general manager. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The property is a five minute walk from the beach, which is a dark walk at night if you’re eating at one of the beach restaurants, but we never had any trouble with this. The advantages of being located in a very peaceful spot in a small boutique hotel far outweighed this slight inconvenience for us. The sister hotel on the beach which they took us to without charge is well worth a visit. A perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff is the best and very helpful with everything. The place has nice esthetics and at night it is well lit with beautiful lights all around, and only a 4 minute walk to the beach. The room was very clean (on a side note they put extra things like kleenex and mosquito repellent in the room too). And they had ac. Sadly our stay was cut short because of an incident from our side. But the staff helped us in the best way possible, even though they didn't need to. If you are staying in Kiwendwa, then this place is definitely the place to go to.

EVERYTHING!! I can’t recommend this place enough! me and my boyfriend went to Zanzibar for our first
time and decided to stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. at first we arrived early in the morning they managed a early check in for us. we had a beautiful room with a big balcony and sea view (honey moon room). every morning the kitchen served a delicious breakfast- homemade fruit shake/juice, eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes, bread, homemade jam, sausages - everything you like they cook for you. everything homemade. the staff is SO nice. they will do everything for you to have a excellent stay. They helped us with everything from organising trips to driving us to a supermarket to walking us to restaurants. I can’t thank the hotel staff enough to make our trip so special. The hotel is located 5
minutes walk to a beautiful beach with crystal white sand. the staff is happy to walk you down. and you don’t want to live on the beach in Zanzibar If you want a peaceful vacation since it can get noisy at night. that’s why it’s perfect that this place is located 300m away.
If you are a couple looking for the perfect place for a relaxing holiday choose this place!! it is clean, delicious food (also lunch and dinner), reasonable prices, and the staff is simply amazing ❤️😊
that we have to leave! everything was perfect!!

Clean rooms with no insects. Comfortable bed.
Nice pool, sun beds and a beautiful garden
Super friendly, helpful owner and staff. Delicious breakfasts.
The property is not 250 yards from the beach. You have to cross the road and continue walking down. I would say it’s 550 metres from the beach.

This hotel was absolutely heaven like and it’s clear that management has popped a lot of thought and care into the hotel, me and my husband loved staying here and this was one of the best holiday experience we have had to date! A huge thank you to Antonio, I travel at least 5 times a year and have stayed in some incredible places but the hospitality, care, attention to detail and professionalism that we had from Antonio was nothing like I’d seen or experienced. It was our first new year ever in Africa together and it couldn’t have gone any better — we’re already looking forward to coming back! A thank you to Ramon too really appreciated the care, help and support on the last few days and throughout our stay.

A nice surprise passing by on kiwengwa I discovered this new Boutique Hotel a few meters from the sea in a super quiet area, spotless and new rooms with all comforts, King Size beds, very kind staff. The international à la carte breakfast is also excellent, although it was not included in my stay, I decided to have it at the hotel. Congratulations and good luck for the start up of this new Hotel I hope to see you again soon a warm greeting to Remo one of the partners was very kind in welcoming me and taking care of me during my short stay.
