Esperienza positiva anche se si può migliorare

Stanza molto grande e bella, panorama stupendo sul mare, villaggio molto bello e curato in generale. Personale della reception professionale e cortese. Possibilità di prenotare le escursioni e i mezzi di trasporto (bici etc) in loco. Colazione top.

Ragni e formiche nelle stanze, di grande disagio per chi è aracnofobico come me! Navetta unica con 8 posti ma richieste solitamente superiori che costringono a prendere taxi a pagamento. Il personale dovrebbe ricordare agli ospiti con bambini che è un resort e non un parco giochi (tuffi in piscina nonostante il divieto, schiamazzi continui etc.) pertanto andrebbero prontamente richiamati perlomeno i genitori.

Beautiful location but needs a facelift.

The property was beautiful, but the rooms need major updating.

Disappointing service

The location is beautiful and the pool is great

We received disappointing service from staff. We waited more than 1 and a half hours for the free shuttle bus at the port and tried contacting staff via multiple listed contact numbers to ask where it was picking guests up from and the contact numbers either didn’t work or rung out. After we had to pay for a taxi to arrive and explained to the staff what had happened, a lady at reception told us that it was our fault because other people had managed to find the bus. We were disappointed with her attitude and service. She told us we needed to book the restaurant for dinner before 6pm which we tried to do and then were told the restaurant was fully booked. We also tried to hire a scooter and were left waiting for 10 minutes from the staff member who forgot about us and then were told the scooters were not available. Thankfully a staff member offered us a 20 euro discount on a limited menu at the restaurant for the inconvenience which we appreciated. However when we arrived for dinner the restaurant was visibly empty and did not look full at all. The food was disappointing also. As beautiful as the location is, we had booked this place for my partner’s birthday and were overall disappointed in the service.

Beautiful property

Beautiful location, great for families. Plenty to do at the resort . My kids really enjoyed their time at Mangia’s.

AC didn’t function properly in 3 out of 4 rooms. Some of the staff was young and very rigid. For example at dinner when I ordered a drink at the pool restaurant I was told they wouldn’t serve it there because they are a restaurant not a bar… (the bar was 10 steps away. ) Luckily the manager was walking by and instructed the young waiter on how to get a drink for the customers… this type of thing kept happening… I’m sure it’s difficult to train new employees…

Nice, comfortable, clean but a little dated

We like the ease of renting an e-bike to get to Cala Rossa. The room was big and comfortable. The sunset view is stunning and the pizzas delicious.

The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am the morning we were checking out and then again at 9.30am when we had until 10am to get out. They also have lots of bees around during breakfast and they have set traps right by the tables it’s a little odd.

Good for just a sleepover for one night

Close to a nice beach

Rooms weren’t up to par for a hotel of 4 stars.Breakfast pretty much the same every day.Dinner was the same every day and sometimes if you want to order something for some reason they don’t have even though you came first.Staff looks like they pay attention to what you are saying but really don’t.Also 90% of the staff barely speaks any other language.Just Italian.The place looks way better in the photos than in real life.In my opinion everything needs an upgrade.Starting from the staff and their oversized uniforms with stained shoes.

perfect service, view and food.

The service, food and facilities were perfect. We left a different property when we initially got to Favignana because it was nothing like it was advertised and when we checked in to Mangias it made up for everything. The restaurant was better than some Michelin level food we had. Rented scooters on the spot at the hotel - cannot recommend enough nor fault the resort.

leaking AC and moulding on bathroom wall

amazing view, pool and access to the sea. very comfortable sun beds. very good coffe but breakfast can be better.

My room was a disaster. the air conditioning was leaking on arrival and mould in the bathroom walls and shower were pretty visible also if covered with cheap paint. it was very strong smell of moisture in the wardrobe that I couldn't use. if that is the the treatment for sigle traveller and that di book with Booking.com nobody apologised formally on the check-out

Very good

it is a great hotel with great facilities and breakfast was flawless

the location is 10 mins from the town, there is a free hotel shuttle but this stops (strangely ) at 6.30 pm forcing you to take a minibus taxi at €8 pp. our room was good but overlooked wasteland covered by n rubbish and building waste. we only stayed 1 night or we would have moved. the pool is great but needed cleaning in the tiled sun lounge area, also the showers there were mouldy and dirty.

Superb

The facilities are superb, the breakfast super abundant and assorted. The majority of the staff is super kind and professional.

It would have been great to have some amenities in the room such us, tea, spoon, a few treats in the minibar... Nothing really serious though.

Marta at the reception was very helpful and attentive.

They tried to upsell the wine - it was Friday night and they said most of wines were unavailable.

Don’t waste your time either money and find another place.

Just the sunbeds and the area of the swimming pool.

There’s no wifi in the rooms, no service either. They promised before hand they’ll have bikes and they didn’t.

location and access to sea wonderful. sun set is breathtaking.

place had a 3 star feel to it. breakfast was varied but cramped and venue was unpleasant. bike booking facility run by separate company was not helpful when ordering a kids bike. for what we paid I expected a much better resort.

Great location, need professional managers to make it an excellent experience!

Breakfast was well stocked and nice variety of sweets. Clean and open environment. Location is perfect, nice gardens and the sea is right there. The people that hgelped with th ecanoes just exceptional. Same with lunch crew.

Mainly two areas: They need to hire a professional manager to run and train the pool/sea area. It is chaotic and disorganized. They really do not what they can do and what they cannot. The answer automatically is "talk to th reception". It is such a nice location, but it needs to be run professionally. Also, we asked reception to fix our room safe for three days, we left and it was not fixed yet, even though we reminded them every time we pass through it.
