About this house rental
Nestled in the captivating walkable neighborhood of Wallingford, lies our family home: a charming 4-bedroom craftsman gem, radiating history and charm. A complete 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house close to amenities, attractions, and transportation. We have off street parking and a complementary EV charger. We stock propane and provide a fully functional kitchen. We do actually live here when we are not renting it out and we ensure there's ample space in closets and drawers, however some of our possessions are here too.
Step onto the warm, golden hardwood floors that stretch throughout the main living area, where sunlight spills through original vintage windows. Gather around a meal in the elegant dining room while the spacious and well-equipped kitchen patiently awaits to excite your culinary senses with its abundance of essentials. We cook every night, so have outfitted the kitchen with everything you would need.
Each thoughtfully designed space beckons with an invitation for a good night's slumber - the main floor hosts two cozy bedrooms, one adorned with a full bed, and the other, a unique "3/4" bed, alongside a full bath. A vibrant living room, accentuated by a 50" TV and a comfy pullout sofa, ensures ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.
Ascend to the top floor, where plush carpets usher you to a serene master bedroom, graced by a king bed, and a playful children's room that houses a delightful twin bunk bed set. A second full bathroom adds a touch of convenience to this level.
Venture outside to discover a large flat yard that eagerly awaits the laughter, joy, and memories to be made. With the luxury of rare off-street parking this lovely home promises an unforgettable, hassle-free stay in a picture-perfect neighborhood.
Just a stone's throw away from the bustling heart of Wallingford, our location boasts vibrant eateries, cozy bars, and charming boutiques along the lively 45th Street urban center. Hankering for a midnight (or anytime) snack? The original Dick's Drive-In serves up delectable cravings just up the road. The electric U-District is a mere hop across the I-5, a swift 10-minute journey.
A quick jaunt brings you to a QFC supermarket for all your grocery needs. We're also a leisurely stroll away from the prestigious University of Washington. Enjoy the ease of access to several bus routes, connecting you to downtown, Green Lake, Ballard, Fremont, Northgate, and beyond.
Calling all adventurers – lace up your running shoes or saddle your bike for the Burke-Gilman Trail awaits, just 1/3 mile from our doorstep.
Alas, our allergy to feline friends means we cannot welcome cats. However, two well-mannered canine companions who can stay off our furniture and beds are welcome!

Fantastic home base for exploring Seattle. We really loved the walkable community the home is located in - and was the ideally situated between the university and all the attractions we came to visit in town - with quick and easy access to both. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the space.
Communication with host was excellent. Clear instructions on everything we needed to know about the place, and responsive to any Q's we had.
Highly recommend!

One of the best things about renting this property is the communication with the owners. They were very informative and detailed about everything.
The house itself was lovely! Very ccomfortable, located in a quiet neighbourhood but so easy to Uber/Lyft to and from.
There were plenty of soft towels, pillows, and other amenties. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

We went to Seattle for a weekend to see the Mariners and Sounders games, brought our two Bassett hounds and two teen daughters and it was comfortable for all six of us. Big dining room table and cozy living room to hang out as a family.

The communication was great, the house was super homey (and in a great location!), and everything was clean as can be!
