Good and recommended

Quite and near the park and pleasant and great for walking

Far from Paris central, train station also with large family and small kids, not much things around except for park and couple restaurant, also cleaning should been daily

Le studio était très confortable , lumineux , bien équipé , au calme. Accueil très agréable , spacieux , avec un espace détente , et possibilité d'utiliser ou d'emprunter des jeux , des ustensiles de cuisine ....

Frigo en panne ( nous l'avons signalé ...) Taxe régionale additionnelle ( 5,38 par jour et par personne ) en plus de la taxe de séjour habituelle !

위치가 정말 좋습니다!! 144번 버스 정류장이 숙소 바로 앞에 있어 큰 라데팡스역까지 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 또한 직원들의 서비스가 좋아 숙박기간 동안 편리하게 호텔의 서비스를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 빈대도 없으며, 모든 조리기구가 마련이 되어있어 자주 저녁을 해먹을 수 있었습니다. 시간이 지났지만 이 호텔에 대한 좋은 추억이 아직도 남아있습니다. :) 모든 호텔의 스태프분들께 감사드립니다.

화장실 샤워부스에 물이 잘 안 빠집니다. 샤워할 때 배수구에 문제가 있어 아쉬웠습니다. 물이 잘 안 빠져서 샤워하는데 시간을 오래 써야했습니다. 아쉬웠던 점이 이것 하난뿐입니다! 배수구 문제만 해결된다면 다음에도 이 곳을 이용하고 싶습니다!

Gel douche insuffisant dans la salle de bain, il y avait uniquement un fond de flacon à notre arrivée et on restait 2 nuits (ça fait radin et on en a pas eu assez). Lit dépliant mais confortable

Whole stay ruined by incredibly rude and unhelpful staff!

Rooms was nice but total experience spoiled by the staff

On Arrival the sole woman at reception ( name -Egpamtine) tried overcharging even though I had the confirmation. Then I got a wrong invoice. She then refused to tell me local restaurants/ supermarkets as it was ‘not her job’ and After speaking to the manager ( whose detail she initially refused to provide) he apologised and upgraded me. On a separate occasion at breakfast they ran out of clean forks, and refused to provide one, however when a French person asked they went and got one. Scrambled eggs were cold! I appreciate mistakes can happen, but they seem to not resolve and also get annoyed when these are pointed out.

Great facilities, superb staff, a little too far from the center.

Everything’s in a very good shape, renovated and well thought through. The neighborhood itself is very nice with grocery stores, cafes and quiet streets. You can walk to the island of Puteaux or to the Boris de Boulogne very easily. An extra thank you goes to the staff, who were extremely helpful and responsible. The internet connection is amazing, especially compared to some other places in Paris.

The only problem is getting around. I had things to do in the area, so it was not a problem. For those wishing to visit other discredits, the best bet is the tram. It might seem a tad far, but it’s never stuck in traffic unlike the buses.

Nice hotel but not able to cater for special needs

The rooms are comfortable and very clean upon arrival.

This trip was very disappointing : two months before her arrival I booked a one bedroom apartment for my 77 yo mother with a specific request, i.e. to have a shower as she is not able to use a bath safely. I asked for this in person and in writing and ensured I had a postive answer from the hotel before confirming the booking. If it had not been possible I would have booked elsewhere. Despite this, during the first two days after her arrival the hotel made her change rooms three times (four different rooms) before that request was honoured - once, the day manager even tried to pressure her into accepting a room with a bath by assuring her that there were no rooms with showers in the building. This was stressful and demeaning and caused everyone quite a bit of anguish. So much so that my mother refused to have the pre-paid breakfasts because she didn’t want to see anyone. The email exchanges I had with the hotel show just how dismissive they were of my mother’s special needs, until I mentioned the word « handicap » and then I got an apology. Also, the cleaning was not done a single time during her whole nine day / eight night stay even though they assure you it is done on the seventh day.

A great place to stay!

Lovely hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed including an iron and ironing board. Overall a comfortable modern space and I would stay again.

Just wish it was a little closer to more restaurants.

Great apartment and would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect with out stay. We had a kitchen in the apartment which was great and we had plenty of space for my family. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment and in a great location to travel into central Paris. Uber is great and reliable. Would highly recommend.

Very good

We were here for Lollapalooza festival and it was about a 25mins walk down the road, some good restaurants nearby but quiet at night, comfortable with good amenities in the room. Small but good breakfast selection (pastries, cereal, toast, eggs, coffee and juice).

It was close to the centre

I was disappointed as the hotel was advertised on booking.com with free parking as i used a filter, only to find out i had to pay for parking. Which made it poor value for money compared to others which were advertised without parking. It ruined the whole experience of Paris leaving a bitter taste in the mouth.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel, 2 star at best.

The room was quite spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and served its purpose. They had snacks you could purchase in the lobby area. Felt secure as you need a card to enter the building and use the elevator. The area seemed safe and had a grocery store.

The staff was just ok. They were helpful but not overly friendly. The reception area was messy and looked like a table with a computer and phone. The bathroom smelled like funky sweaty feet and there was a layer of dust under the bed. There were stains on the sheets. We were completely unpacked and tired so we did not discuss with the staff. I definitely would not recommend this place.

i like the staff especially Flora was amazing and we had a good and funny time with her.

the room was not clean. they dont clean the room. the herd was not working no milk provides for the coffee machine. service is 0 and too expensive for this Hotel. Hotel should be 1 star not 4

Sold with a view - the only thing you could see was the building in front of me Reception team not super friendly - wanted to have a small drink after a long trip and it was forbidden after 22:00 overall way too expensive for what it was, I’ll take a hotel instead they have better service

Amazing, value for money and ZERO cons!

It is just perfect for a couple, we were in love with how beautiful the interiors were. HIGHLY recommend anyone planning a 3+ nights stay in Paris!

Very good stay, for family recommended

Everything except location bit far from Eiffel tower 🗼 but still not a challenge have good transportation facilities.

Nothing Such.. Happily Stayed. Receptionist allowed us for early check-in with few little money charged.
