Very comfortable, had a good night sleep. The bathroom, while shared, was spacious and well equipped. The steam train in the morning just outside the window was a pleasant surprise.
Found some stains on some of the pillows and a small dead insect on the bed, not a deal breaker for me though as there were other pillows and insects can always come when the window is open.

Gute, ruhige Lage, wenn man sich von der Bahn nicht stören lässt.
Eine Dusche hat nicht funktioniert, es gab aber zwei daher nicht schlimm

Lovely house with nice touch in each room! The house owner is very attentive. Although the bathrooms are shared, it's clean and well maintained.
If you are a light sleeper, be aware that this house is located right by the train track. You can hear the sound of the train that passes by from time to time.

Can’t really think of anything.
Shower was difficult to operate in one bathroom. My comforter smelled like someone else had slept in it before me.

5.0
Nice quiet location with ample parking. Good communication with host. Decent three bed room.
3.5
Efficace !

Very Nice place, People are amazing!, Everything is better then exptected, and close to the center (10 min walk with the navigation), I took the taxi to get there, Its very cheap to get there
Everything, Love the train trip :)

Very clean, value for money.
Beds could be a bit better but that might just be me .
3.5
Clean room, comfortable beds, all fittings working properly.
Shared bathroom should have toilet as seperate room accessible when bathroom is in use. Voices from neighbouring flat were easily heard at night through walls (neighbours were NOT speaking noisily - walls need better sound insulation).

Comfortable bed. Clean.
No hot water for shower when we arrived and again the following morning for wash and shave. Hadn’t realised we didn’t have en-suite. Sharing bathroom difficult, especially during the night.

Family room three beds two singles and a double. Plus a couch/sitting area so a lot of room. Having tea and coffee available was great. Close to train line..good for looking at the train…noisy if trying to sleep but trains didn’t run too late. A bit of a hike to the city centre.
Car park was small fitted around 6 cars. The other guests were more than happy to move cars if we needed to get out. Parking down the road was close enough to walk only a few minutes.
TV didn’t work at all and there was a previous guests underpants left behind on the floor in the bathroom. Mother in law didn’t want them so we left them behind😂😂😂

The house and room was lovely . Very comfy and clean ..
Quiet location and staff very pleasant ..
Located far end of Fort William but easy walk into town..local bus nearby.
Slight issue with emails about self service arrival .which meant sitting outside for a while .

THE ROOMS ARE NOT EN-SUITE. HOWEVER, THEY ARE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, WELL FURNISHED AND A VERY COMFORTABLE BED. THE BATHROOMS WERE EXTREMELY HOT! REALISE GOOD TO HAVE HEATED TOWEL RAIL HEAT BUT FELT BIT TOO HOT FOR ME, EVEN WITH THE WINDOW OPEN. NOT SURE HOW I WOULD FEEL IN A HEATWAVE!!! I KNOW!!! HAD NO PROBLEM WITH WAITING FOR USE OF BATHROOM. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. COMMUNICATION RE SELF CHECK IN WAS CLEAR AND CONCISE.
BATHROOM WAS REALLY HOT

My son, Harrison and I were doing a charity hike for Variety, the Children's Charity along with a team of others Saturday 22nd July
We stayed at the lovely Braemar House, Claire the owner was brilliant, fantastic communication and help.
The location was perfect and walking distance to everywhere we needed to go, plenty of parking space but if ever full up, free parking around the corner.
The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, tidy and quiet, we had a shared bathroom which was spotless.
Fantastic value for money.
Highly recommended
Harrison and I and our Variety, the Children's Charity team all reached the summit and raised over £10,000 so far for the charity

Clean facility and quiet neighborhood. Reasonable pricing and easy check in procedures.
A bit noisy from other guests, which disrupted our sleep quality.
3.0
Lovely bedroom, comfortable bed and within walking distance into the town centre. Free parking.
I didn’t realise upon booking that it was a shared bathroom, or I wouldn’t have booked, this was an oversight on my part. Unfortunately having to share 2 bathrooms with 10 men was not ideal for me. Not just feeling uncomfortable, but also inconvenience when needing to shower, or even just get into use the toilet with a constant flow of people going in and out of the bathroom. Also the towels were tiny so was a military operation getting ready to go out exploring. There were no glasses in the room for drinking water and no interaction with the host.
4.5
Location for seeing the mountains and our room looked out onto the steam train track which we saw passing each day. Friend to Claire really made us welcome and would certainly return and /or recommend to friends and family if in that area again.
Sometimes having to wait for bathrooms although there were two available so wasn't too much of a problem
3.5
Good location and comfortable room. Host was easy to communicate with.
Self check-in was a little bit confusing. It felt like we were entering someone’s private property. We were also a little bit unsure about the bathroom as there were a lot of products and personal items left there.

The area
The bed and breakfast was advertised as a b&b no breakfast in sight. the bathroom was shared for the first 3 nights we couldn't sleep with nose from upstairs and downstairs. My partner had to let some guest in Surley the owner if the b&b should be there to greet them more like a air b&b would not reccomend to anyone. the worst place we've stayed we tried after the first night to book in somewhere else but everywhere was booked up so we just had to stick it out
