The sprawling covered front porch overlooks the giant lawn and wildlife preserve below, great for spending your peaceful sunny mornings with a cup of coffee and your relaxing evenings with a sunset cocktail in the afternoon shade. You don't know what peaceful feels like until you on this porch! There is also a second side deck with a grill and outdoor dining area that is perfect for family and friends to gather over a meal. The Chatham A's semi-pro evening baseball games, fantastic restaurants, shops and boutiques, Friday Night Band concerts and July 4th parade of Chatham downtown are all walkable distance if you prefer to leave the cars at home to walk or ride your bikes!
Best of all, walk just across the street to relax on the beach, take a swim, watch the sunrise, hop on your kayak or take a stroll on the sand!
