This quaint, cozy, cheerful remodeled historic spacious home is located at the heart of South Haven, just 8 mins walk to the beach, 4 mins walk to downtown and marina. It is perfect for family and friend gathering or some relaxing downtime in the charming beach town year-round.

➥ We require a copy of a valid government issued ID to verify the identity of the renter and the complete list of guests’ names before entry.

➥ Our property has devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any
attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines
and/or eviction without a refund. Ring doorbells and camera are monitoring the
outside of the property only.

This house has tons of space and beds for a large group. Steps from downtown and around a 10 minute walk (with slow kids) to the beach or Kids Corner. Great location on the south beach side of South Haven. Loved the house, would definitely stay here again!

Our family consisted of six adults and three children which included a 3, 4, and 5 year old. The house is very charming (aside from lots of upstair steps) and was full of everything you could think of! Such amenities included towels, chairs, wagon, toys for the lake; cups, saucers, wine glasses, pots, pans, plates, some food in cabinets, wonderful game room and games in the drawers. Comforts such as bedding, towels (folded like a heart in master bedroom) soap, conditioner, hair ties, etc. washer, dryer, a charming little outdoor area with party lights made this house very much like home. We appreciated all of these amenities - a trip to Michigan we will never forget. THANK YOU!

The good - Very accessible to the beach and downtown. Walkable to everything we needed. Owner responded immediately with new, working code when access was delayed due to incorrect initial entry code. The bad - not updated, felt like an old college rental. Numerous bugs, and dust everywhere in house. Floors sloped, visible damage and building / structural issues throughout. Toilets would not fill back up with water after flushing, and bathroom garbage cans were needed to be used to transport water from sink to fill back of toilet to flush. Towel rack falling off wall, sinks backing up after brushing teeth. Dirty utensils and cookware found throughout drawers.

This house suited our needs perfectly and was in a great location. The house was well stocked with a beach wagon and chairs, towels, paper goods, everything! Beds were comfy and A/C worked well. Older house with character and very comfy living spaces. Loved the short walk to beach and town. Thank you for sharing your home with is!

We had a 4 day vacation on the 4th of July holiday week, with 7 adults and kids from 2 to 16 years old. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, well-stocked and a few blocks from the beach. We were able to see great fireworks on the beach and watch the parade the next day in our front yard. The house is just as it is shown in the pictures and everyone had a great time. There was plenty to do for all. This is a perfect place for a family vacation!

Wonderful place to stay. Stocked with lots of snacks, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. Comfortable and spacious. We had 6 adults and 5 children 6 and under staying and felt very comfortable.

The house looks like the photos. It was cleaned and stocked with cleaners, paper towels, laundry, dishwashing tabs et al. We brought our own but were pleasantly surprised. The house is a straight shot downtown (2 or 3 blocks) as well as to the beach (6 blocks or so). We would definitely stay here again and we have stayed in multiple homes in South Haven. The location is very convenient, my kids said the same!

We had our 4 adult children, 3 of whom are married, and our 5 young grandchildren. The house was comfortable. It is well situated, with an easy walk to downtown, South beach, and kids corner. We had a great week and we hope to return in the future. Our host was very responsive with questions we had and very helpful. We had a great experience.

FABULOUS BEACH HOME!

FABULOUS BEACH HOME!

My friends and I (10 MSU alum) gathered here at this spacious home for a wonderful weekend reunion. The location is perfect; just a few blocks from town and the beach/lighthouse, as well as just a few minutes drive from the grocery store. The home was very large and had more than enough space for our 10 adults. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. I have stayed in many home rentals before, and this stay had the convenience of a wonderful home rental and the luxury of a hotel; a perfect combo! Linda, the owner, was communicative, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
