Semplicemente super soddisfatti...

Mini appartamento bellissimo con tutto il necessario a due passi dal centro di como con parcheggio in cortile super comodo (esternamente pochissimi parcheggi a pagamento), e in piu macchinetta per il caffe e brioches per la colazione(una coccola che non si trova dappertutto)proprietario davvero simpatico e gentilissimo!ci ha dato ottime dritte su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.. sicuramenteci torniamo!.

Man müsste mal wieder etwas investieren

Sehr netter Vermieter, zentrale Lage

Nicht gepflegt, Deckel Toilettenspülung defekt, Ablage Dusche abgebrochen, wenn man den Stecker im Bad zieht muss man aufpassen, dass die Steckdose nicht entgegen kommt.

Great location near the railway station, lovely area to visit.

Liked the location, liked most things about the apartment.

The lack of air conditioning. Described as having air con but not true. Supposed vented fresh air - but didn't seem to work. The apartment being on the ground floor meant that any passersby could look in the windows and doors which we had to have open to get some air moving through. Had to close them completely at night so then there was no airflow. Had to ask for the toaster. Carpet matting curling up meant possible trip hazard. Complimentary toiletries consisted of two small bars of soap.

Excellent base for exploring Como

The studio is well equipped, walking distance from all major points of interest in Como. There is good Wi-Fi in the flat. It’s air conditioned which was excellent. The host gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants.

Superb

The landlord recommended very good restaurants in the area and gave us a very detailed map. You can refer almost exclusively to the landlord's recommendations for your visit to Como.

The bathroom and bedroom part are a bit musty, which does not affect very much. But unfortunately for people with mould allergies it is a disaster.

No Air Conditioning…Very hot week in Como

Location (proximity to Como Centro) and friendliness of staff. WiFi signal was great.

The listing clearly states it has air conditioning. Being that it was over 90 degrees F each day, this is a very important amenity. IT DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. We were told it was AC, but the building had a central setting, and that it was impossible to have it below 27 degrees C! We were able to set it to 20 degrees C but it did not work. Thinking it may have been a language barrier, I downloaded the owners manual for the wall-mounted regulator, and it wasn’t even a air conditioner. It was regulating humidity and the “gurgling” noise that came out of the vent, with warm air, made no sense in regards to trying to get it cool. This put a big damper on our stay in como, because without amenities (like a hotel lobby, pool, grass, garden, etc) there was no where for us to go to cool off after being out in the heat all day. There are no swimming beaches in Como. Sleeping in the loft was pretty miserable. We couldn’t sleep with the windows open because the bugs came in and we were eaten alive the first night. We went bought a life-saving fan to make the best of our time in the amazing city, but had to check out a day early. The staff were so so nice, saying that they can’t do anything about it, even offered to pay for the fan. Very nice, but unable to resolve the false advertising.

Tucked away but central.

Easy access to all the sights and lake, it's just across the street from the duomo and train station. The owner was very friendly and the apartment has been renovated to a really high standard. The upstairs bed was really comfortable. We really liked the apartment and would definitely stay there again as a couple.

The area outside the apartment is rundown. The WiFi wasn't available and the floors needed a quick sweep.
