Schönes Appartement - mieser Service

Das Appartement ist geräumig und sauber, die Lage quasi direkt beim Hauptbahnhof und etwa 10 Gehminuten zum Zentrum ist optimal. Die Terrasse in der Wohnung und die Dachterrasse am Gebäude sind super, die Aussicht vom Dach ist grandios.

Ich habe mit meiner Bewertung gewartet, um zu sehen, ob auf meine Beschwerde vom Vermieter in irgendeiner Form reagiert wird. Das ist nicht der Fall, womit wir schon beim größten Negativpunkt sind: der "Service". Ja, es handelt sich um ein Appartement, aber nein, das bedeutet nicht, dass angepriesene Serviceleistungen beliebig vorhanden oder nicht vorhanden sein dürfen. Wir haben bereits VOR unserer Ankunft gefragt, ob die Whirlpools am Dach, für die man ja immerhin bezahlt, funktionsfähig sind. Die Antwort war: Ja, selbstverständlich. Direkt nach unserer Ankunft haben wir festgestellt, dass das nicht der Fall ist und dies auch über den Whatsapp-Kontakt kommuniziert. So ging das weiter bis zu unserer Abreise 3 Tage später. Wir konnten die Whirlpools also nicht benutzen, weil sie entweder kalt oder leer waren. Jedenfalls standen sie zu der vom Vermieter an uns kommunizierten Zeit (täglich von 10 bis 20 Uhr) nicht bzw. nicht funktionsfähig zur Verfügung. Es ist auch grundsätzlich nie jemand vor Ort gewesen, außer das Reinigungspersonal, und das spricht kein Wort englisch. Wenn man ein Problem hat, wie in unserem Fall, hat man also einfach Pech gehabt. Zusätzliche Negativpunkte: WLAN funktioniert nicht ordentlich (bricht ständig ab), es ist extrem laut (Fenster öffnen ist also nicht möglich), und die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer (hat uns nicht gestört, weil wir im Oktober da waren, aber ich will mir nicht vorstellen, welche Temperatur das Schlafzimmer im Sommer bekommt). Alles in allem sehr schade, dass man mit einem so schlechten, eigentlich nicht vorhandenen Service ein eigentlich sehr gutes Appartement für die Gäste vermiest.

Palermo ist eine großartige Stadt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt 😀

Super Lage in schönem Haus und tolle Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very good

Posizione ottimale vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro storico( 10 minuti a piedi) Self Check in/out organizzato perfettamente e istruzioni dettagliate! L'appartamento era fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare !

Le asciugamani hanno bisogno di una sbiancata( non erano sporche) Le spugnette per lavare i piatti a mio parere dovrebbero essere nuove( erano un pò usurate) Come anche la scopa e la paletta un pò sporche (sarebbe meglio un piccolo aspirapolvere più igienico con il quale si è più sicuri di raccogliere peli e capelli che possono sfuggire alla scopa) Queste sono solo accortezze per migliorare ! Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Ubicación. Presentación y comodidades del departamento. Amabilidad personal.

Ascensores muy pequeños. Uno de los servicios no funcionó un día (( Jacuzzy )). Y que el servicio de limpieza era de pago.

Affordable, clean and convenient

Location was great. Suites were clean. Staff were friendly.

Front desk and entrance reminded us of a car parking garage. No room cleaning or towel service. Upstairs hot tubs and deck closed very early in the evening due to bad experience with previous guests parties. We never got a chance to use the rooftop at night. Shower leaked but they fixed the handheld attachment quickly when notified.

Prisvärt boende med promenadavstånd till centrum.

Smidigt att bo nära tåg - & busscentral. Endast 10 min promenad till det trevliga området Kalsa med mycket restauranger och barer. Fönstren var bra på att stänga ute ljud när de var stängda, mycket trafik och ljud dygnet runt på gatan utanför.

Golvet var dåligt städat och eftersom vi bodde 1 vecka hade det varit trevligt att få golvet städat under tiden. Lyhört mellan rummen, rätt livligt både natt och morgon. Plaststolarna borde ha möbeltassar, hördes väldigt tydligt mellan lägenheterna.

La proximité avec la navette

Pas vu un seul être humain de la semaine. Aucun personnel. Matelas atroce on a dû rajouter le matelas du clic clac sur celui du lit pour dormir décemment et deux de nos serviettes étaient tachées à l’arrivée.

A fabulous first experience of Sicily.

Clean and spacious. Ideally located for exploring the city or getting across the island by train.

Nice to have a microwave but had to move it to plug it in. Sockets on the worktop would be ideal.

Struttura in buona posizione, nuova.

Suite ampia, comoda, con ottime dotazioni. Ottima la posizione al limitare della ZTL e a due passi dal porto. Ambiente e arredo nuovo, pulitissimo. Disponibilità posto auto +++++

Great stay

Clean, cosy and well located, with all facilities. Ruslan is a great guy, reliable and friendly. The building is new, very close to Central Station and safe. Roof terrace is stunning. Just be nice to people and they will treat you the same.

I had no problems at all. I read bad comments about this accomodation but I found nothing to dislike. Yes, it is noisy, but that's the vibe of Palermo and Italy. If you need silence, you choose other country.

Can definetly recommend a stay when in Palermo!

Located near the main station and the old town (15-25min by foot). Spacious apartment that was pretty clean and modern. The beds were comfortable.

Wifi was really bad and the hot tubs were no longer in service (November) which would have been nice to know beforehand. Parking can be a little stressful but there was always some free spot around the block

Good location to trains and trams, spartan interior but clean and modern, air con and free parking

Location was good near trains and tram stop. Rooftop views of the city to die for, but not from room. Walking distance to markets. We caught the tram outside the front door across the road for an adventure and found ourselves at a huge shopping mall at the end of the line, which was a great surprise. A red Hop On Hop Off bus stop was close by. There was a lovely little restaurant behind the building called Al Sorriso which was really good. All day free parking on street, was a bonus. All in all, a comfortable stay.

We booked a room based on the pictures of the apartments which indicated views over Palermo, but all we got were views of the back of old buildings. We decided to speak up early and were able to move to another apartment with a view of the road outside. Better than nothing. (Rooms are hosted by different people, we discovered).The room was a bit spartan and was not serviced daily and the air con was really noisy but at least we had air con. Had a clothes washing machine, and drying clothes on balcony was quick and could have done with an iron and ironing board, as being a traveller, you do end up with lots of crumpled clothes. The rooftop featured massive views over Palmero which were spectacular but there were also 2 hot tubs on the roof which enticed me to book this accommodation, but one was empty and the other contained murky water. We assumed they were not serviced daily.

Great size apartment with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the train station and bus station. Easy check in.

Not sure what the odor was but it lasted a couple of days, smelt bad enough to have to have the window open each time we came back to the room. The last day was ok.

Cool apartments and great personal in Palermo

The personal was very friendly and helpful all the time (thank you Momo for taking care of us!). The apartments were very nice. Minimalist and modern, well equipped. One of them had a terrace that was amazing. We used the jacuzzi and it was a marvelous experience.

We would have appreciated that the towels were changed during our stay.

Nice property but the staff is not good

The location is excellent, only 2 mins walk from train station. The apartment was spacious and had beautiful views. Have washing machine as well, which was helpful.

kitchen utensils and other Kitchen items were very limited. The staff is not good/ non cooperative. There was no one to check us in and hand over the keys for 30 mins (in spite of messaging in advance) and then he's behaving as if it was our mistake. Also, to our surprise the hot tub shown in the property pictures is not available for everyone and you need to pay 15 Euros per person per day to use it.

Very good

It was really comfy and clean. The stuff was helpful and nice! We had air conditioning. Close to the central station, though we didn't use it. Close to the city center and river bank.

The jacuzzi wasn't included in the pricing and was closed after 20:00. We didn't manage to get in because of time constraints. Parking is almost non-existent, especially on Fridays and weekends. No proper paid option is available.

Overall a satisfactory stay and would consider staying here again on a return to Palermo

Worth paying the extra for the larger apartment and therefore being on 8th floor above street level with great views across the rooftops. Space was good. Welcome was good and went out of way to assist with the parking.

Unfortunately our visit coincided with their need to carry out some electrical repairs for all 3 days we were there, being advised the electric would be switched off at 7am until 5pm, so very early starts...for a holiday!

The apartment was great! The location for it was superb.

The hot tub was not open. On Booking.com it says that it was open from 1st May. It was not open during my stay from the 9th to 13th May due to it being broken (since 1st May). I would have appreciated being notified of this beforehand. As you can imagine, this was a considerable factor when selecting the accommodation.

Clean and spacious! Location is perfect if you are traveling by bus/train because it’s 1min from the central station. 1€ store under the building! The building and apartments look like new. beautiful terrace on top. The last night the electricity went out and host came in at 10PM to help and fix it. extremely helpful host.
