About this apartment rental
E komo mai — welcome to our hale. Welcome to the Pua Oriana – a mix of Hawaiian and Samoan language, ‘pua’ meaning flower,
and ‘oriana’ means the flower that adorns a woman’s head. Enjoy the space and the grounds
with 880 acres of pristine gardens, walking paths, golf courses and beaches in this stunning
and relaxing renovated condo, furnished with furniture we would want to stay in.
This is a hale – or home – for some in our ‘ohana. The owners are a Polynesian (our father is
Samoan and Hawaiian) family with our roots here in Oahu's fabled north shore, and our
childhood home not far from here. We have outfitted the space with authentic Pasifika art
pieces – including Hawaiian, Samoan, Fijian and Micronesian. We have made every effort to
ensure your stay is a memorable and luxurious experience, and commit to giving you an
authentic Oahu recommendations!
With pristine beaches, two championship golf courses, two swimming pools, tennis, horseback
riding, snorkeling, surfing, a 5-star resort hotel and 12 miles of hiking, biking and jogging trails
there are endless activities for you to enjoy during your stay here at the Turtle Bay Resort. World
class visitor attractions and championship surfing competitions are a short 5 to 10-minute drive
away.
Or perhaps you want to simply relax in your newly renovated condo appointed with exclusive
designer furniture, cool porcelain tiles, Hawaiian koa pieces and original art works from
Polynesia and Micronesia.
Need to work during your stay? We have outfitted the space with an optional fold-out, stand up
desk to do your work on the patio, overlooking the plumeria trees, torch ginger, various native /
endemic plants and wide-open field with tropical greenery. The space is quiet with no foot traffic.
The wifi internet is the fastest available from Spectrum, allowing for up to 6 devices streaming
and/or videoconferencing from each end of the unit.
A good night’s rest after a full day is important: You will enjoy a latex California King with cooling
pillows. We have 700 thread count cotton sheets that were sustainably and responsibly
sourced. For two friends traveling together, the couch in the living room has a pull out memory
foam full sized bed.
Please note: Due to a building piping alteration, as of September 2023 we had to renovate the unit and have updated the tiles, paint, bathroom and patio slightly from the original unit as photographed and evidenced in the professional photos in our photo gallery and taken in June 2021. Photos taken with iPhone are interspersed in the photo gallery in which you’ll note a lighter tiling and a gray-white hue to the paint. We are awaiting an update on another photographer photo session soon.
We hope this guide is helpful to you as you explore this island that we call home. Please do call
if you need anything – we are here to help you have a good time. TMK 1-5-7-001-029-073

This is a lovely property, just as described. We especially enjoyed the very private lanai with view of trees and ginger flowers. Great bird watching!
Great bed, nice towels, kitchen fully supplied.
Central location for exploring the North Shore.
Andrew was immediately reachable for assistance, and his personal recommendations were helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My husband and I absolutely loved this location! The walk to the beach is not long at all and so enjoyable! We loved having beach supplies on hand at all times! Andrew was easy to communicate with and the property was beautiful! We loved how secure the condo was, security is going around constantly! Overall our honeymoon was the absolute best!

We've had a beautyful stay of eight days and nights in this very well equiped place - even snorkeling gear and tennis rackets and balls were there.
Thanks a lot Andrew!

We loved the Hawaiian and Samoan decor. Andrew, the owner, was easy to get in touch with. Anything we needed, he responded right away. Location was perfect, easy walk to Turtle Bay Resort and easy drive time to Haleiwa and all our favorites on the North Shore. Laundry in the unit made it so convenient and our parking spot was located right in front of the unit. We look forward to coming back!

This was a long vacation for us and we found that the owner had everything we could possibly need. They even helped me figure out how to get medical supplies to me when I had an unforeseen issue and needed them within the week.

Clean and well-appointed
Very clean and very well-appointed place.
The only issue was a lot of street lamps light at night in the bedroom. Installing light-blocking curtains would help.

This was our home for a few days and it was so wonderful! An oasis within the Turtle Bay Area - with access to great restaurants and beautiful beaches and lots of walking, biking trails! I would highly recommend this to any couple that seeks to enjoy all the beauty of the North Shore from a “home away from home.” Andrew was so kind and helpful-his home has everything you need to take advantage of this amazing place!

Welcoming Paradise Condo
We used the condo as a home base for a few days while we explored the North Shore and it is a perfect location. Our host was timely, friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations and local insight into life on the island and it's rich history. We felt comfortable and well accommodated.

Pau Oriana- Turtle Bay
Our stay at the Pau Oriana was absolutely incredible. The place was sooo clean, stocked with everything we needed for the stay and the location was just where we needed it to be. Andrew’s aloha shined bright and he was great in communicating with us. We stayed here during our wedding at Waimea valley and was a perfect fit. We would highly recommend the Pau Oriana to anyone looking for a lovely and clean place to stay at Turtle Bay. Mahalo Andrew and Jessica for everything!!!
