Good location.
At check in had to pay for an extra bed when booked for 3 single beds and they booked for 2.
Wi-Fi doesn’t reach any rooms. Only works in the lobby.
Some staff don’t understand English, and look like they don’t want to work there.
The rooms were really old and run down, marks on the walls, toilet needed attentions, the flush button was broken etc.
Asked for a Iron, and they said they don’t offer one.
This place needs staff that want to be there, that know how to speak English, and a good makeover overall.

We loved everything about the hotel. The most beautiful views from the balcony. We had street view and sea view. Friendly staff. Very nice healthy foods. Different selections every day. Excellent location. Rooms clean and tidy. Room service every day. Step outside and shops everywhere. One minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the Grand bazzar. Dalmus bus every 5 minutes goes past hotel. Taxi station next to hotel.
Nothing to dislike.

The rooms were cleaned daily. Even though the hotel is on the busy main road it was not a problem in the room. The lady who runs the spa is super friendly and helpful, she speaks good English.
Absolutely awful hotel for British tourists. Staff don't speak English apart from the manager and lovely lady who runs the spa. When we were there we only met a family of 4 who were British others were Russians I think. No British food served at all. No food options for example one night it was some sort of fish, mash and Brocoli plus the salad selection. (I know this example sounds British but it needed to be seen to be believed) Even the salad selection was strange at times. Only tinned fruits available. All inclusive but only 11am to 10am and limited choice of drinks. Pool freezing and not likely to be warm in the height of season due to building shadows. Staff are rude, none wear any kind of uniform or aprons this includes kitchen staff. You have to pass a dirty staff eating area to get to the pool. Bread that is left on plates on guests tables is collected and then put back out for other guests. I also saw them do this with boiled eggs. Tvs in rooms are meant to be sky channels - all turkish and poorly tuned in. WiFi only works on ground floor not in bedrooms as stated. Receptionist doesnt speak English so checking in isn't easy. Personally would never return due to rubbish all inclusive, poor food hygiene standards and lack of English speaking staff to who can help with enquiries or even just to serve a simple drink. No bottled water available in the hotel. Only one bar not 2 as stated in some adverts. No entertainment.

The Staff. Corner room with front and side balcony.
Lumpy, hard Mattresses caused both of us sleepless nights. We were in room 411. Plumbing no change from 3 years ago leaked so badly it flooded the floor. We reported it to reception as we did 3 years ago, nothing came of it.

Close to the beach and in a busy area with plenty of shops and restaurants.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, there were loose cables hanging from the ceiling and a room change was declined.
