With the beaches of South Padre Island just across the causeway, this comfortable house in Long Island Village makes a wonderful home base in Port Isabel. Whether you're planning to spend your vacation boating, fishing, or lounging on the sand, you'll come home each afternoon to central air-conditioning, cool tile floors, and a washer/dryer to take care of the day's damp clothes and swimsuits. Step inside to find a living room lined with windows, a flat-screen cable TV, and an adjacent kitchen with every essential appliance, a breakfast bar with stools, and a dining area. Sliding glass doors lead outside to a shaded deck, with a ceiling fan to circulate the Gulf breeze as you sip cocktails, dine alfresco, or play cards with loved ones at the table.
Things to Know
You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you must drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check-in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.*Please note: The Welcome Center is NOT associated with Vacasa. If you have any questions please call your Local Operation Manager.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are three active security cameras on the property: one is pointing at the front door, one at the back door, and one on the side of the home where the cars park.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the area, very quiet.

House is ok. But not made for 4 adults. That second bedroom is so small that they barely fit a bed in without a frame. No AC in that small bedroom either and the attached bathroom is only for skinny people. On the other end of the house AC works great, Master bath is new and huge, Master bed is new as well and feels like luxury compared to the small bedroom. Definitely not made for 2 couples bc how to make the decision who gets to live the good life and who needs to squeeze in a tiny corner.
Make sure you have the golf cart at the house . For us it only showed up out of the blue the night before we left.
Cleanliness is ok but not great. Kitchen has a lot of more dishes and accessories than in rental agreement so that is awesome bc less stuff needs to be brought.
All in all our stay was ok. But we won't come again with 4 adults.

Home was nice and cool smelled clean, how ever the floor was dirty, we walked with our socks on. The Beds were very very high.
Both beds need Mattresses changed out one is so hard and the queen bed mattress had hole in the middle pretty much you will roll into it. Not much of cook ware. The refrigerator rust on the door. Home was comfortable and nice decor.
Top dollar rental cost, home should be top notch.

Problems and delights
Master bed mattress was very worn. Rolled to center. Patio furniture in living room wasn't very comfortable for an extended stay. Would be nice to have grab bars in the big shower. Couldn't use closet in guest bedroom.
Spacious, well decorated, washer/dryer nice. Beautiful deck. Dishwasher was nice surprise. Overall, nice rental property.

The location as to distance to South Padre was conveinent. We didn't enjoy having to sometime wait at a draw bridge to get to our rental. The home was really nice except for one bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet. There was hair on the sheets and in the bathrooms .Overall this is really nice place. Cleaning staff should be more detailed.

It was amazing
We stayed for 3 night and we loved it, we feel like it was a home of us but it was more than that we relax so good like a get away spa . Thank you and we are planning our next trip soon
