Closeness to the airport, perfect location for Addis Ababa, very wide room sizes, No complaints at all, I liked the hotel and the exceptional staff very much, they know what hospitality means, THANKYOU YAHONAY!

Absolutely amazing!!! Highly recomended.

The staff is excellent. The location is in the center of the city. The rooms have very clean, the linens and mattresses clean and white. Lovely hot water shower. You get a good selection of breakfast in the morning with a live kitchen preparation & most days they do a buffet. The staff is absolutely amazing!!! They made me feel very welcome, friendly very helpful. I can't thank them enough. They helped us store my luggage, and they kept them safe. I will come back after a few days. Overall very pleased with my staying there.

It is red district area. STAY AWAY!

They insist on paying with USD if I’m paying cash, meanwhile their machine does not work when I wanted to pay by card due to electricity and connection issues. When I wanted to check out and leave, there was NO ONE at the reception and security stopped me from leaving until the woman came downstairs SLOWLY even though they know my Uber driver is waiting!!!

I didn’t like my stay in this hotel ….

Some of their receptionist staff were friendly especially the ladies , they really tried to help us despite language barrier of them not being able to communicate in English properly. I appreciate them for that.

Their manager treated us so badly his name is Tariku( His customer service skills are very wanting 😳). He didn’t have time to answer our questions or even pick up calls when we needed help.In there website there is no where written that 2 people from the same gender cannot share a standard room according to their county’s regulations so when you get to the hotel they move you to a twin room and double the price without your consent and when you ask they say it’s a government rule(this can be very inconvenient especially when you didn’t know before).Our bathroom door broke when we were still asleep at 6 am and when were called for help we were told there is nothing they can do. No concern to know if someone was hurt or not or what happened only threats of we must pay for it. After we contacted the government ministry of ICT who was our host in Ethiopia, they reached out to the hotel with concerns of how we were treated and that’s when we were told not to pay for that bathroom door because it wasn’t our fault .We requested to be moved to another room with a bathroom door at least but our request wasn’t honoured and we had to shower in a bathroom without a door for 5 days .The hotel had cold showers for 4 days,wifi issues and noise from the neighbourhood shops at night.

Size of executive suite, location,

Noisy location , Club volume level music from 7:00am every day. Flooding bathroom, no drinking glasses or cutlery in E. Suite. Management/ staff never solved the cutlery issue.

Wonderful experience

The service and frienliness of the staff was wonderful. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back again the next day. The hotel is relatively close to the airport - due to traffic it can still take up to 30 minutes. The hotel itself is located near several small shops and restaurants. Enough to find some food. The room is spacious. A fridge is available. The beds were comfortable. In spite of being on a busy street, the noise didn't bother us. In the same building as the hotel there is a money exchange business, which was helpful. Overall, a very good experience. We stayed just one night, on a layover, so we didn't do any sight seeing. Can't say whether the hotel is well located for that.

I'm not sure they had the breakfast option (the hotel didn't have Restaurant section), and was leaving the hotel for food and water all the time. (And I didn't ask, so this might be my problem!) The price I paid for three nights in Addis, for the location, service, cleanness, compared to other expensive hotels, its really a very good option!

Sad the hot water shower dont work most of the time. I was told to keep the water running for 5-7 minutes till hot water starts pouring, not convenient in my opinion. Its a new building (Most taxis/Ride app drivers wont know, so Always mention the Golagul Building, the hotel is near that famous business building)

There were no shower shoes, only one towel(how could it be possible to use a single towel for a couples), there is no room service and guest service number in the room, too much noise from the neighborhood and hk staffs in the morning, breakfast is available only for.two hours starting from 8AM , I requested for a late checkout but still received a call from the fron desk @11:25 and asked to pay more, the worst stay

Generally it is good.

The location is very nice to go to anywhere. The hotel also cleaned, there is good internet connection, and it has stand by Generator. And if you need shopping also there are a lot of shops around the hotel.

The breakfast 100% poor. I don't like this type of service.

Amazing staff and comfortable rooms

The staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and obliging. The airport shuttle was there to greet me as they promised. The rooms were large and comfortable and the location was central. Use of the Gym and Sauna was also included and this was a lovely bonus. Special shout out to Tariku the manager and the excellent communication and efforts he made.

Soundproofing...because of the central location and the fact that all the clothes shops like to play their music at disco levels the noise sometimes was distracting especially if working from the room.
