We had a good stay, and compared to the all-inclusives that surround it, saved $1,000's for the same beach and sea. They have a great huge water trampoline to bounce off of. Everything was very clean and safe. Good air conditioning.
A couple of kayaks to use would be nice. The restaurant prices are high and to get to other places to eat involves an expensive taxi ride. Water pressure in the room was very weak. Above the bar/restaurant is a great big empty space which would be perfect for a pool table/ping pong table/game area which would be a nice addition.

Sprawna, życzliwa obsługa
Dużo przypadkowych osób spoza hotelu, hałaśliwa muzyka, płatne śniadania

Service was excellent . The facilities were in good condition and clean.
The location was not ideal because the beach was in a zone where the muddy sediment had accumulated. There were also not many food options within walking distance outside of the hotel restaurant.

The room was extremely clean. Kudos to the housekeeper
The location. It was bunched up with the all inclusive so the negril vibe that I was expecting was not at the hotel. I had to taxi to Skylark to eat then walk on the beach for vibes and fun

We liked everything about this hotel. We had a large group check in (15 adults) after the reception had closed and they had left the keys with the security guard to give us access when we arrived. We were able to access our rooms and stay for the night without having to check in till the next morning which was very helpful.
The rooms have been refurbished to a really high standard and are very large. Bathrooms are brand new with a walk in shower. There is also a walk in wardrobe and a seating area with a table and two chairs. The beds are huge and comfortable.
The staff from the reception to the bar to the restaurant to housekeeping were all so lovely and helpful and really made us feel at home during our stay. They were so obliging with anything we needed and we felt comfortable that they would help us with any request we had. The food at the restaurant is very good and pretty authentic. In particular, Garvin and Garfield at the bar/restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful.
The beach is just at the foot of the restaurant and is really lovely. The lounges and umbrellas are free for the guests to use and the staff on the beach are very helpful with setting it all up for you. There is also a bbq on the beach that prepares freshly caught seafood every day - we had a lobster every day for lunch!
The added bonus is that it is Jamaican owned and has a lovely family feel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Negril and cannot wait for an excuse to go back.
The only slight downside is that it is at the very start of the strip (when coming from Montego Bay) so a little drive down to the shops and bars/restaurants but still part of the 7mile beach. This is not enough of a downside for me but we did have a car to get around.

Emplacement sur la plage seven miles just wow
Personnel très peu courtois

Perfect location, beachfront, located right next to much more expensive hotels for a fraction of their cost. Great friendly staff, very well kept, amazing food at their restaurant and plenty of beach chairs.
Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, we had to ask for one and got one on our 3rd day there. The website states free massages, however they are not free.

It was amazing, great view. Food was really good. People were very nice and close to clubs and restaurants. I will definitely revisit.

The room was very clean and comfortable
Prices for certain essential things like water are excessive. 5 USD for a large bottle, 3 for the small.
The road is very noisy during the night and you hear dogs barking.

I liked being on the beach, was expecting a better "Beach View" from my room, but got comfortable with the view I had
Didn't Iike being on the ground floor with French doors to the court yard only covered with curtains, initially felt a bit exposed, but the property was very secured and well patroilled

It is located on the 7 miles beach in Negril. They will assist with transportation from airport for a hefty amount. But driver is friendly and you feels safe with him.
Very expensive to eat on the premise . No other option to choose on the credit card machine what you want to tip, minimum was 15% on the machine. It cost to leave premises to eat out. Transportation is$80 to $100 per trip. You are limited with what you can do. Food takes too long and the mosquitoes bites are no jokes both at the restaurant and in your room. Off bug spray is no match for them. Beas are everywhere, kids were terrified every time we sat down to eat. Activities on the premises cost more. We decided to try glass bottom boat with snorkeling, nothing to see except seaweed, and it lasted about 30mins for$105. Fraid to do anything on the beach afterwards. We tried activities at a team park, cost$100 for transportation and$600 for ATV, horse back riding and push cart JW. Better to look into all inclusive options and compare prices. You end up paying more here or breaking even and still missing out on activities that could be included in all inclusive hotels.

Many of the staff were friendly and made our overall experience very pleasant. We wanted some outside food so we asked the security guard and he recommended nearby food in the area. The food was delicious and was also connected to the hotel. The lifeguard (Kevin) and Mr. Freeman ensured we always had cushions for the beach chairs, recommended beach activities, and allowed us to get some mangoes. Also, we loved the location and the walkability of the beach.
We waited upwards of 45 minutes for breakfast and the waitresses never checked in with us. We also requested no cleaning for the room, but a worker entered the room to put towels inside.

We did not eat breakfast it was too expensive. The parking is terrible only a few parking spaces and if you get lucky you may be able to park inside the gate or you have to park outside the gate or across the street which is not good.I did not like the soap it was very small not enough for two people.
I can say that the room was very clean and spacious. The young lady I think her name was Elaine or Yvonne I hope I have her name correctly ,that checked us in and took us to our room was very nice and friendly and welcoming. I am glad that I am still young to have to walk up all the steps to check in may not be good for older couples or someone who is disabled. I hope you will consider getting an elevator or move the check in desk to the ground area to make check in process available for all guests!! As well as lower your prices for breakfast .Just a little food for thought

Coloured, authentic structure with grilled lobster at hand. After 2 days we felt at home , taxi always available if you are up to an excursion. Relaxing atmosphere, right on the beach. Has 2 small shops and a massage area.
A mini fridge would help inside the rooms.

friendly, accomidating, comfortable.. Samantha was wonderful, she upgraded our room to a wonderful private area , made cab and dinner reservations for us and went above and beyond to mske our stay wonderful
while the sand on
the beach was clean and in good shape. the beaches water wes very unlevel, uneven .. making walking difficult and unsafe. a lot of seaweed grasses on the bottom ... raking the beach water as was done st the all inclusives would have been great .. being able to pay snd eat at close by all inclusives would have been nice .. our restaurant
and bar was great,, no waiting in line for drinks!!

Size of room, cleanliness, location
The staff was a hit or miss. Depending on whom you interacted with, you may get a staff member willing to assist or one who ignores you to your face. The walls are as thin as paper. The doors have no weather guards. So creatures crawl in. Lastly, the food service is extremely slow.

it was an awesome place to stay, the room was immaculate, spacious, clean and had everything you need to be there.
The restaurant service and food was good. The beach was the absolute best, staff tenting to your needs on the beach was a plus, made me feel very comfortable and wanting to brag and return.
I had a neighbor come in room next door on second day and he was loud and obnoxious on his phone directly outside my room for hours from early even thru late night and first thing in the morning, very rude, distracting and inconsiderate. Was trying to relax, manage my own affairs and even watch tv and I could hear his whole ridiculous conversation going on and on, was the only thing that ruined my relaxing trip next to the real loud crying baby and lady that kept banging the back of my seat on plane. otherwise the experience was fabulous.

walls were thin, I heard my neighbors tv

beautiful well equipped rooms which were immaculate. Your rooms are cleaned and made up daily with clean towels and beach towels if you need them . The property itself is so quaint and picturesque, you can actually hear the sea from your room which is priceless. I loved the little turtle pond and colourful decor. It is a quiet location but you can easily get an on site taxi to the middle of the beach where things are busier. The beach is amazing and on your door step and didn’t get too busy. Loved that you always had access to comfortable loungers, umbrellas and beach towels. The beach staff couldn’t do enough for you , friendly lovely lads Anneke and Kevin. The little gift shops were a lovely bonus and very handy for last minute gifts. Management are very accommodating if you have a problem
There is a lovely restaurant on site, the food is good but more of a good quality cafeteria food but priced highly. The lobster is good though and reasonable comparing it to other restaurants. There is only one other restaurant/bar nearby which is more of a lobster shack so the Boardwalk restaurant has the monopoly. Some staff don’t seem very friendly unless you tip them and you feel awkward. It is quite a fair walk to find other bars and restaurants (about a 1.5 miles) but worth the walk and it is a lovely stroll if you’re up to it. The site could do with a small grocery store as the closest is a a short can ride away. There is an on site tiny shop for drinks and snacks but it ran out of things regularly. I had to go to the bar and 2 small waters cost me $4. On a Sunday and Monday the beach and restaurant can get busy as the cruise ships trips are taken there

The breakfast was excellent. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The staff on the beach was very attentive and courteous. And even though the parking was limited the security guards were understanding and pleasant
The parking was very limited and sometimes you had to park outside of the property. The water pressure in the shower was very low but the manager/owner was very helpful and moved us to another room immediately.

very nice location, direct access to the beach, restaurant in the place, very good rooms
there was some renovation going on making some noise. I believe it will be solved soon.
