Mooore than expected

Among many holiday breakes we had around Mediterranean Sea this was the most pleasure hospitality experience ever! Let's start with nice welcome by smiled owner who showed us around using translator. We felt from first moment He wants us feel like home. Later on during our stay He was texting us if we need towels etc. - this is more than usual! Spacious room and kitchen with superb terrace to have breakfast with beautiful view of City panorama and sea in front and some mountains behind. Everything we needed was available and well thought. Building itself and the pool seem to be brand new, maybe cos of their spotless cleanliness. Everything designed in modern, italian style. Surrounding is quiet and green of olive trees. You need a car or ebike to get there from centre, unless You're a very ambitious walker!

A great stay at a modern, clean and well run property in an ideal location.

Great location with all amenities easy to get to. Fabulous views and Sergio was very helpful in all aspects

Property was very echoey and noises night and morning inside from other residents were magnified but a lot could have been achieved by more considerate guests

Superb

Spacious, modern room with good facilities and beautiful views from the private pool.

The room wasn't very soundproof, so we got disturbed by people showering in the room next door.

Great stay - excellent host.

Beautiful villa with a cracking pool. Views of the ocean for sunset and surrounded by hills behind.

Little bit further out from the beach / centre of town but knew that when booking and getting taxis / driving was easy.

Great place to discover west-Sicilia

Sergio was a great host. The house was kept clean every day, the swimming pool was perfect, the kitchen was just fine to be great: enough, free coffee, oven, fridge, large table.. I couldn’t do it better

Very good

fresh and clean, very modern. Some complementary breakfast articles are available and welcome wine was nice. wonderful view! About 15 minutes drive from Scopello. Nice shared kitchen with all you would need for preparing meals.

maybe because it’s new or maybe lack of fabrics it echoes a lot in the house, makes it difficult to be quiet in the common areas. Road leading down to the house is very bumpy and full of potholes, be aware when driving here.

I would definitely recommend

Amazing room, nice view and large swimming pool. You need to have a car, there is not much todo in the neighborhoud. Castellamare del golfo was not far by car and a really nice town

The breakfast was less then basic, also the coffee was not very tastefull. There is a shared kitchen so you can buy your own groceries or bake some eggs (after you bought them).

Excellent!

Exceptional view from the large terrace, very nice swimming pool, clean rooms, welcoming and caring host. An excellent place to relax and feel the charming Sicilian vibe. Also, a good base for exploring the surroundings. A big plus for the care and attention we received from the host and for the extra stuff we found there (a bottle of prosseco, coffee, water, bread, and other things for breakfast on the house). Definitely a place I highly recommend.

One of the best places to stay in Sicily

Everything, the place was gorgeous, stunning views with an infinity pool. What’s there not to like. Rooms were clean, new and comfy. Host was super helpful although he didn’t speak English. Utilized google translate to communicate and we got the job done. Check was easy as the host was there to recieve us. Complimentary breakfast items were provided and tips on what’s available in the town nearby. We had forgotten to inform him we have an infant and the host quickly arranged a crib which was a life saver. All in all book this place as it’s amazing for the price

Exceptional

We had the place for us alone. If it wasn't for the weather we could have taken advantage of the fabulous swimming pool. The place was clean and comfortable and the host very nice. The view was amazing.

Amazing pool and view with new and clean rooms

The accommodation is very clean and new. The entire property is very well maintained and a lot of work is put into it. The view from the pool and the terrace is stunning. We were welcomed and shown around in an extremely friendly manner. The shared kitchen was super clean and we were even given extras for our breakfast for free. We received detailed tips for restaurants and activities in the area from the owner. We really had an incredibly stay and warmly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful and quiet place

Spacious room and very nice new structure. Pool is also very nice with real grass surrounding and ancient olive trees for shadow. The view is spectacular. Owner, Sergio, is very friendly abd ready to help and assist any time.

Sergio is an excellent host and gives you all the information and local advice needed. villa Maria is extremely modern, lovely and has a great view over Castellamare and the sea. the pool is clean and lovely. Castellamare can be reached in only 10mins (car recommended) and beautiful spots eg Zingaro national park is only 30 mins away. the shared kitchen is very clean and a small breakfast is even included (not officially in booking so it was a great surprise). I can highly recommend staying at Villa Maria

Pleasant stay

Great swimming pool. Good facilities from kitchen to shower to airco. Amazing view. Very modern and neat rooms.

The shared kitchen in combination with a whole family staying in the other rooms made that we felt we didn't have a lot of privacy.

This was an outstanding stay and I would love to stay at this property again in the future.

The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and plenty of supplies for breakfast every morning. The area was exceptionally clean with a great view of the sea in the distance while eating breakfast.
