Stay was convenient for areas we were visiting. House in good condition. We were pleased with our stay.

Location was great!

Some fixtures and furniture need repair. King bed has crew sticking out on front left corner, my son cut his knee.

The sitting room was very comfortable and a nice place to hang out with the family in the evenings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and the beds were very comfortable. Situated in a very quiet location this was the perfect property for our needs.

The owner is very communicating which is amazing, the house is big and very beautiful, everything I needed was available

very spacious home with a nice fenced in back yard to relax and enjoy yourselves with.

A lot of little things worth taking note of. Like screws out of kitchen table chairs, messed up shower head in master bathroom, smudges on the walls. Just things you don’t want to be charged for that are already damaged.

Worth having versus hotel.

My family and I enjoyed the home and it's amenities so much we wanted to stay and occupy your place permanently... Seriously had a good time in this home. We enjoyed the back yard and the space it provides. Having the ability to have my family in one place like that was a Blessing for us all. Shopping center and grocery shopping was very convenient and it was extremely close to the venue where the weeding event was held. Loved the place and was not to expensive.

We didn't like that the water was not hot long for showers and controls for the sinks in bathrooms were not up to good working status n master bedroom. Overall we enjoyed the home and our time here.

Overall loved the house and will book again in the future!

We absolutely loved this house for our long weekend trip! Very convenient to all locations we wanted to visit! The house was very nice and comfortable, way nicer than staying in a hotel in our opinion! Amenities were awesome, hot tub and outside fire pit! We will definitely stay again when visiting Charlotte!

The only thing that was a little messy was the backyard. Not that it would stop us from booking this place again, just expected it to be a little neater. We also found a few dirty pieces of silverware. Very easy fix!

Not A Vacation Place

The furniture is nice and the beds are comfortable. The host communicates well and tries to help out.

Not complaining but giving a true observation. The downstairs bathroom was locked so we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom. The throw blankets were dirty and smelly. We were asked to finish drying the bed spreads and make the beds. Towels and wash cloths were folded wet and put in a linen closet. The bathroom mats were wet. The garbage bins outside were full. More garbage was piled up by the fire pit causing flies to swarm and get inside the house. It was impossible to enjoy the deck and fire pit. The hot tub had a four inch scum ring and dirty water in it. The bath tubs inside had scum rings. We put a lot of work into cleaning this nice home before we could relax then it was time to check out.
