The are cockroaches at the unit. The dustbin was not empty upon arrival and the bedding was not clean

Location and facilities was good

The location was close to everything. And facilities.

A staff member opened the door to our room mistaking us for guests that needed to check out without proper warning that the door was going to be opened. Bit of noise - furniture moved around by someone at night.

I liked the rooms alot it was cozy. The pool was nice too

I was reprimanded by other guests that I'm not allowed to swim at night. I couldn't play soft music whilst chilling with family. It was 9pm and people started coming to stop me from enjoying my one night at the cottage.

I paid for a spacious room with an ocean view and got a small room with no view at all. Tried to discuss it with the pro

It’s in a very nice area.

I didn’t get the room I paid for and was ignored when I brought it up.

Overall it was good

Breakfast was not included. Good clean room. Good communication with us before our arrival. Friendly and helpful when we needed to change our dates. Overall everyone was friendly that we dealt with. Thank you

The entrance to our room faced the area where the other guests needed to get to their vehicles, so it wasn't as private and we would have liked. In the mornings when we opened our curtains we had a good view of the neighbours having their coffee enjoying the view of us having our coffee :)

Dissapointing stay

Room inside was neat and clean

When we arrived there was no one to greet us and room was not cleaned and ready although it was past check in time. We had to wait quite a long time to check in. We had left Cape Town early the morning and had a school function to get to. And there was no hot water on arrival. The exterior of the building is dilapidated. Stairs to flat has a step that is rusted through and very dangerous. The entryway to the flat looks terrible and needs attention. Flat's door struggles to close and lock and has a slam lock trellidoor that makes one wonder about safety. Swimming pool is dirty and there are three big ridgeback dogs that barks as soon as you want to step out on the balcony and dog poop everywhere. Therefore swimming pool os unusable. Kettle needed a good cleaning. Toilet seat was broken. Not all.the windows could be open as the handles were broken.

The was water (it wasn’t raining that day) on the corridor so we had to walk on that, room was dirty and sheets were dirty

Overall a horrible stay and will not visit this establishment again, no value for money

Situated close to restaurants, beaches, casino and the mall.

The facilities were not up to standard. 1. Bathroom door handles were broken, both sides of the door so you could not close it. 2. Housekeeping was not up to standard. 3. Hot water was not available daily so which made bathing impossible, this was for my entire stay.

The location and the facilities are great. The hostess in quite helpful. You can call her at any time of the day.

Lovely place in a great secured location

How the place looked was exceptional, very neat and clean as well. Bed was very comfortable you can roll side to site really enjoyed my stay.

When you book on Booking.com it says checkout time is 11:00am, however we were told it is 10:00am.

Excellent spot for business or holiday!

Situated in a quiet street but close enough to the sea and malls, the room was very comfortable with everything needed for a long stay.

Room could use a dehumidifier as humidity build up is creating mold on wooden surfaces.
