L’accueil, le design, la propreté, la localisation . Service à l’étage souriant et attentif.

Le petit déjeuner. Personnel qui traîne la savate, pas bonjour, 15 mn pour avoir un café (3 matins), vaisselle sale qui envahie toute la zone de préparation des plats chauds, bruits très sonores de la sortie de vaisselle du lave vaisselle et du séchage au torchon et rangements. Service désinvolte….. très désinvolte ! Dans les chambres il manque juste du coton et/ou des Kleenex. Les patères pour accrocher les serviettes sont trop proches pour permettre aux serviettes de toilette de sécher

Fantastic stay - would definitely come back!

Fantastic boutique hotel - if you want to escape crowds of big hotels and dive into a luxurious hideaway, this place is for you. I had a big quiet room, there were no noises from the main street during the night. All personnel was incredibly welcoming and helpful! The hotel is located just in the heart of the oldtown so reached all places on foot, the main shopping streets are just 50m away. This hotel does not offer parking so parked a car in underground parking called Canalejas near hotel.

Beautiful decor, amazing staff, great location.

Our host, Carlos, and receptionist/concierge, Andrés, went to great lengths to ensure our comfort in every regard. Andrés even went to the trouble of writing us a list of sites to visit in surrounding areas/towns, complete with parking options and restaurants. All this without even having to ask! By far the most attentive and thorough concierge/receptionist that we have ever dealt with. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.thank you Carlos and Andrés!

A beautifully furnished and comfortable hotel in the heart of old Cadiz.

This was a beautiful building in the heart of old Cadiz, no expense has been spared on the furnishings and decor - a real 'wow' factor when we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Tranquil escapism

The hotel was true to all of the images and descriptions. As much as the hotel itself was lovely, it was the team of staff that took it it the next level and made that difference. Maria in particular epitomised friendly and professional service, with a "nothing is too much trouble" ethos. Beautiful hotel and staff, providing a sanctuary of quiet escapism in the heart of the Old Town. I would travel to Spain again if only to enjoy the feeling each time I walked into the hotel... thank you 😊

Super comfortable, exceptionally clean and chic stay

Previous reviews said this 4* hotel felt more like a 5* and in ways I could certainly see that - the bed was large and super comfy, the bathroom was beautiful with high-end toiletries and a fabulous shower. We were upgraded to the double-terraced room which had such a neat view over the old city - only wish the weather had been a little warmer to fully enjoy it! While the room itself was petite, there was a proper desk, a strong wifi connection and it was very comfortable, and I'd rather have the extra space outdoors than in. Location was very central to old Cadiz which we really loved exploring.

For the price it would have been nice to have a simple breakfast included. Also, I had an important call after checkout time and there wasn't really a good place to take it (there's a quiet bar area downstairs, but it's not really a private work space). It would have been really nice if there were even a very small room or two that could be used as an extra workspace; but of course most of the time, the guest rooms will be perfect to work from.
