Terrible stay and were made to pay for 2 rooms as they said two guys can’t stay in one room.

Location

Staff was really unfriendly. We booked double room for 2 guys and we were forced to take 2 rooms. As they said double room can only be given to a couple of two girls. Quite shady business.

Sure I come back again

Location and its clean and the staff ready to help enytime special manger titi and shuttle from airport and back

In the middle of the night there was loud music and dancing ( I think it is from the neighbours)

My stay at Daisy

The staff were very friendly and they went extra miles to satisfy the guests , the reception, front office, waiters and all were very friendly and cooperative.

I wish they changed the door from key to card and add few amenities like safe locker it would be more comfortable.

Good staff and confortable room.

Bathroom floor full of hairs. Very noise in weekend due to night xlubs near. The hotel is over a market galery, you must to change lift in the 3rd floor.

I booked single Room but when I arrived the hotel the reception told me my room is taken the one I already booked so they gave me option to take double twin room the bed was too small for two people I had a long bad night so I don’t recommend this hotel.

Very good

The room was clean the hot water was constant. I was given a room with a balcony and city view as I requested on bookings.com. The hotel is very close to the airport, restaurants, supermarkets and burger joints. The breakfast was great and on time. It was also included in the price as stated on bookings.com. The airport shuttle was on time and free as stated on bookings.com. The staff were customer friendly and the room was cleaned daily.

The TV showed only local channels. There was no Fridge, AC or Fan in my room though the balcony was helpful with making the room airy. The bedsheets had hairs on it. Room service was slow to respond to my complaint of no towel in the bathroom after room service cleaned the room when I went to have my breakfast . I had to use face towel to clean after my complaint and follow up calls complaining of no towel in the bathroom. I noticed it had been brought when I returned in the evening.

very poor management. we had to stay 4 hours without water . we couldn’t use the toilet or shower. Managment wasn’t bothered to resolve it . we had to check out midnight for the reason of no water supply.

Good value for money

Clean and good value for money. It's located above a small mall.

There was nothing I didn't like. Just that the room I got was next to the main road and it could get noisy. I stayed for only couple of hours so it didn't really bother me. You will have to take a life to the reception and then another to the hotel rooms. Can be a little bit of a hassle if you have lugggage.

Beware of the black mouse

The staff is very nice and helpful. It'd have been all good, but...

We left during the night and, while we were waiting for the ride to the airport, we saw a black mouse running through the lobby. It was probably coming from the kitchen. Enough said!

Exceptional Hotel

This is a wonderful Hotel and the best among the Hotels I have ever stayed in Addis Abeba. I requested for Airport transfers and that was on the spot. The reception and front desk team are professional, helpful. Their courtesy and positive attitude makes you feel at home. They go the extra mile to ensure the comfort and the wellness of the guests during their stay. The rooms are very clean, tidy. and spacious with comfortable bed, dining table and office desk. The TV has enough channels in local and foreign languages. The toilet is well equipped. In general the Hotel facilities are amazing. The Hotel is located on the top of a shopping mall in the heart of Bole surrounded by major shopping Malls, Restaurants, Coffee shops, Hotels, and just a short distance from the Airport . The Restaurant in the Hotel is on the 3rd Floor where guests and visitors can enjoy delicious traditional local and international dishes at reasonable price. All guests arriving or departing from the Airport can enjoy a clean, comfortable and free bus shuttle.

Excellent, highly recommend

The staff at the Daisy are exceptional. They really work hard to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are clean, the facilities are nice and the restaurant does a great job. We are grateful for this hotel as we travel through Addis often for work.
