Fantastic. Looking forward to staying there on the near future.

A very pleasant surprise to discover a two bedroom apartment waiting for us, with excellent quality and features. The facilities were brilliant.

A touch of paint here and there and it would have been perfect.

Excellent overnight stay

Ticked all the boxs for us.. Beautiful room ...very comfortable bed ... staff where polite... Good facilities... Location is perfect for Cardiff castle events... Good parking..we even joked that we could see the car was safe out the rooms window.. much closer than we get at home 😆 Although we didn't eat there the breakfast they serve at the weekends did smell rather good. I think it was would be a lovely touch to make people more aware of breakfast service times and maybe have a menu to browse in rooms. As it wasn't too clear as the room is a little shut off from the welcome area but definitely worth a taste by the smells of it ..we only figured out they where doing breakfast after we had left daftly didn't catch on as there wasn't a mention of it .

Can't actually fault it ..other than upselling that they do food more ...(more feedback for the hotel itself) And maybe that they had self service check in.. a sad sign of the times i guess...but a friendly member of staff did it for us...sooo... Just a great overnight stay ... in a lovely reasonably priced hotel with great location 👌

It served a purpose considering we were in Cardiff to see a concert and no other hotels were available.

The room was pleasant enough

Digital check in, no one around. The duvet wasn’t warm enough for me. Thought breakfast should have been included given the inflated price of the room.

Good hotel in Cardiff

It is convenient for the centre of Cardiff. The room was huge, possibly the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly.

Some of the furnishings were tired, there was a burn on the Carpet. The TV had no channels that worked. The bedroom lights were on the floor which was weird.

Toilet didn’t flush Shower was utterly a disgrace no flow and hot and cold So cold when arrived considering it was 2 degrees outside! Keysafe Box didn’t want to work and no instructions on how to use! We then got told we have to let ourselves in as the checkin desk closed but new we were arriving the apartment was made up nice but main important things let it down everybody wants a good shower and warmth! Bar and restaurant was shut so advertisement led me to book then to be told it’s shut! Falsely advertised wished we’d have stayed elsewhere I have requested some form of refund!

Great location for the city centre.

Very spacious king room. Super comfy bed. Soft carpet. Very clean. Easy access with code. Great location. Deep bath which was very nice after lots of city walking. Cafe looked very nice although we didn’t have chance to use it.

TV didn’t work well. Very hard sofa. Would be good to have some side tables to put coffee on instead of on the floor.

Would stay again but maybe in the summer time.

The room was amazing.

It was freezing, I had to sleep in my coat because the heating wasn’t on when I arrived and didn’t heat the bedroom up all night as the radiator is behind thick curtains.

Great location and comfortable room.

Location is great, we were in Cardiff for a sport event at the centre across the road. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Good range of options for breakfast at a reasonable price. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by.

I had booked a different room but was informed while I was en route that it wasn’t available. I must say that I was disappointed but the staff bent over backwards to rectify the situation. This is my favourite place to stay in Cardiff and my recent experience hasn’t changed my opinion

Great rooms for very reasonable prices in a lovely part of Cardiff

Great bar / restaurant with rooms above it. Was very excited when I realised I’d been allocated a penthouse suite including standalone bath, sofa and smart tv complete with Netflix!

I have little complaints about my stay apart from the fact that the bath (which is centre stage in the suite and clearly a main selling point) had a plug that didn’t work, meaning I couldn’t use it! I was gutted!

Wonderful Accommodation and Helpful Staff!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at [Konaklama Yerinin Adı], and it was truly a delightful experience. The accommodation facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment throughout our stay. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pontcanna.

Overall good for the reason of our visit due to location.

The staff were very helpful helping us check in and when our room key wouldn't open the door after breakfast the next morning. It was a great location for visiting our son who lives nearby.

the mattress was very very soft and the room and bathroom needed a better clean - parts were looking a bit tired or in need of a thorough clean.

Best stay I've ever had in Cardiff

I almost want to keep this place as a secret, but they deserve a great revue.... I had a friendly call en route to let me know I'd been upgraded to a suite. Wow, what a fantastic stay! OK, it's more like serviced rooms than a hotel after 6pm, but staff are on call, and the keyless entry system is very simple. My suite was lovely – walk-in wardrobe, massive wet-room/bathroom with atmospheric lighting. The main room featured a bay window, tasteful lighting, an enormous bed, plus sofa, chairs and a table. There was a small fridge, and the TV had Netflix and Prime. There's no on-site parking, but I had no problem finding non-resident-only spots within a 3 minute walk. I had breakfast two days running (Eggs Royale) and myself and my colleagues also had lunch too, and the food was delicious. Great coffee too. I only encountered a couple of staff, but they were lovely and super-friendly.

The coffee shop/bar downstairs shuts early, especially on weekdays, which is a shame because their food was great and myself and my colleagues would happily have spent more money with them into the evening. The internal lighting tube in the bathroom mirror needed replacing. I somehow managed to shave without severing an artery, so a fairly minor quibble!

A Wonderful, luxurious suite to top off a great break in the beautiful city of Cardiff.

It looked and felt like a Luxury suite, we paid a amazing price and it was a wonderful stay, the walk into Cardiff city centre was through the park on the bank of the river Taff, Approx 10minutes. We had a chat with Jay when we arrived, he was really friendly and told us how to get to the city. We managed to park just outside the secret garden which was a wonderful walled garden area. The breakfast was outstanding, as was the coffee, so good we also got some to go!

The only thing that could have been improved I guess would be the bed, the mattress was very soft-however this is obviously personal choice so not at all a negative!

I would definitely stay here again if I was travelling to Cardiff

Location was really good, walking distance to town centre but still peaceful. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free on street parking nearby. The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need in it. A few restaurants nearby although I did not try any of them.

Beautiful, well equipped cottage in a great location

Beautiful, self contained cottage in a quiet location with cafes and restaurants around the corner. Convenient for the centre and Bute park. Comfortable beds.

lovely room, great communication, location, parking nearby …but no breakfast nearby

lovely large bedroom and sitting area, with separate large dressing room and big spacious bathroom.

Cafe downstairs doesn’t open until 830, bit of a shame as couldn’t get any breakfast before work
