We had a wonderful one night stay in a perfect beautiful apartment.

The apartment was amazing! Very modern, lots of nice little touches. Very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for 3 adults. Duvet and pillows were perfect.

There was nothing not to like.

Hidden Gem of an Apartment

Spacious apartment, beautifully decorated with everything you could need for comfy stay. 100 yards to the beach and pier.

Nothing. Although no parking by apartment, we found free street parking 3 or 4 minutes away, and 24 hour car parks only about £5 per day.

Perfect dog-friendly shortbreak venue

Such care and attention to detail (down to dog bowl and bamboo tooth brushes for humans and such a great renovation. The Christmas tree and decorations (including a santa sled for the spare toilet roll!) were typical of doing so much extra to make the place feel like home

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

The apartment is so cosy and has such thoughtful touches. We loved the decor and the underfloor heating in the bathroom! Great location, close to the shops and the seafront. So great that it is dog friendly - leaving a towel and dog bowl out is such a thoughtful touch. Our only regret is that we'd only booked a night here - we are already planning our next time to stay!

Exceeded all expectations, the best place we have stayed as a couple. We are excited to return again

The apartment was spotless, and there was everything you needed and more. The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay as well, and was easy to contact through booking.com.

The only fault would be the noise from the neighbouring pubs/clubs which can't be helped, but it didn't really bother us with the provided fan turned on, and it was a weekend so weekdays are probably quieter.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! Highly recommend.

It was beautiful! Such a lovely place. There were towels, toilet roll, tea, coffee, milk and bottled water. I couldn’t fault anything about it at all. We will 100% be staying here again.

There was nothing not to like! You can’t park outside but the car park is about a 5 minute walk away and its £5 for the whole day.

Anita was an amazing host and couldn’t have helped us anymore than she did, the apartment is lovely and we wouldn’t hesi

The shower flooded so we were unable to use the shower and we have to find alternative accommodation

Very beautiful property, furnished with a coastal theme, and very lovingly maintained. Decor looked brand new. Less than five minutes walk to the pier. Lots of nice restaurants within a two minute walk. Very quiet despite being on the high street. The host left some lovely touches as well like chocolates and milk for tea/coffee. They also left books and some toys which were suitable for children. By far the best privately managed property I’ve stayed in, and great value for money.

A beautiful styled, comfortable and thought out apartment

Beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Thoughtful things left in the apartment in case you’d forgotten anything, eg toothbrush, hair bands.

Late checkout not possible, this meant having to lug large bags around with us until we left late afternoon. Could be an option if not rented out the subsequent evening.

Excelled expectations, and a very nice host

I travel quite frequently for work. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed. In my opinion the quality of the property outstrips most in the area for the money. I ended up having to call Anita out for something that was completely my fault, she was very gracious and responded very quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone

The apartment was super cozy and nicely decorated, with all the necessities to cook our breakfast and have a good shower. The beds were also super confortable and we would like to know the brand of the duvet and duvet cover because we all loved it. A plus for the blinds on the windows, not a very common find in the UK. Some gifts were also left for us so everything was perfect.

Cody and stylish and perfectly located

This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. The space was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and the location couldn't be beat - it's just steps away from the beach and city attractions. Anita was a great host, making check-in a breeze and even leaving a blanket and bowl for my dog. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located place to stay.

Amazing Apartment

This apartment is beautifully decorated and really feels like home from home. Would come back to stay again. The host was lovely and responsive when we were looking to stay the next night as we enjoyed ourselves that much. We brought our dog, and he loved it too.

No need to look elsewhere

The apartment was excellent. We needed a place in BOS to stay at short notice. The next time we go to BOS if this apartment is available, we would not look elsewhere. The owner answered a call immediately and the key process was simple. The interior design was classy and original and the facilities excellent.

Would definetly go again and recommend it.

It was very clean, close to the shops and the beach and was very comfortable with everything we needed.

We couldn’t access the Wi-Fi is the only thing I’d say and we needed it as the signal was quite bad with it being next to the beach.
