the bar and lounge were great food was over the moor
after 3pm the kitchen was closed for two days so had to look for other places to eat
1.5
Unclean, outdated rooms furniture and decor, people walking along landing semi naked as it was a shared shower with other guests, loud music going on past midnight not the best place to stay
1.0
Very noisey and the room was filthy
5.0
Warm cosy room, tea, coffee and biscuits provided
TV signal was weak at times ...

Love the room and view. Tv that works and great heating. Shower was good too. Can bring my lovely dog too.
All good.

Bedroom is okay
The bathroom floor is very dirty
3.5
Cheap and cheerful. Shared bathroom but own sink in room. Convenient access to car park out the back rather than through the pub.
Shower water was too hot. TV signal poor.

Great location for a stop over in Burnham on sea
Nothing

Comfy beds - however we didn’t end up actually staying.
It was access through pub which I didn’t like - it wasn’t very cosmetically pleading. The shower was just hot - couldn’t change it. Noisy. Extremely hot in room. I did not think it an acceptable place to stay with children. Expensive for what it is. Only plus is location.

The guy that showed us around was very friendly.
1. The room was boiling hot.
2. There were fleas or some sort of biting bugs.
3. They had a festival which was not stated when we booked. Had we known we wouldn't have booked.
4. Advertised as a family room, but there was 1 double bed and one single bed.We were told it was an extra £20 to add another bed!
5. Cleanliness of the room was questionable.
This is not appropriate for families. Why do they have a family room when it is clearly not suitable for families !?
We couldn't even open the windows as the place was packed and was so noisy.
We didn't even stay. We handed the keys back and came home early.
If you're a couple who like a drink and dont mind an unclean, boiling hot room with lots of noise, it will suit you perfectly. As for families, I would recommend you avoid like the plague! I wouldn't stay here for free.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
There was a lot of noise from the beer garden until late at night which unfortunately kept us awake.
2.5
The hotel was very central and the bar had a great atmosphere. Tea and coffee was provided, also biscuits.
The room was very basic, with no toiletries provided.

Friendly staff easy access
Nothing. Everything was great

These are poor rooms for students at best above a noisy bar. With very very dated and awful beds and unsanitary access routes. The furniture was falling apart. It is not a HOTEL. It is a bar with rooms.
3.5
the room was nice.and very clean

Lovely stay clean and fresh will be coming back again for sure:)
I didn't like.that the beds wernt changed and toilet roll weren't filled up aswell as the coffee and milk apart from.this everything was brilliant thanks again

Great location, convenient and good value for money. Used as a one night stay before a Haven holiday. Beds comfortable and room fairly cosy.
A lot of noise from outside but to be expected on a street above a pub, very noisy seagulls in the morning But both was at a reasonable volume if windows were closed but room was too hot without them open. Shower was extremely blocked and overflowed disgusting black mold and dirt from the plug whilst I was washing my Daughter (it hadn’t been on very long).

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was presented well, shared bathroom(knew it was shared beforehand) was close by and well lit.
The room had a strong wet dog aroma which wasn't pleasant 😞, the fan hadn't been dusted for some time so it threw out clumps of dust when it was activated, you had to use it as it was hot in the room.

Location to seafront and centre of Burnham
Room was quite tired looking and smelt musty. Bed was ok but pillows did not smell good as in felt like I could smell previous guests! No washable pillow protectors didn’t help. We had a room with a shared bathroom. Shared bathroom needs to be updated and the flickering light needs to be sorted.

Staff were mainly friendly and hospitable. It was accommodating for our dog and a very short walk to the town and beach. The food was very nice but the menu changed to what seemed to be to satisfy fast food customer during our stay and we didn't like the look of any of it so ate elsewhere after this.
Tea and Coffee making facilities not checked or topped up at all during our 4 night stay. Bins and cups were only changed if we asked. Plumbing in bathroom questionable, water didn't drain away quickly enough in shower or basin to be able to use properly as draining not fitted correctly (plumbers son writing this). Door between bathroom and bedroom has see-through glass panels and the door didn't close properly or have a lock. Room was superficially clean but a lot of build up dirt and dust in less obvious places, behind toilet, sides of cupboards, thick dust in wicker bedside units. Wardrobe base was broken making draw unusable.
2.5
The central location and easy access to other areas like Brean.
The rooms are very dated and do not look like the pictures. The pub below is lovely!
The rooms were not very clean at all and I har to ask for tea/coffee facilities to be re stocked.
3.5
The location was brilliant for access into the town centre
1.5
The staff member that greeted us and showed us to our room was amazing very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help me find a parking spot. Great customer service 😀
The pub was very noisy, large groups of people right below our window shouting and screaming until midnight. DJ in the pub also very loud until midnight.as well as lads in cars racing up and down the street. Toilet seat was a cheap plastic one which was split so it pinched when sat on. Shower had 2 temps boiling hot or freezing cold and the drain was blocked so the tray just filled with water with the threat of flooding the bathroom. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed so no privacy when in the bathroom. Beds were ok but very dated and tatty looking.
I understand that it was a busy Friday night and we were staying above a pub but there was no mention in any of the reviews about what sort of pub this was and how busy and noisy it gets, if there was I wouldn't have booked it.

Location
No signs outside telling you where to check in, pub not suitable for children which is awkward when I booked a family room, and had to go into the bar to check in. Room was outdated, dirty and layout was cramped, putting the 2nd bed under the tv! Loud band playing which meant no sleep until after midnight which is not great for a family with a 6 year old! Shouldn’t be advertised for families.

Nice staff and good location
The room had a bad smell and the shared bathroom wasn't very clean.

The location was perfect and the closeness of our two rooms where fantastic
The staff were amazing and very friendly.
One of the rooms we had wasn’t very clean and we couldn’t work the shower in the room the temperature was boiling and we was unable to turn it down or get any cold water working at all.
The bathroom in the room had a strange smell.
The dust protector on the base of the bed was dirty.
We was told we could access the bar downstairs for breakfast from 9am however we was unable to do this on the days we stayed.

Stayed here a few times and it's in a great location.
Staff were fab. It was super hot on our stay and the staff found a fan to help keep the room cool for our dog.
5.0
Really lovely pub, staff were very friendly, the pub was very lively at the weekend. The room was very nice, simple but very clean with a great tea and coffee selection. Outside access to the rooms if you don't want to walk through the pub. The shared bathroom was also very clean with a nice powerful shower.

We were greeted by a lovely staff member who took us stright to our room every though we were an hour early.
The room was specious and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.
We had a lovely lunch, again served with a smile.
Later we came back to the hotel for a drink and game of pool, again the bar staff we're friendly and helpful.
