Clean & comfortable & fully self contained unit

Comfortable - well presented - self contained unit/ clean & warm. perfect for short stop over for Single / couple - well positioned

The additional deposit payment was not clearly displayed by My Booking - It would be helpful if that was more cleaslrly displayed. It was taken immediately but took a few days to refund

In line with my expectations bar the noise from upstairs.

secure, good heater, clean, convenient for my purpose.

loud noise upstairs during night/ early morning. A couple of easily fixable issues: loose toilet seat, cracked shower holder, broken door hanger.

Literally NOTHING!

Honestly this is the worst experience I have ever had, before booking any place I look for free parking because it just makes no sense to pay for parking right? So that’s false advertising right there but sometimes paying it’s exceptional - I had to pay for parking from 9-5 every 2 hours which cost me £4.80 per ticket and to top it off I had to move my car to another location further away every 2 hours which made it worse so I got fed up and sat in the car for an hour then bought another ticket because it’s always so busy on these roads you won’t find parking once you leave your spot. The place was tiny nothing like the description and very very cold with a broken heater and no hot water also no phone signal I doubt she’d even give you the wifi password! The bed was so uncomfortable it’s unbelievable, it almost feels like you’re sleeping on the bed frame if you know what I mean, the mattress was thin as paper! Toilet seat was broken, honestly this whole stay was a huge regret - the host was very very rude so don’t even bother because I paid for 3 nights but I left on the first and slept in my car due to how tired I was to travel back home. I just hope you read this before booking this horrible place and save you the money you’re about to spend, this place is NOT the ‘cozy lodge’ they describe it to be. Thank you for getting this far, keep looking you’ll find a better place.

the apartment has all you need for a short stay.

it was very near the train station so handy for getting around London.

it was very hot!!! there was a fan and windows were open but it was hot.

it’s not suitable for stay more than a couple of days.

location. the neighborhood is relatively safe

the ceiling is too thin, so you can hear everything what happens above. it’s especially annoying in the midnight. Wi-Fi is really bad. the host is not responsive. the washing machine is dirty.

A convenient place to stay, clean and as described.

It was a clean property with everything I needed for a couple of nights travelling for work. The location was ideal for me - or would have been if there hadn't been a tube strike!

The tiles on the floor were very cold, the room felt a little damp when I arrived, and it was generally quite chilly. I could only get 3 channels on the TV too, and none at all at some points. I arrived quite late at night and it was quite dark around the back.
